This room is one of the two large circular rooms on the map. Once you are all inside, the door closes behind you. The door seems to be sealed by some sort of Chaos and the room is covered in a dark fog. This is the same fog that obscured the twelve paths in the Wilds and the path to the Observatory! There is no going back. At least, not the way you came. You will need to find a new way out. There is a sphere in the center of the room that looks like an orb with stars, constellations and astronomical phenomena. In fact, it looks a lot like the orb that is Urania’s personal item. But if you have been to Urania previously, you recognize it and know that, once activated, it can clear the fog. It projects a voice that all in the room can hear: “Fallen stars are needed for activation. If all fallen stars are used up, please supply more. If no more fallen stars are available, you can add your wish to a used star. A prompt for the type of wish wanted will be supplied. Once it shines, it is ready to aid in activation.”Then the center opens on the sphere. Inside are these ‘fallen stars’. They look like konpeitō and are of a size that fits perfectly in the palm of both hands. Then it adds: “What is your greatest wish that you hope will come true?”Quote: You must answer the question about your wish. Every 24 hours, more of the room will light up depending on how many fallen stars have been lit. Half of the answers must be submitted and cause the fallen stars to shine for the characters in this group to not be affected by this room’s Chaos. Quote me to submit your answer to the question. This role-play will last 72 hours.

Alastor, Eternal Senshi of Despair
With no update from Urania, Alastor was unwilling to separate from the teenagers again. He hadn’t had to tell Sessrumnir this; they’d instinctively moved with the group. He trusted the young Knights, but he didn’t trust Chaos. He and Sessrumnir kept their distance somewhat, but they weren’t too far that they couldn’t have immediately intervened if something went wrong.
The fog was back, but there was a certain familiarity with it now. Alastor was unfazed but unimpressed. In better times, he would have liked to admire Urania, but now he just wanted to get rid of this Chaos so they had a chance to.
Naturally, he was going to worry about Urania. Being separated, with unpredictable Chaos? Alone? He paid attention to every strange sensation on his radar, just in case.
The doors seemed too sturdy to break through and he wasn’t going to waste his energy trying. Urania had already given them a bit of information about what to expect, so when the machine gave them instructions he was prepared to oblige.
He gave no indication that he was anything but comfortable as he picked up a meteorite and looked down at it.
Alastor had a thousand wishes. He didn’t know what constituted for a greatest wish. He’d dreamed of restoring his world, of making it healthy and seeing it flourish. In his heart, that was as much a duty as a wish. He couldn’t give it up. It was in his blood. He wanted it almost more than anything else.
And yet, Sessrumnir was at his side. Ephesus, not far off. Amarynthos was next to him.
Alastor spoke quietly, privately. He was vocal with his goals, but there was something personal in this.
“My greatest wish is for my family to have happiness and health,” he answered. Let them be safe. Let them live long, fulfilling lives. Let them know love and joy only. Let them find success. Let all their dreams come true.
Let the universe be kind to them.
His world was family to him, too, so the answer didn't completely ignore the loyalty he felt for it. For a very long time it was the only thing he'd had, and it most certainly had a spirit of its own. He wished for its happiness and health as well, but he wasn't sure if Urania's wishing machine cared for semantics.

Amarynthos, Knight of the Moon
Amarynthos didn’t stray far from the group, but he couldn’t imagine a situation where he’d want to. He picked up a meteorite and passed it to Ephesus, and then turned to the group so he could pass out any if they wanted one. There was space for them to pick their own out if they wanted, but when there were no outstretched hands to accept one, he kept it for himself.
What did he wish for? A lot of things. Success. Safety. Happiness. Protection.
He chewed on the inside of his cheek while he pondered it. He could make a wish for every star in the sky, but right now his greatest wish was, “I wish we could get rid of this Chaos and get home safely.”
Dering, Squire of Lysithea
More fog felt like a bit of a downer, but the group still seemed in fairly good spirits, considering. And Ephesus’ parents were here, so it felt like there was maybe even less to worry about. Not that Dering was letting his guard down. It was just easier to breathe.
Even in the face of another riddle.
Or–not quite, it didn’t feel like this one had a simple answer. It wasn’t like they could pool ideas together and vote on an answer to submit.
No, this was personal. He immediately squirmed. There were others picking up a meteorite, and he was afraid to be dead weight so he did the same. It was heavier than he expected but he didn’t let it show on his face.
What was his greatest wish? His palms were sweaty and he worried he might drop the shooting star.
He couldn’t say. What wishes he had in his heart, he kept locked up.
But, others were making wishes. He had a star to wish on.
He was here to help, and if he didn’t at least try he was basically failing.
Softly, so much so that he couldn’t even hear his own voice, he whispered, “I wish things would work out.”
Maybe it was greedy to make a wish that was so vague; he felt guilty about it.
He didn’t wish for a lot of money, or fame, or talent. He just wanted things to be okay.
Guine Reims, Ephesus, Sessrumnir Meighei Amarynthos and Dering are making their wishes!

