Admittedly, he had only glanced over the event details, so beyond a few of the big attractions he was mostly in the dark about what they would be doing tonight. The trick or treating was going on as with every year though, so that was pretty nice.
Someone handed him a nicely wrapped treat, but when he unwrapped it he discovered that it was only a rock? Weird.

Tahir eventually found a fruitful discovery with all his slithering around. Behind a booth he found a ton of treats in a box... unattended to.

"I... Know you didn't. I am sure that if you had a chance, you'd let me know you were being delayed." She giggled when he called her 'miss', and then looked around, bemused. "I didn't see the list of what's on offer this year. Want to go look at the games area, maybe, first?"
She turned to point at it, but was distracted by the appearance of an utterly adorable fennekin that launched itself out of the crowd, suddenly and right at her, yipping excitedly as it leaned up to bump at her knee. She was so startled by the little one's presence that she did not notice someone slipping a rainbow toothbrush into her pail. "Oh! Ohhhh Hello there!"
