HISTORY - Lilith Thornton was born in Ecruteak City in the Jotho region to a very old family, whose influence has been present for centuries. From an early age, she was taught the ways of olden day when Pokemon were revered as deities of great power and magnificence. As she grew older, she saw how humans often treated their Pokemon as partners and as, Arceus forbid, house-pets, and it revolted her. She made it her personal mission to teach the world that Pokemon are to be worshiped for their awesome and terrible power and abilities. This is the reason for why she joined Team Rocket.
Throughout the many months of her training as a Rocket Grunt, Lilith pushed and struggled to move past her own distrust of authority and learn to place her faith in others. She managed to open her heart to others and find common bonds, though in her mind she kept the idea that she had a mission in mind and a purpose and duty to fulfill, all in the name of her belief. She soon realized, though, that what she thought were Gods were no more than regular, if not powerful, Pokemon, and her entire world collapsed. After a time spent in reclusion, she determined that she could no longer place all of her hope in a single, predetermined purpose and decided to change the way she lived: living for herself.

POKEDEX ENTRY - "If Charizard becomes furious, the flame at the tip of its tail flares up in a light blue shade. Breathing intense, hot flames, it can melt almost anything. Its breath inflicts terrible pain on enemies."

PERSONALITY - All drama queen, all the time. Serafina is a bit of a diva and will often over exaggerate... most anything. She has somewhat of a nose for trouble, and she can usually hold her own in a fight - usually. That being said, she is also very dedicated to her trainer and whatever her trainer strives for. She is loyal and, in her better moods, rather motherly to the younger Pokemon.
HISTORY - Serafina was Lilith's first Pokemon, and was also the first that Lilith had ever captured on her own. She was captured as a Charmander and lived with Lilith when she was still at home in Ecruteak City. When Lilith decided to pursue her own path, Serafina dutifully followed. She discovered a passion for Contests in her youth, but soon was turned away from them when she discovered that she was not qualified to be a trophy Pokemon. Since then, and since her trainer's going into Team Rocket, the Charizard had hardened herself against such things, preferring to fight and to defend her human.
TRAINER'S NOTES - "Sera is definitely the closest thing to a sibling that I have ever known. She has always stuck by my side through thick and thin - and believe me, that was certainly welcome during a choice few years of my life. Like siblings, of course, we fight often and over trivial things, but to be honest, I have yet to find a Pokemon - especially a Charizard - as loyal as she."

POKEDEX ENTRY - "Its fine fur feels sublime to the touch. It can expand its body by inhaling air. Their fur feels so good that if two of them snuggle together, they won't want to be separated."

WEIGHT - 12.0 lbs
ATTACKS - Return ; Shadow Ball ; Thunder Wave ; Psychic
PERSONALITY - Very bubbly and filled with childhood innocence, despite her years. Her curiosity often gets the best of her in odd situations, but her heart remains light as a feather. She can be rather slow at grasping certain concepts, and she can hardly find any time to just calm herself down and not be bouncing all over the room.
HISTORY - Ziazan was the second Pokemon that Lilith caught, outside of the cities on the coast of Kodo. Because she was born a Shiny Pokemon, she often turned heads on the streets. This was also because she was still a very, very young Igglybuff and she took to bouncing along the docks of the city. She was captured while asleep, and she did not mind it at all. Because she was just a baby, she saw Lilith as her mother figure and clung to her like glue. Even now, fully grown, Ziazan always can be seen at her trainer's side when she is out of her Pokeball.
TRAINER'S NOTES - "Ziazan is... an odd little ball of fluff, really. I had somewhat of a difficult time raising her from a baby Pokemon, but I don't think I have any regrets about it. Ziazan is very cheerful and never fails to cheer me up if I'm in a particularly bad mood. She's much more cunning and powerful than she seems, and she can pack a punch. I'm grateful to have her on my team. Also, I should count my lucky stars for having found her; I don't see many other Grunts around this place that have Shiny Pokemon!"