Ngome, Page of Lysithea“My greatest wish…” Ngome murmured to herself, a thoughtful expression on her face. She had always been one to keep her desires close to her chest, but in this moment, faced with the opportunity to have a wish granted, she couldn't help but let her mind wander to what she truly yearned for deep down. There was so many things to wish for. She could wish to find her daughter that was taken away from her at birth and finally being able to be a family again. Or she could wish to be stronger, to be able to protect those she loved. There were so many possibilities. Taking a deep breath, Ngome stepped forward, her gaze fixed on the fallen stars in the center of the room. With a determined look in her eyes, she reached out and picked up one of the star-shaped konpeitō, feeling its energy hum against her skin. Her mind raced with all the wishes she could ask for, but as she closed her eyes and focused on her deepest desire, it became clear to her. Ngome opened her eyes and spoke clearly, "My greatest wish is to reunite with my daughter and finally have our family whole once again." Meighei Ngome has made her answer

Cynthus, Squire of the MoonCynthus sighed heavily.
“I thought we were supposed to be kicking the s**t out of Chaos,” she said.
Instead they were in another room. The door shut behind them. She knew they wouldn’t be able to open it. There wasn’t any point trying. Cynthus gave it a whack with her crook anyway, just to let out some frustration. At least they’d gotten out of the last one. That had to mean this one shouldn’t be too hard, right? There was still the fog, but that would clear. It had before.
Cynthus traipsed over to the sphere after Amarynthos and Dering, taking the fallen star that was passed to her. The room didn’t seem much different than the last one, just with wishes instead of riddles. Not too bad. She could make wishes all day if she had to.
“Money,” she announced without an ounce of shame. “Piles and piles of money. Specifically Earth money, even more specifically US dollars. Endless amounts of it. With absolutely no effort put into earning it. Let it rain Benjamins.”
Selfish? Who cared? Greedy? Who said she wasn’t going to give some away? She could do anything she wanted and then some with an unlimited supply of cash. She’d even be nice and share with her friends! Plus, if she had her own money, her Dad might stop his half-hearted attempts to lecture her about the credit card bill. (Not that his lectures were ever effective.)- Rose, Page of LysitheaRose accepted the fallen star passed to her by Amarynthos with a small smile and a quiet, “Thanks.”
She held it in her hands and stared at it for a while, uncertain what her greatest wish even was. There was a lot she could wish for, and each seemed equally important. She wanted her mom and friends to be safe and healthy. She wanted to live a long, full life. She wanted Chaos to be destroyed and for every world tainted by it to be healed. She wanted to be confident in herself. She wanted the pain and suffering of others to end.
Glancing around, Rose checked the faces of those who’d come with her. She didn’t want to pry, but it was so hard to choose and she hoped to get inspiration from them. Could she wish for all of it? If not, which wish would serve them best?
Maybe she should focus on more immediate concerns.
“I wish Chaos would leave this world so that Urania can rebuild.”
Technically that was her greatest wish at the moment. It was what they’d come here for. If they could save one world, they could save more. They could save Earth. If they didn’t succeed here, what would that mean for the war back home? What would that mean for the rest of the universe? As she understood it, the fighting had been going on for so long. Something had to give.- Yvoire, Squire of GanymedeWishes and magic. Yvoire wouldn’t have believed in any of it before, but here he was, a Squire of Ganymede, trying to save at least one world from Chaos. He took a fallen star from Amarynthos and held it, staring at it sadly.
Yvoire knew what he would wish for.
He also knew it couldn’t possibly come true.
Lifting his hands, Yvoire brought the fallen star close enough to whisper to it, hoping the others wouldn’t overhear.
“I wish Daddy was still alive.”
He wouldn’t let himself cry about it, even if his eyes grew hot and wet. He didn’t want to talk about it, didn’t want the others to ask, didn’t want them to think he was weak, or that they couldn’t depend on him when he was emotional. They were his friends, the only friends he had. He couldn’t bear the thought that they might pity him, that they might not trust him, that they thought him a depressing liability.
But when given the opportunity to wish for anything, he could think of nothing else—just Daddy alone on a path in the woods at night, while something dark and evil plucked his soul from his chest.
Yvoire swallowed to clear his throat. He took a heavy breath to steady himself. He shut his eyes and willed the tears away.
What was the point of wishing? Nothing would change. If they made it out of here, he would still go home without one father, and he’d wake up tomorrow still knowing what became of him.

