Anything Goes Alt Civ Raffle! No special themes for now, but an art raffle's an art raffle, right? Like free art? Like dressing up your characters in whatever fancy-pancy design to your choosing? Want ME to come up with a design for them? In this raffle, anything goes. From a full bells and whistle set up of your desire or complete and utter Colorist's choice (you know, if you like to live dangerously like that). Whatever you want, I'll draw it. And it's for free. Rules and ProceduresIn order to enter, you must have an existing ItnotM char with art. This includes student art, civilian art, Powered art, special event raffles like Halloween or Prom, anything!
Going to switch it up this time. You may post for multiple characters, so long as that character's been active within the last month (January 26, 2013 to February 26, 2013)! However, you can only win one (1) character.

Characters MUST be active between January 26, 2014 and February 26, 2014 at least one RP to enter. This includes Solos, Regulars, Battles, ORPs, replies to existing RPs or starting an RP.
