He seems to thrive on getting people to bend to his will by his simple words alone, but is there really an ultimate goal behind all his plans?

alignment : Neutral Evil is called the "Malefactor" alignment. Characters of this alignment are typically selfish and have no qualms about turning on their allies-of-the-moment. They have no compunctions about harming others to get what they want, but neither will they go out of their way to cause carnage or mayhem when they see no direct benefit to it. They abide by laws for only as long as it is convenient for them.
A person of this alignment can be more dangerous than either Lawful or Chaotic Evil characters, since he is neither bound by any sort of honor or tradition nor disorganized and pointlessly violent

[P] Static Touch - Ripley's skin has a thin layer of static electricity about it, causing a shock whenever something or someone comes into contact with him; the level of the shock is somewhat uncontrollable this ability is semi-active, as in Ripley is learning to control the level of his pulse

♛ intelligence ] 28 → fairly bright thanks to his soul, Ripley has good intake of knowledge and can often keep several trains of thought moving at once. What he is actually planning remains to be decided
♛ magic ] 27 → strong and wicked, Ripley's magic manifests itself without him actually having to tap into it most times
♛ friendliness ] 26 → outgoing and sometimes outspoken, Ripley is social enough that he gets what he needs and can successfully try to expand his circle

  Black Lightning
Lightning is an atmospheric electrical discharge, normally occurring during thunderstorms. They can travel up to 60,000 m/s, and reaches temperatures approaching 30,000 °C. Now the lightning contained within this little vial has the same speed, though maybe not so hot due to it's size. But if you travel close enough, you may still get zapped by it, so beware! The odd thing though, is that instead of being a blinding white flash, this bolt of lightning is black color. Even the electrical current surrounding the vial appears to be black in color! It's not that the lightning is escaping the vial, but it's more like the friction created by the lightning and the glass of the vial somehow created black colored electricity around it. How peculiar. This is when the string attached to the vial comes in handy.The Sphinx
A sphinx is a mythological figure which is depicted as a recumbent lion with a human head, invented by the Egyptians of the Old Kingdom, before being imported in Greek mythology.
The name sphinx comes from the Greek sphiggein Σφινξ — Sphinx, apparently from the verb σφινγω — sphingo, meaning "to draw tight". This may be her proper name, but The Penugin Dictionary of Classical Mythology states that her given name was Φιξ — Phix.
The Arabic name of the Great Sphinx, Abu al-Hôl, translates as "Father of Terror".
The Sphinx is said to have guarded the entrance to the Greek city of Thebes, and to have asked a riddle of travelers to allow them passage. The exact riddle asked by the Sphinx was not specified by early tellers of the stories, and was not standardized as the one given below until late in Greek history.
The Egyptian androsphinx is a symbol of abundance, power, wisdom, mysteries, riddles, truth, unity, and secrets.

likes : Mah-jongg, cigarettes, really old spaghetti western movies, dependence, cooking, small children(?)
dislikes : Ripley, unwarranted affection, her current job(s), rude people, cold weather
personality : A bit on the rude and crude side, she comes off as rough around the edges and doesn't seem to get better with each passing encounter. With a sharp tongue that seems to belie her small stature, she's got a quick wit that isn't in short supply of use.
She is possessed with a strong sense of filial piety however, as she cares for her mother and father. A bit of a hypocrite in how she doesn't like to depend on or trust anyone, she enjoys being depended on heavily by others.
Rong Wei also doesn't seem to startle easily when faced with things she has never seen before, be them man-made or unnatural. Most of the time it's due to her slipping quickly into a state of denial, blaming whatever is before her on events of the previous night. Don't ask her to believe anything, as she's sticking to her story.

history : Her parents left China before she was born, thus she speaks it as her main language but is fluent in English (and has no accent) thanks to American schools and pop culture. As the only daughter in a family of three children, she was expected to marry off as soon as she was of age but had a bit of a problem doing so thanks to her mouth and personality.
In her childhood she was enrolled alongside her brothers to learn Muay Thai, though she quickly grew to dislike the martial art and abandoned it a few years later. She is still capable of using many of the moves she learned, which turn out to be useful when involved in brawls. To pass the empty time Rong Wei turned to mah-jongg at her uncle's instruction, soon finding she had a knack for it.
An average student in school, she didn't stand out due to her grades and managed to make it through to college, though she dropped out and came home to take care of her parents when her second brother left to start his own family.
Now, living at home and working two jobs, her love of mah-jongg keeps her occupied when she's not busy working or watching old movies at the local cinema.

 This post contains a system of plot points for future roleplays that would held advance Ripley's growth - he is going to be a Raeven who is heavily dependent upon roleplay to steer some of his direction. While it's not really required for someone to RP with me I'd love for him to develop more outside of just spending time with Rong Wei.

A gift from Xiu for the Christmas holidays, Rong Wei actually seems to enjoy using this cup for her various tea times during the day. Thanks to her odd taste the cup is stained with the smell of Lapsang Souchong, but the Chinese woman doesn't seem to mind.
