LILIANA:

Lilly, older by a mere two minutes, is a sweet little girl. She loves flowers and other plant-life. She is content to sit in stillness and silence, surrounded by nature. She loves her twin sister deeply, and her parents with an earnest devotion, especially her mother. All she wants is to see them all happy and to live at peace with the world.

Her powers center on the growth and manipulation of plants. She cannot create plants from nothing, however. She must at least start with seeds. She can cause a plant that has already grown to continue growing in a direction she chooses as well as accelerate that growth to visible speeds. She can't cause a giant oak tree to spring up in seconds, but give her a minute or two, and she could easily grow an average sized tree from a seed, complete with a perfect branch to hang a swing on. At least, she'll be able to, once her powers develop.

As a baby, she had a blue security blanket that she had grown very attached to. She didn't go anywhere without it. Because she took it outside when she went, it got dirty quickly, and her mother had to wash it frequently. While it was being watched, Liliana would either stay next to the washing machine, or with Japi. If she couldn't do one or the other, she would sit and cry until she got it back.

As a child, Lilly showed a lot of interest in Gardening. It makes sense really, since her power grows plants. But she actually showed a lot of interest in getting plants to grow properly, without her powers. When the girls turned 7, Japi gave Lilly a little patch of her garden to take care of herself. She spends a lot of time outside reading or drawing. She loves to draw the flowers and her artwork always ends up on the fridge.

As a pre-teen, Lilly is beginning to develop her powers in a big way. She begins to make changes in her plants that allow them to move about without being rooted to the ground, though they don't really have a sentience of any sort. Her training with her Uncle Krillo is really helping. Japi is pleased. Lilly is still the parent pleaser she always has been, much to her sister's annoyance.

ADRIANA:

Addy is the tougher of the twins. She doesn't sit still, ever. She's always moving and when it's too quiet, she'll break the silence somehow. She likes to play rough, but she's gentle with her sister. She's a little more attached to her father because he plays rough right back with her. She thinks her mother is silly, but she still loves her all the same.

Her powers are psychic in nature. She has the power to read surface thoughts, and deeper ones as she gets older. She can project her own thoughts into the minds of others, but the distance must be relatively short, with the exception of her twin, who can be miles away and still communicate back and forth. She can also move things without touching them, denser and heavier things become easier as she develops her skill.

As a baby, she grew a fondness for hitting things to make noises. The louder and more unique, the better. She never hit her twin, but it was a worry for a while, so her parents kept a close eye on the two whenever Addy had a rattle or something else hard. But it was a good way to keep her entertained, or else she might end up getting into something she shouldn't.

As a child, Japi had to find something to occupy Addy's time, or the girl would get into all sorts of trouble. Since Addy had always shown an interest in rhythm and music. When the girls turned 7, Japi bought Addy a snare drum. The girl practices everywhere, though luckily not with the drum itself. She carries her drum sticks with her though, and will tap on anything available. She's gotten relatively good with tricks too.

As a pre-teen, Addy is hitting the ornery stage hard. At least she asked her mother first about dyeing her hair. Japi said she could do it when she turned 16, so long as Aunt Usadari does the dyeing. Addy plans to wait til then to tell her mother that she plans to dye it purple. She's also very interested in gauges, though she hasn't told her mother at all about that. As far as her training goes, Addy and Uncle Sekenre are making progress, even though Addy is as stubborn as a mule.

When the twins were still little, Japi and Lithanus decided it would be best to move to Gaia. They could go to school there, instead of being home-schooled by Japi, and Lithanus would be living where he grew up. Japi didn't mind it a bit. She would be happy to have easier access to people, and could go back to Midpoint whenever she needed something important.

Of course Japi brought with her a few things from home. Her full sized mirror, the one that was used to transport her other children from dimension to dimension. She hid that in her bedroom of course, and tried not to let others know she had it. Her family knows of course.

Anything that could be considered "girly" in any way, Addy would NEVER wear. I plan for her to go through a goth phase when she hits her teens. For Lilly, she likes cute things, but it's much more important for her to be able to move around in whatever it is she's wearing. She does a lot of gardening, after all. On that note, Lilly's clothes might get dirty once in a while, while Addy will change her clothes multiple times during the day if she feels they've gotten a little icky. xd Japi doesn't care, since she makes the girls do their own laundry by the time they're in double digit ages. 3nodding

It's been asked if Addy is the tomboy and Lilly is the feminine one. Well, it's weird. Neither of them is especially feminine. Addy cares more about her looks but she's also very much 'one of the guys' while Lilly doesn't mind getting her hands dirty (or anything else for that matter) but she just ends up coming off as more feminine in general. 3nodding

The colors are pretty static. Addy loves purple and black, while Lilly loves green and blue. Lilly loves flowers, but Addy does not. She thinks flowery clothes are silly unless it's like a black rose or one dripping with blood. (That, of course, only shows up much later in life.) Kid stage shirt has stars, not flowers. (At least, that's how it's always looked to me.)

As for expressions, Lilly usually has a genuine smile (at different levels of happiness) or a slightly worried smile if she's anything but happy. Addy usually ends up scowling when she's angry. When she's got a headache, her face goes limp (since any expressions aggravate a migraine). If she's really in a good mood, she doesn't think to censor her expressions to make sure she looks cool, so she usually gets a pretty big grin on her face. whee

Appearance: Addy is keeping her hair short, but Lilly's hair is getting longer and she's keeping it that way. Their hair is naturally darkening to a more dirty blond color. Addy still has her drum sticks, but Lilly doesn't carry her blanket anymore, instead she probably has a thick book with a flowery bookmark.
Personality: Both girls are slightly tomboyish, but Addy is more so. Lilly doesn't combine dresses and pants anymore, but her clothes still usually have flowers printed on them and she still really likes green. (Think Kaylee from Firefly.) Addy is now wearing some black with her usual purple, maybe looking a little bit punk.
Interaction: Addy still teases Lilly but never intends to hurt her. Lilly is patient with Addy and willing to put up with her boisterous attitude. As for physical interaction, they're still a touchy as ever, though maybe less in public.
