Name: Saya. Her last name was Oshiro, but she dropped it, since it wasn't really hers.
Birthday: March 13.
Star Sign: Pisces
Age: 16
Height: 4'11"
Weight: 95 lbs (Under nourished)
Profession: Rocket Trainee
Home Town: Ecruteak City, Johto
Personality: Playful, Thieving, Sneaky, Hungry, Hobo
Color: #7c3e32 Dirt Red

History: Saya grew up mostly on her own, never knowing her parents. She lived in a boarding house on the outskirts of Ecruteak City. It was a run-down, rickety floor-boards place, and there were more rowdy children than the caretakers could handle. Everyday was a battle zone. There was not one moment she could be alone while in the house. While other children her age went off on pokemon adventures, Saya spent her days fending for herself, and getting into fights with the other children for toys and the last piece of bread. She didn't have a penny to her name and could much less afford a pokemon to take care of.

The Oshiro family took care of her, and gave her their last name so she could feel like a part of the family. She never did. There was so many other children that no one even noticed if she disappeared for the whole day. Saya dropped her family name when she started traveling. She wanted no connection to that place, or to anyone.

When she was about 10, she started spending her days in the heart of the city, away from her gloomy home. She snuck fresh fruits and candy from stores when she was sure no one was looking.

When she was about 12, she started venturing into the woods near the city. She enjoyed seeing what different pokemon would appear. She collected berries from bushes and watched from a hiding place as pokemon ate her treats. She returned to the house only to sleep, and if she got tired of only eating berries the whole day.

There are many myths surrounding her hometown about legendary pokemon that once frequented the city. However, the city has been quiet for years, which is disappointing to Saya. The stories gave her the smallest bit of hope for something better than what she has.

Her dream is to see and capture a legendary of her own. One day, when she was in town, she overheard a couple talking about a relatively new and unexplored region. This started Saya's thinking of maybe traveling. She didn't have anything for her in this town, so there was no reason for her to stay. She just never left because there was food here and she was too young to take care of herself. She was growing too old for the boarding house, where they expected the kids to move out and live on their own when they become of age.

Instead of waiting to see whether a legendary decides to show up, she made the decision to search for a legendary of her own. Saya doesn't really mind which legendary it was, as long is it was strong! She grabbed a backpack, raided the kitchen, and rolled up some extra clothing and her blanket. Thus, Saya started her pokemon adventure, a little later than most.

In the beginning, she enjoyed watching wild pokemon and being free from the children at the boarding house. Then, she realized it was becoming difficult to find food, water, and shelter. She was always starving and whenever she found a berry bush, she would eat as much as she could, then stock up as much as her bag could hold.

When she finally arrived at civilization, she stuffed her face and her bag full of delicious baked goods, and other foods that don't grow on trees. Luckily, the city she wandered into was Olivine City, and there was a ship leaving for a region called "Zatao." Thinking to herself that it must be the new area the couple was talking about, she snuck into the cargo loading area.

The trip took a couple of days. The island was so far out, no wonder it was mostly unexplored, Saya thought to herself. She was out of food again, and really sick to her stomach from the long trip. She vowed to herself never to get on another ship again, as she stumbled off the ship.

Saya found herself in a large city, surprising, since she was expecting this island to be unexplored. She made her way around the city, nabbing what food seemed to look tasty, which was pretty much everything. It was a pretty nice place with plenty of people, so hardly anyone took notice of her. She quickly made this place her home, stealing what she could to make a little hobo camp in the woods nearby.

Saya went back into the city when she needed food, but she was content where she was-- away from everyone. She didn't want people to notice her, not when she wasn't as well off as any of them.

One day, however, she was stopped when she made her rounds through the markets. "I've seen you around." The man said, "You're pretty good at stealing. No family, I presume?" Saya didn't know who this man was. He looked like a pretty regular old guy from the city. She didn't reply, but bolted.

"Hey! If you come with me, I know where you can have a place to stay, warm food, and showers!" He called after her.

Warm showers. That caught her attention. She had a place to stay and she could steal enough to not starve-- what she didn't have was a constant place to wash off. It sounded like a dream. She tightened her hand on the handle of a pocket knife and slipped it into her sleeve before turning back to face the man.

She nodded. She would check this place out, but keep on her guard at all times. The man didn't lead her to a place in the city, but instead drove her pretty far out. Saya nervously clutched her blade the whole time, while the man explained the place her was from, where they were going, and what was there.

Something called "Team Rocket," an organization that would be beneficial to her. Free food, a place to live, and all she had to do was what she did best-- steal some stuff! This place was one step up from where she had called home, so it sounded pretty good to her.

When they finally arrived, Saya saw that the man indeed had not been lying. Still, she kept her knife close and stayed alert. The people were friendly. They gave her new sets of clothes, an ID, her own room and it wasn't a cardboard box. Her room even had furniture! It was so much more comfortable than grass and leaves. She didn't like the linoleum tiles that were like stepping on rocks, but the carpet was heaven! It was like stepping on the back of many stray meowth.

Needless to say, she couldn't find a reason to leave. She gratefully joined Team Rocket, and was glad to be able to help in any way she could.

Saya will be keeping to the Rockets for the time being. She doesn't go out unless it is required of her for a Rocket mission. She is not very socially acceptable at all, but hopefully, she will become somewhat acceptable one day.

I'm really big on character development and I do have an idea of the direction I want to have Saya go in, I just need the correct characters to help her towards it. If we RP together and your character fits what I'm looking for, I'll let you know of future plot ideas :> I also really like ~feelings~ and getting to know your character, and their story in RP. Hopefully, we can touch upon this in RP.

Feel free to PM me if any of these fit you and you want to play with her!

Rocket Mentor: Saya is looking for Team Rocket mission plots with Grunt or higher ranked members. Hopefully someone to be her mentor because she doesn't know anyone and pretty much has terrible ideals in life.

Rocket Missions: Looking for some missions to do. She is good at stealing and will probably be put on missions that require this strength.

Rocket Battles: Saya is attempting to train her newly stolen whimsicott.

** General notes about me: I don't RP normal characters. If you are easily offended/weirded out, you probably don't want to RP with me >___o

Description: Like the wind, it can slip through any gap, no matter how small. It leaves balls of white fluff behind. They appear along with whirlwinds. They pull pranks, such as moving furniture and leaving balls of cotton in homes.

Backstory: Chromatic's first trainer, Ms. Sparkles was a bit nervous going into their first battle, but Chromatic would take on anyone, anytime, even if it was with a legendary. They had the field advantage on their side, which helped the Whimsicott feel right at home. It may have boosted her confidence, as her attacks came accurate and powerful. She dodged a critical attack at the end and ended strongly, giving Chromatic her first win.

She wasn't as lucky with her second battle, having being paired up against Rasha, the Ponyta. Chromatic gave it her best, but if she wants to win against a fire type, she will have to become a lot stronger!

The rematch with Shadow Mew was just as intense as their first battle. Chromatic was even more fired up than she was before, since she was a bit familiar with this Mew's style. The Whimsicott gave it her all once more, and proved to the Mew that their first battle was not a fluke.

Current Story:
Chromatic once belonged to Aurora, under the alias "Ms. Sparkles" but was stolen by Saya during her first mission as a Rocket. Now, Chromatic is an angry, raging beast. Saya is attempting to train her by going to the training stadium every day.
