Kechara flittered nervously across the field, her white wings painted different colors as the sun set in the distance. She should return home soon, before her brothers began to worry. Her lips twitched into a smile as she thought of her brother's latest escipades. They were terribly fun to watch, and she wanted to join in--but she was still far too shy, even around them. She flushed with shame at the thought of her cowardice. Why a sigh she landed gently on the ground, intent on flexing her legs a bit and gathering something to eat before returning home.
She blinked as she remembered the absence of her constant companion, Skandranon. He said he was going to stay behind and do something, that today was a special day. She flushed again, wondering what this day could possibly be.
Wrapped in her thoughts, she didn't see the rock until she tripped. "Ah!" She squeaked before falling down. "Ow.." She whimpered, slowly getting to her feet. She had a gash on her leg and she pressed her paw against it to stop the bleeding. "Oh dear..." She whispered, tears in her eyes, "What am I going to do now?"

Apparently the other Numa had not seen him as she landed.
something that suited him just fine. he still had very green fur, so perhaps his color made him difficult to spot against the other green around him. not to mention he sat as still as a statue, not drawing any attention.
the zombie didn't even bother to look around until he heard the Numa start speaking.
ears moving first, swiveling around to catch what she was saying, then slowly turned his head to see what at happened.
a blank expression on his face, orange on black slitted eyes gleaming darkly, sunken in warn and bruised sockets.
she was a bright one, much like allot of the Candies he had seem in this land.
and the sight of red blood standing her white leg, was something he was very familiar with. he slurped as blood started to trickle from his lips, keeping his eyes on her wound, staring blankly.

Kechara jerked her head up as her long ears heard a sound. She shivered slightly, fear gripping her throat. Her dark pink eyes darted around the clearing, searching for the source of such a sound. "Oh dear..." He repeated, glancing down at her leg, debating whether or not to tie one of her bows over it. But that would....She shook her head, she couldn't do it, that would involve revealing her past, even if it was just a bit. She presses her hand harder against the wound, trying to stop the blood and wincing at the pain. It wasn't helping, dark red stained her leg, grower darker as her heart beat faster.
"Wh-who's t-there?" She called out shakily, praying that it wasn't some monster intent on making her his dinner. She'd defend herself, but with her own cowardice, she'd probably wouldn't live. "S-show yours-self!"

at her request, his eyes shifted upward to look at her. staying motionless for a moment, then, in response to her quavering demand, he rolled his shoulders as he stood, bones creaking, feet dragging slightly on the floor as he made his was forward towards her, not intending to stop till he reached her, but in no rush to get to her either. he continued to stare at her, blood leaking from the corners of his mouth as he lazily advanced on her.
what was that again? fear? he knew that sounds, she was obviously afraid, and like all the others would feel, she was probably hurting as well.
he moved his eyes back to her covored wound,
"huh"

As the moon rose, it's gentle light softening the edges of the land, her eyes caught the creature coming toward her. Terror made her straighten, horror made her cover her mouth in shock and fear. A monster! A true monster, hideous in body and most likely in soul as well. Flesh was rotting off of him, revealing the bone underneath, blood leaked from his mouth, splattering grouetesquely onto the ground, his eyes were locked onto her wound, eyes that contained a hungry stare. His intent was clear.
She stumbled away, fear making her movements jerky, and extended her wings, "Ah...!" She stumbled over the rock again, but recovered her balance quickly. "S-Stay away! Stay away from me!" She gasped, her voice becoming shrill. Oh gods! She was going to die! Tears swam in her vision and she wiped them away with her blood-covered hand, staining her snow-white fur.

at her new, louder demand, and definitely more animated. his demeanor, did not change in the least as he halted his slow pace, eyes suddenly staring up at her face,
"havin' a hard time makin' up yer mind?" his voice was hard, deep, and with a haunting distance to it. letting his face lower slightly, causing his hair to color one side of his face, his other eye still starring at her darkly from under his brow, wondering if she was going to give him an order again.
he had not had someone react to this extent with him before in candy land, he was starting to assume they all were either not seeing what they really saw, or just didn't care. he didn't know what to think to see a Candy react like this

Kechara shuddered as the creature spoke, fear evident in her tear-filled eyes. This creature was terrifying, it probably wasn't even a numa! It was some sort of demon or other horrifying creature. She wished Skan was there with her, or Ryuune or even Nalikai, they'd help her. She couldn't deal with normal interactions with others! How was she supposed to deal with this one? She shivered as he moved again, the moonlight revealing more of his hideous form.
She swallowed, barely keeping the bile in her throat down, "Ah...ah...!" Her feet were frozen to the ground, the blood still trickling down her leg. What was she going to do? Run? Fly away? THis creature would probably capture her and eat her for all she knew! "I--I--!" She stuttered, wide eyes watching him, her bloodstained face clearly revealing her terror.

Jedrek didn't move, and just continued to watch the only moving thing in the aria. he frightened her, it would have been more interesting if he could care. he might even have felt bad.
"what?" he spoke out, feeling that it was an appropriate response since obviously she was not going to say anything that made sense to his ears.

Tears slipped down her cheeks and her tail twitched slightly. She shivered visibily, watching him, "P-please--d-don't-hurt-me!" She stuttered, her paws grasping the opposite arms. She knew this probably wouldn't work, this creature probably wouldn't care what she asked and would just kill her and eat her. She squeezed her eyes shut and bowed, "P-please! J-just let me go!" She shook even harder, it had been hard to get those words out and she sincerely hoped that someone would find them and help her get away from this creature. She was too scared to leave on her own.

he blinked slowly at her. not reply for a while as he seemed to turn her words around in his head.
eerily still body vanished for a moment, as a cotton candy cloud swam past the mood. the only things remaining of the rotting Coffee to be seen in the dark, where the slight gleam on his orange eyes. still he remained silent, as if stuck in an imperfect thought process.
and as the mood slowly lit the ground again, Jedrek lifted his head
"I'm not keepin' ya anywhere" he said, slowly getting to his feet, and started to back away.
perhaps it would be best to leave this Candy,

Kechara's eyes opened again and she looked up, through her vibrantly colors hair. He....he was letting her go? She couldn't believe it! She wasn't going to be hurt! She smiled gratefully, "T-thank you...!" She whispered, tears in her eyes. She straightened slightly, her movements jerking, the adrenaline still coursing through her, "Th-thank you very much...!" She was still utterly terrified of him, such a horrifying creature this one was. But she paused as she stepped away from him, a thought pulsing in her mind.
Before she knew it she was stepping forward, as if her body was moving on it's own. She found herself bending down and gently kissing the creatures nose. Wha--? What am I doing? she thought frantically in her mind. "Thank you." She heard herself saying again, before she turned and bolted, launching herself into the sky and shivering with fear and revulsion, energy still pumping through her veins. What had made her do that?

he watched her as she kissed him, but not even his expression changed as she did so. whatever curiosity he was permited wondered why of course,
blinking slowly as he watched as she took off, watching her soar away until his eyes where unable to track her movements.
popping his jaw a couple of times. he turned, and trudged the opposite direction, his mind no longer dwelling on the events he was just apart of.
Vanishing into the darkness, leaving only a musky smell of Coffee, and a trail of blood.