Reims, Squire of GanymedeReims clicked his tongue to the roof of his mouth when the door shut behind them. There was that Chaos fog again, although how they could fight fog was lost on him.
He took a couple of practice swings at the air, seeing how the vapor curled around the aircurrent. He was careful not to swing his sword around anyone. The last thing he wanted was someone to get hurt because of him.
But he was restless. They were supposed to be fighting Chaos. They were supposed to be ridding this world of it. Or that was what they were told.
More than being agitated on his own, he didn’t like seeing his friends getting worked up. He could see Yvoire and Dering being jumpy. He was sure that Rose and Cynthus felt out of sorts as well.
Well, except for Cynthus asking for money of all things. He couldn’t hear what Yvoire wished for, but he looked like he was saddened by it. He didn’t hear what Dering said, either.
Ephesus and Amarynthos were basically hanging onto each other, so of course he suspected they were uncomfortable, too.
Not only that, but that Senshi and Knight that he was pretty sure Ephesus referred to as his parents were close -- not enough to be hovering, but they didn’t seem eager to let them off on their own.
Not with the Chaos in the air.
His greatest wish?
Reims paused as he was handed the little star-like object. He peered at it and frowned.
His greatest wish…?
There was so much he could say. But… the voice didn’t give a timeframe.
“My greatest wish is to get rid of this Chaos so we can get the hell out of here,” he huffed. In that moment, that was his greatest wish that he hoped would come true.
He dramatically swung his sword at the fog again, but it didn’t do anything but make him want to get his friends to safety.

Sessrumnir, Knight of Jupiter He didn’t like this one bit. They were trapped behind another door with too much Chaos swirling around them. Sessrumnir kept his arms crossed over his chest, one hand gripping absently to the necklace he wore with gold that swirled and pulsed.
He tried not to keep an eye on the teenagers too closely. They were able to handle themselves. He had to trust them. He and Alastor wouldn’t always be there to help them.
“My greatest wish is to be strong enough…”
He said it quietly as so many others had. He knew it sounded vain. He knew it sounded like he just wanted power. It wasn’t that… That wasn’t the type of strength he wished for. Of course he wanted his family and friends to be happy and healthy. He might not have heard the words from Alastor clearly, but with his hand around the necklace…
No… he wanted the strength to help others. The fortitude to keep moving even when he didn’t think it was possible. The wisdom to step back and let the younger generation grow and thrive and make their own mistakes and learn from them.
The courage to ask for help. To know when he needed to ask.
Alastor was part of his strength, that was no secret. But Alastor could only meet him halfway. Even if Alastor carried him through hell because he couldn’t face it on his own, Sessrumnir still needed to have the willpower to keep going, too.

