Name: Alerana Ikaros
Nickname: Rana (by her close family), Larry (by that one uncle that thinks he’s the best comedian in the world. She tends to snub him, and doesn’t realize he keeps doing it because he finds her reaction hilarious.)

Birthday: December 8
Sign: Saggitarius
Gemstone: Turquoise
Blood Type: O-
Fav. Food: grilled fish, sushi

Hobbies: Archery One summer when her dad sent her to summer camp, she got to try out archery. She took to is like a duck to water...though she initially had a lot more enthusiasm than skill. But she kept working at it every chance she got, and by the time she left she could at least land somewhere on the target more often than not. Once she got home she begged her parents until they found and enrolled her in an archery club, which she proceeded to attend diligently. Now she's considered a good eye and pretty accurate. Granted, she's only fired at stationary targets appropriate for her skill level, but if asked she will gladly boast of her skill.
Climbing Buildings, fences, rocks, trees...if it can support her weight, she will try to climb it. She loves the feeling of being up high, wind in her hair as she looks out over the surrounding area. She's been doing it almost as soon as she could walk, so by now she's got a pretty strong grip and is a good judge of what hand- and toe-holds will actually hold her, so she rarely falls anymore. Unless high winds or something makes her loose her grip, of course.
Virtues: I’m no quitter! -perseverant, undaunted; keeps working at things until she finds a solution. She's certain that nothing is impossible it you work at it long enough, and she's not afraid to give the effort needed to see it through. This can double as a flaw, since she can get too stubborn to quit when she just can’t do something.
I bet if I switch this that way... -adaptable, creative thinker. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. And it would be madness to try the same way every time, so she can come up with a lot of variations and alternate ways to approach a possible. She doesn't necessarily think them all through, but with the sheer amount of ideas she comes up with, one of them is bound to work!
Don't distract me, I'm working! -focused. Once she gets to work on something, it has her full attention. There's no use jumping around from thing to thing; getting one job task before moving on to the next makes far more sense. Any and all distractions (and sometimes other obligations) are unimportant. She just has to get this done! Anyone trying to interrupt her may just get a vague "go away" hand wave without her even breaking concentration.
Flaws: I don’t need your help! -overconfident; thinks she can do anything, whether or not she actually has any experience at it. Generally she only works with others when forced to, like in school projects. She’d usually rather keep trying and failing than ask for help. She's certain that if she keeps at it, she'll figure out how to do it sooner or later, if she just tries long and hard enough!
Skip the explanation, I got this! -She's so certain she can handle anything that she rushes into things she doesn’t understand, doesn’t read instructions or listen to people when they try to explain how to do things. Even if she quickly realizes she's in over her head, she just keeps trying to figure it out as she goes. No matter how much this blows up in her face, she keeps doing it.
You wanna race? Oh, it's on! -Competitive, never turns down a challenge. If there's a game, contest or competition of any sort, she's on it in a heartbeat. She's eager to prove her supposed superiority at everything under the sun. Though like above, she may or may not know what she's doing, and quite often is left in the dust by people who are more experienced at whatever it is.
