Activism || Elior wants to fix the world. He sees the potential for a better place, and he does everything he can to make it so. He wants the world, and people, to be the ideal place that it ought to be, and so he volunteers and goes to rallies and sometimes just stands on the street corner with leaflets to get people's attention. Strictly speaking, while he’s figuring out who Elior is, he wants to take a break from this, but the passion still lingers.
Singing || Elior has a fairly decent singing voice, and he has been taking voice lessons since he was young. It's something he truly loves to do, and he has been known to break out into song at random moments. Elior will sing from most any genre, from screaming along with Metallica to tapping along to Celtic Thunder. He has participated in both school and out of school choirs, though choral activities tend to be the first privilege he loses or is threatened with losing if he's in trouble since his parents know how much he loves it.
Chocolate Making || Elior adores chocolate. Naturally, he has figured out how to make chocolate. It's a bit of a labor-intensive process, but it is definitely a labor of love. He occasionally goes to classes to improve his technique, and has an Etsy shop online to sell handmade and sometimes custom chocolates.
Virtues:
Kind || While Elior isn’t always nice, he strives, first and foremost, to be kind. The difference, to him, is that niceness sometimes allows for letting things go in the name of being polite and not making a fuss, and Elior is not particularly capable of “not making a fuss.” But he does want to see people be their best, and he wants to help them get there. So he won’t smooth things over for the sake of politeness, but he will be honest, and straightforward, and do his best to do right by other people, which he thinks is much more important.
Dependable || If Elior says he's going to do something, consider it done. He will never run out on obligations or cancel on plans, barring some extreme emergency. He hates the thought of letting people down, as it feels dishonest to him to make plans and cancel later. On those rare occasions when for whatever reason, he truly can't complete an obligation or make it to an engagement, he tries to let the other person know as early as possible rather than cutting out at the last minute.
Flaws:
Blunt || Elior is opinionated. Elior is not shy about expressing those opinions, and doing it in as straightforward a manner as possible. tHis means that he’s often blunt, and sharp-edged, and not exactly pleasant. He’s gotten better at playing nice even when it pisses him off, because that’s politics, but he hasn’t completely sanded off his rough edges, and he honestly doesn’t intend to.
Cynical || The more he works in politics, the more Elior thinks he was right as a teenager: the world sucks, and people are kind of shitty. That doesn’t mean he’s going to give up; quite the opposite, actually; but he tends to assume the worst unless shown otherwise. This applies to people, situations, and pretty much everything, and while he can be convinced that things will go better, it takes a lot of work and evidence, especially when it comes to other people

Sailor Scout Attack: Empty Heart!
Sailor Elsa speaks the name of his attack and blows over his palm. A whirl of shadows spreads out around him to a radius of six feet, and enemies within the radius feel suddenly as if something has emptied them out on a deep level--emotions feel distant and removed, they might notice that they cannot hear or feel their own heartbeat or breathing, and otherwise they feel more like an empty vessel than a person. These effects last for 30 seconds and Elsa can use this attack three times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Empty Soul!
Sailor Elsa speaks the name of his attack and blows over his palm. A whirl of shadows spreads out around him to a radius of eight feet, and enemies within the radius feel suddenly as if something has emptied them out on a deep level--emotions feel distant and removed, they might notice that they cannot hear or feel their own heartbeat or breathing, and otherwise they feel more like an empty vessel than a person. At this stage, enemies will also feel cold, as if the temperature of the area around them has rapidly dropped. These effects last for 35 seconds and Elsa can use this attack twice per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Endless Void of Emptiness!
Elsa speaks the name of his attack, and must touch the ground with his bare hand to finish the activation. A whirl of shadows spreads out around him to a radius of twelve feet. Within the radius, enemies feel as if they have been reduced to an empty husk--devoid of all emotion, will, or desire. They will also feel extremely cold, as if something is freezing them from the inside out, centered around the heart. These effects last for 50 seconds, and this attack can only be used once per battle.
