It was Lithanus's turn with the girls. Japi had ordered them all out of the house for the entire day. She really wasn't in the best of moods, so it was futile to argue with her. Instead, Lithanus decided to just take them to a park, or something...
So there they were, at a park, a daughter's hand in each of his own. Lithanus surveyed the area with the eye of a well weathered warrior and let out a sigh. He wasn't useless as a father, it just wasn't natural to him.
"Daddy," Adriana called up to him, tugging on his sleeve. "Play with us on the slide."
Lithanus looked over at the slide and then back at Addy and nodded. "Okay," he said and the three headed over. It certainly wasn't the right size for him to actually play on it, so he stood at the side while Addy climbed up the ladder and rushed to the front as she slid down.
"Whee!" Addy exclaimed happily.
Lilly sat down on the ground and watched instead. She wasn't interested in that kind of thing. She had found a small patch of flowers and was busy making them prettier.
Lithanus watched her in between Addy's runs on the slide. "You don't want to slide, sweetheart?" he asked.
"No," she said.
Addy tapped on the plastic side of the slide. "Daddy," she said. "Watch me." and she slid down again.

Ixchel smiled as they entered the park, taking in a deep breath. She had been working hard lately and, well. I break was warranted. Being outside for a bit would certainly do her more good than being cooped up doing math problems all day.
"Awww. Someone's already on the slide." George said, holding his mother's hand as they strode towards the playground.
"You can always ask to share, George.." Chel said easily and George pouted.
"I guess.."

Adain had his arm wrapped around Chel, no kids hanging off of him. Fred clung to his brother's hand and the day Reiha needed to hold someone's hand was the day he could do Chel's job. It was fine, he was use to Reiha's independent ways, at least she had opened up.
Reiha held Korbin close, but pleased. She enjoyed the park and her eyes spotted a free swing. She let go of the crow who easily took flight, flying over her as she ran off alone, something she did commonly.
Adain watched, reminding himself to keep a careful eye on her, before glancing down at the boys.
"Just use some of the Blair charm boys." he winked at George, and glanced at the girl. Fred watched interested, he tended to like girls more than boys, if only because they, on average, were quiter and less violent.
Give him a tea party over a wrestling fight any day.

Addy looked up at the new kids and shouted at them "HI!" before she made one last slide run before she knew she'd have to share. It was okay with her and all, but it could never hurt to have an extra.
Lilly looked over after hearing her sister's greeting. She didn't say anything and instead waited to see if anyone was interested in playing with her first.
Lithanus just stood there, silently, as he usually did, just observing.

Fred hung on to George's hand, knowing he was the more social one but he gave a soft wave to Lilly. She seemed quiet, and nice. Not that Addy didn't of course, but still, she seemed like George would like her. George liked the bright loud ones. Fred could too but not all the time.
Adain glanced to Reiha again then to the girls, knowing that it's better to let the kids just play for a while he gently nudged Chel away, so the kids could just wander off.
He notice the other father and brightened up. Seeing Dad's gave him the perfect oppertunity to brag.
"Hey there bud!" he called out.

George looked over at Addy and smiled at her. "Come on Fred." He said, tugging him along as he rushed towards the girls. "Hi. I'm George. Can we use the slide with you?" He asked easily, his hand gripping Fred's.

Lilly shyly waved back to the boy and smiled. She was happy someone was taking notice of her.
"Good morning," Lithanus replied, then made a quick glance to the position of the sun to make sure it was still a valid greeting. It was, but only for an hour or so more.
"Sure," Addy said. She scrambled up the ladder once more, motioning for them to follow, and slid down once she reached the top. "It's fun."

Fred glanced at the slide, it looked pretty high. He shook his head and sent George a pointent look. George could do it a few times and if he deemed it safe Fred might join. He wasn't going to just do things like that recklessly. He kept quiet, and glanced to Lilly agian, giving her a soft smile.
Adain glanced up too, easy to coninve to do things. He didn't see anything important so he turned back to Lith, "Hi, I'm Adain, and this little beauty is my wife Chel." Adain said with a grin as he gave Chel a kiss on the cheek. "Whats your name pal?" Adain asked, all friendly intentions.

Lithanus smiled warmly, glad to see a friendly couple. He stuck out his hand for a handshake. "I'm Lithanus," he greeted them, bowing slightly, as a combination of two cultures' greetings.
Seeing that her presence was really being acknowledged, Lilly decided to greet the boy a little better. She stood and brushed off her little green dress and walked over to where he was standing. "Hi," she said, looking up at the ladder as a bit of a double word.
Addy laughed and coaxed the other boy to the bottom of the ladder playfully.