Ephesus, Knight of the MoonEphesus knew they needed to get rid of the Chaos before they could go home. Before Urania had her home back. Making a wish on a shooting star…? He had a lot of wishes.
He quietly thanked Amarynthos when the piece of meteorite was handed to him. Ephesus watched Amarynthos. Saw the way his brows furrowed ever so slightly as he pondered over what he wanted to wish for.
Something practical, of course. Ephesus smiled because he knew how logical and realistic Amarynthos could be. Getting rid of the Chaos was definitely important. Getting home safely was important as well.
Ephesus held his piece of star in his hand, and held it up to his mouth to whisper. With his other hand, he reached to take hold of Amarynthos’s.
“My greatest wish is that everyone gets to be loved and cherished by someone else, and love and cherish them in return, for all their lives.”
Being able to love someone wasn’t always enough. The same went for loving someone but them not knowing, or not reciprocating. He didn’t know that until recently. He thought he could love people who didn’t love him back. He thought things would be different if he just loved them harder, or put more effort into it. Or did something right instead of wrong all the time.
But this…? Now? With his family and friends? He felt what it was like to be loved for the first time in a very long time. Maybe ever. He wanted everyone to experience what it was like. To know it was possible.
He knew he would probably be teased, but Ephesus didn’t care. He lowered his hand with the star, and leaned up to give Amarynthos a kiss. They might have been surrounded by Chaos, but there was still love and hope just as prevalent. Kyuseisha no Hikari Amarynthos, Dering, Alastor

Grieve of GrieveGrieve also thought they were supposed to kicking the s**t out of Chaos. As always, her eyes scanned the room first. Not a ******** lot of to see, given the fog. But there was once again a fog, and this time...well. It asked something she could actually answer, even if that answer maybe didn't come as easy as her own for the riddle. Her greatest wish, huh? There were a lot of murmurs and whispers about the room, which to her felt like a sort of cowardice and fragility. Like something would break if they said it too loud. Big ********' wishes deserved big ********' voices. The girl wishing for money had the right of it, both in volume and in attitude. Clearing her throat, Grieve declared, "I wish the universe was big and lively again. Not just a single ********' city on a single ********' planet."It didn't have to be the same as the past. That'd just be setting up ghosts for a starry graveyard. But it had to be more. There has to be fishing trips across strange oceans. There has to be markets crammed with a galaxy worth of races, sharing in the universal love of shopping, sharing, and money. There had to be idols, shining high and bright across worlds, singing songs that crossed light years and language. There has to be ******** magic again, known and open. Allowed to exist in public and not this...whatever the hell was wrong with Earth. The sooner senshi and knights were able to leave this place and exist freely in space again, the better in many regards, but especially that one. It ******** sucked, was ridiculous even, to have limit themselves out of fear of civilians finding out, more than the ******** chaos that was supposed to be their major enemy. Galling to change the shade of her skin, to hide the proud remnants of her horns, and the beauty of her ears just so some weak little pissant who relied on her for safety wouldn't ********> and report her for being different from them. But Cosmos hadn't granted a single one of her ********' wishes yet, so good thing Urania was taking this step toward reclaiming space, huh? xMeighei wish for grieve ~ ! 5/12: ignore my padding ilu

Super Sailor DaphneNot everyone around Daphne was keeping their wishes to themselves, and a lot of what she heard people wishing for was focused on the present moment. They wanted the Chaos gone. They wanted things to work out for Urania. The cynical part wondered how perfect their lives must be if that was all they had to wish for. It was an empty wish, anyway. Of course she wanted the Chaos gone, too. She'd come up here to fight it, but she'd come up here to fight it with the knowledge that what she was doing wasn't going to be enough. She remembered what what had happened on Alastor. After they'd all been pushed within an inch of their sanity, they'd won. The darkness was vanquished. The sun had come up. But the sun had come up on an empty world. Part of why she was helping Urania was so that Urania would help her, and she did want to vanquish the Chaos on her own world. The reason she wanted the Chaos gone, though, was so that she could lay her family to rest in the proper way. She would do that, no matter what it took. She would do it, though, with the awareness that everything she did, everything she overcame? It was all for the dead. It was all for closure. None of it was for life, or for the future. None of it would give her what she really, truly wanted. She held one of the stars close, and she whispered into it, tears threatening the corners of her eyes, "I want my family."Sh

