"Trick or treat!" Narcissus chimed, bag at the ready for the first house. To his delight, the most adorable plush was handed to him and he squealed with delight. Carefully tucking it into his bucket, his tails wagged a mile a minute as he watched Destiny get one similar to it. Not even the weird candy that he got was enough to dampen his mood.

Dandy was standing back, watching her two charges having a good time when the fennekit approached her. It dropped a rock on her foot and then proceeded to yip and paw at her. Unable to figure out what else she could do, she picked up the rock and tucked it away. That seemed to appease the fennekit and it happily trotted at her feet when she moved to walk with the kids to the next house. Guess she had another new pet to add to their household.

THE most adorable nezubat was hers. Destiny snuggled the new toy with glee. Not even Narcissus' toy could beat hers. Soft and squishy and so fluffy, she didn't even mind the weird bag of eye marbles she got with it. Tucking both new things into her bucket, she smiled and thanked the kind bapho couple for the treat before moving on to the next house with Dandy and Narcissus.
While he appreciated the toothbrush, Cyril had actually been hoping for candy more than dental goods. He hadn't been sure why he'd decided to go trick or treating but free candy had sounded good. So far all he had to show for it was an eye themed bucket, a dubious bag of eye candies, a plush and a toothbrush. Not much in the overall scheme of things. Perhaps he should have just gone to the store and bought some. . .

An adorablely spooky plush got added to her pile of goodies, along with what she was pretty sure was just a rock with a nice message on it. It would work as a paperweight, Kanda thought.

Red huffed, not particularly having wanted to have gone out. He'd let himself be convinced to go trick or treating. So far he'd got a new pet, a kinda neat bucket, and a bag of eye. . .marbles? Candies? He wasn't 100% sure what it was to be honest. Hopefully the next couple houses would be better or this whole neighborhood was gonna get egged.
As Prosper trudged through the streets, another flitter rat scurried up his pant leg and settled in their pocket, cozy and warm. They dropped in a few candies in while they were at it.
An admirer from the test of strength game ran up frantically to him and, blushing, offered a little orange ghost. Emmerate sheepishly rubbed the back of his neck and took it. Couldn't beat something free.
A nightmare who was getting ready to go home only had a bunyip plush and a bag of eyeballs left to give out, practically begging someone to take it. Liv sighed, and pushed her bangs out of her eyes before outstretching her hand. "I'll take them." she stuffed both in her bag. They were...cute, ish. Akane was getting sleepy. He grabbed a random plush out of instinct as well as a few candies for plopping on hay himself. Who knew where his brother was right now.
A trivia game! Well, of course he had to play that one. Omri slithered into one of the seats and sat, all prim and proper. Eagerly, he placed the "correct" answers on the sheet before turning it in. He----okay, he only got one third of them right but the haggard test giver gave him a plush and a rock for participating! It was nice but...he still would have liked to have known what he got wrong. Blitz was gosh dang tired. But the night wasn't up yet! He needed to find Eti..because...well...not only did he love him, but he kind of had to get a ride home. And Eti was his ride home. He cringed, a whine slipping out of his mouth. What if he left without him?
A nightmare heard his whine of distress and came over, giving him a lollipop. He sucked on it out of stress.
Awh, everyone seemed to be packing up. The night was already over. He really shouldn't have slept in so much. Neptune let out a yawn. He could just go back to bed.... Triton gave out a disgruntled growl, not caring for that idea, before he reached over and took a freshling's cotton floss, engulfing it in one solid swallow. INVENTORY

While his mom seemed pleased that he got a toothbrush, Narcissus would have much preferred a candy or something. Huffing, he strode stiff legged away from the house.

The odd assortment of "treats" that this house was offering was certainly different. Out of the things that she was offered, she accepted a ghost, thinking that she'd give it to one of her kidlets once they were all home.

Destiny didn't know at all what this potion did, but it was pretty and it was pink so it had to go into her bucket. She scooted the fennekit aside inorder to fit it into the bucket. Beaming, she thanked the older couple and trotted off to join Narcissus. They hadn't gotten much actual candy, but the neat little trinkets that they were getting were almost as good.
Another. . .bag of eyes. . . .Cyril was beginning to feel more than a little targeted. There was even a blue one similar to his glowing. Feeling twitchy, he hesitantly accepted the nezubat plush and moved on as fast as possible. He wasn't going to be able to handle much more of this.

Some stale candy and a new pet, would the joys never cease. At least the pet was kinda neat. It had just popped out of nowhere to start following him. At least it was kinda neat looking.
A flitter rat with tattered wings flew right into him! And tumbled to the ground. Prosper was just going to leave him yet as he took a few steps away and heard the disgruntled squeaks...he stopped. And turned around. He couldn't just leave him. Maybe one of his kids would like another familiar. Sighing, he picked up a few pieces of candy on the ground, tempting the flitter rat into his hand with them.