Antisana, Squire of Pluto
Antisana stared curiously at his companion page. He didn't think he was imagining the glassy wetness in Crisium's eyes or the muted sniffling. Even though he might wonder why that was happening- what merited such a reaction- ...it was not much his place to ask. They were barely familiar with each other, and those type of emotions usually came with a sort of vulnerability that Antisana did not think would be right to encroach on. He glanced away, back toward the door. "There is probably no reason to linger," he answered the other quietly. They were here for a reason, after all, and while the Chaos was gone from this room, it was not gone from this world. Perhaps Urania would be amenable to closer exploration of these rooms once everything was finished.
For now, they walked through a planetarium (something else to explore later...) and back toward where they'd gathered earlier. New doors were opened to them, and the sensation of Chaos had hardly abated.
With a light touch to Crisium's shoulder to indicate that he was going ahead, Antisana stepped toward one of the next doors. Inside was not so different than where they had just been. A circular room with a great starry orb in the center. The door closed behind them, just as it had in the other room, and the fog settled low and ominous.
Although... it hadn't exactly done anything to them, yet. It did not feel comforting, but since nothing terrible had happened so far, it was almost easy to dismiss.
"You know," Antisana started softly to Crisium, as the globe opened to reveal a handful of smaller, dimmer orbs, "This technology must be quite old. Perhaps it makes mistakes of its own." That's what he settled on instead of any open acknowledgement to the other boy's disheartened demeanor. There was no reason to take anything this orb said to heart, no reason for tears or sniffles. And no reason they should let it affect them when they were here for a job.
Antisana stepped up to the sphere in the center of the room. The peculiar-bubbly-bumpy sort of shaped 'fallen stars' inside looked like they wanted to be held- they were just the right size for it. And as intrusive as it seemed to just... take one, that was what he did.
He leaned in, hoping this was the appropriate thing to do, and carefully collected one to cradle in his palms, before whispering, "I wish I was free of this curse..."
Selfish, perhaps, but he'd really wanted nothing else for the better part of three years. He could hardly conceive of anything else he might want besides to just not have to always be checking over his shoulder, to be able to have some semblance of normal life back. Most Senshi and knights got to power down and go about their business... It just seemed so much like he didn't have that luxury.

ElliottAs the others approached to take a fallen star, Elliott waited. He did not know if his input as a Mauvian was as important as the input of the others. It was not that he thought less of himself, but he knew these devices were made by a Mauvian. If that Mauvian's inclination had been at all similar to his own, Hoshi-no-Tama likely designed his devices to listen to other members of Order first, fellow Mauvians second. It was nothing personal, just important to their jobs of protecting the senshi of the wide universe. That had been part of what they were there for, right? There had to be a reason why he felt so deeply connected to every senshi he had met. It also allowed him to do such lovely things as restore their power, he supposed. Urania recently benefited from that herself. That was likely why he was able to take a little fallen star in his paws and ponder it. Her power had enabled her to get the kind of help she needed, and it warmed him to think that he had been involved. The orb asked what he wished for, and perhaps that was the most relevant part. He was a Mauvian in what seemed like a hopeless war, trying to help the senshi he had been cosmically appointed to assist do better. That was what he wished for, really. He wanted to see every senshi he interacted with and help do better in their lives. But was that really it? Something told him there was a deeper sense to that he was not yet naming. As a guardian, he had taken a personal assignment of someone he was bonded to. The young woman who had discovered him in an alleyway, as he later found out, plucked him up without question and attempted to adopt him. Nembus had referred to it as the cat distribution system, even though he was not to be distributed and she had simply taken him from an alleyway. He had awoken as she was displaying just how big he was to Phaethon, and in both of their flailing to figure out what to do with a Mauvian, Elliott had quickly decided that they did not need to figure that out. He would tie himself to Nembus. Done. But the thing was, she was rarely Nembus. She was afraid. She would power up and run to her homeworld where she would sit for hours. She would run away when she spotted a youma, run even faster when she spotted from a distance an agent or a chaotic senshi work. Elliott understood fear. He would admit he was a "scaredy cat," as they would say. But his bonded was not thriving, and his goal was for all senshi to thrive. "I wish my bonded senshi could find her courage again," murmured he. He knew she had it. She had written in her records from before she purified that she had apparently once run an entire court. His wish was for his bonded to find that again. Meighei I wish my bonded senshi could find her courage again.

The sphere is silent as you make your wishes. To Alastor: Your fallen star glows teal. To Amarynthos: Your fallen star glows light purple. To Dering: Your fallen stars glows cornflower blue. To Ngome: Your fallen star glows vibrant pink. To Cynthus: Your fallen star glows goldenrod. To Rose: Your fallen star glows sapphire. To Yvoire: Your fallen star glows pale pink. To Reims: Your fallen star glows wine red. To Sessrumnir: Your fallen star glows green. To Ephesus: Your fallen star glows blue green. To Grieve: Your fallen star glows yellow. To Daphne: Your fallen star glows cream. To Antisana: Your fallen star glows vibrant purple. To Elliott: Your fallen star glows lavender. The combined power of all the new light from your fallen stars lights up the room. You can now tell what room on the map you are in: The astronomical clock room is now active! The sphere speaks up: “After inserting all the fallen stars, close the globe to re-activate the sphere.”❂

Alastor, Eternal Senshi of Despair
Alastor hadn’t heard what Sessrumnir said. He heard the faint whisper of his voice, enough to understand that he had spoken even though the words were so soft that they sounded like a mumble to him.
The green light radiating from Sessrumnir’s star illuminated his face but it didn’t need to for Alastor to know what expression he was wearing.
He wasn’t so far from him in the first place but he shifted his weight so he could lean closer, and then he nudged Sessrumnir’s boot with his own. He didn’t intrude on Sessrumnir’s wish, didn’t pry.
Alastor just wanted to make sure the weight of Sessrumnir’s thoughts weren’t swallowing him up.
The sphere had instructed them to return the now-glowing stars to activate the sphere. He’d studied the map and this looked like it might qualify for the Astronomical Clock Tower Urania had drawn out, but what that meant for them–or for her–was unknown. All he knew was that she was trying to get things reactivated so she could eradicate the Chaos.
The color of his wish was lovely. He held the meteorite in his hands for a moment longer before he returned it to the sphere.

Amarynthos, Knight of the Moon
Amarynthos couldn’t turn down a kiss after Ephesus made such a kind wish. They didn’t feel like they were in any real danger right now, so who cared if they took a few seconds to themselves? They’d ignited their stars, they were doing as the sphere instructed!
And if he didn’t kiss Ephesus, he might cry–and there was already enough fog and darkness here. He wouldn’t be able to see a thing. This was a practical choice as much as an emotional one.
He hadn’t wished for a kiss but he’d gotten one anyway.
“Those are good wishes.” They had to be, right? All of the meteorites were glowing, weren’t they? That had to be enough. He held onto his star for a moment and then whispered to Ephesus, “I think yours is the prettiest one here.” If they wanted to get out of here, it sounded like they needed to return the meteorite, so with a little sigh he made his way back to the sphere and returned it. “I hope this is enough.”
Dering, Squire of Lysithea
Dering’s gaze had found its way to Yvoire. It wasn’t on purpose, and it wasn’t to snoop; as soon as Ephesus and Amarynthos had kissed, he instinctively turned away.
He couldn’t help that he saw the brief wetness in his eyes. Dering looked away from that, too. He wanted to ask if he was okay, wanted to reassure him, but he didn’t want to do it in a group of people. He always felt so raw, so exposed. Even when in front of his friends, he was paralyzed when the spotlight fell on him.
He wouldn’t do that to Yvoire, even if he wanted to whisper well wishes or make sure he was okay.
Instead, Dering’s eyes fell on the dark meteorite in his hands, and when it started to glow he at first thought it was just an effect of the fog stinging his eyes. He blinked, but the glow was brighter, and cast lights all around the area.
Nervously, he looked up again. There was still no Chaos creeping down their back but he was afraid to stray too far from his group. He was a guest here--in a place Urania hadn't seen in who knew how long. He'd studied the map but he wasn't sure he could solidly identify which room they were in. Urania hadn't warned them to be on the look out for any in particular so took comfort in the fact that they still seemed to be on track.
He hoped she was, too. He should have wished that she was okay. She didn't have the comfort of being in a group, she couldn't go to the dark corners of this tower with her friends.
The faster they got to her, the faster she wouldn't have to face something scary alone, right?
Dering held his wish close to his chest and wished on it again, just in case.
'Please.'