PERSONALITY - Donovan is all business, and has no time for ne'er-do-wells or miscreants. He is very serious, and gets irritated easily, especially with his brother's erratic behavior. Of the two, he is the brains of the operations: cunning, calculating, and handy with his talons and beak. He is sometimes short on patience, and he does not take to new people easily. Of course, he has been warming up to Lilith lately...
HISTORY - Donovan was born in the Cypress forest of the Kodo region and lived there for quite some time with his twin brother and partner-in-crime, Dresdan. Life in the forest was occasionally hard for the brothers, but [mostly thanks to Donovan's brain work] they devised a system to become Pokemon thieves. They perfected their technique until they were able to charm anyone [usually a stray human trainer] out of their goodies. One day, the brothers came across Lilith, who was out in the forest on a walk. When they tried to work their magic on her, she was unfazed, and instead, she convinced them to leave their poor lives of the forest and live with her and with Team Rocket. They agreed after being promised power and riches, but were deceived after Lilith promptly captured them and made them loyal to her. They had a small bit of respect for Lilith from out-conniving them, but they did not trust her very much after that.
TRAINER'S NOTES - "If I were to choose between the bird-brain brothers... I honestly do not know who I would prefer. Each one of them has their own unique qualities: qualities that I think are very useful. Donovan, on one hand, is intelligent, cunning, logical, and powerful. My only beef with him is how... how cold he is. He doesn't really seem to enjoy many things besides training and getting stronger. It's like he's half Pokemon - half robot. That being said, at least Donovan is loyal to me as a trainer... as far as just obeying orders go."

PERSONALITY - Ever the charmer, Dresdan could be called "vain," "self-centered," and "a complete and total idiot" - all of which describe him to a tee. He is not so much vain, though, as he is aware of how gorgeous his coloring is, and he is not afraid to flaunt it. While a little slow, he is very skilled with words [or, rather, gestures] and can make a Clamperl part with its pearl. He is very dependant of Donovan and holds his brother in fairly high respects, though he is not above playing a small joke on his brother once in a while just to see his reaction.

SPECIES - Gastly
POKEDEX ENTRY - "With its gas-like body, it can sneak into any place it desires. However, it can be blown away by wind. Despite lacking substance, it can envelop an opponent of any size and cause suffocation."

ATTACKS - Hypnosis ; Dream Eater ; Dark Pulse ; Energy Ball
PERSONALITY - Stubborn, sassy, and stealthy: all are words to describe Nerezza. She is very steadfast in her beliefs and is headstrong. She is not really one to commit to any one thing, unless it particularly suits her tastes. Through many tough years, her heart had grown somewhat cold, but she can still feel a pang of pity or regret once in a while. If it would be possible to get underneath layer after hard-set layer, Nerezza would seem, in fact, a very compassionate and caring Pokemon. Of course, though, she always has time for making a little mischief for others.
HISTORY - Nerezza was born into a clan of nomad Ghost Pokemon, with whom she was raised. Back then, she was much more curious and innocent about the world, and it was that curiosity that spelled her imminent demise. When her clan was in the Sinnoh region, she made the mistake of awakening a malevolent Spiritomb near the Pokemon Tower, which injured many of her family in its rage. For her punishment, she was banished from her clan. Suddenly alone, Nerezza resigned herself to her fate and did her best to embrace her life as a completely wild Pokemon. Eventually, after years of wandering, the Gastly wound up lost in the desert of Kodo. She meandered for hours until she found Lilith, alone as well, taking her pain out on the ancient sands. After playing a small prank on the human, Nerezza spoke with her and decided to go with her on a "temporary arrangement" and live as part of Team Rocket.
TRAINER'S NOTES - "Ah, Nerezza. She's a strange one, she is. Perhaps one of the most complex and difficult Pokemon I have met to date. I feel guilty about it, but I honestly do not completely trust her all that much. It's not that I do not like her or do not appreciate having her on my team; I do. It's just that she is so complicated. Her heart and mind are so muddled and confused - from what I gathered on our first meeting, that is - that I can't see what's really in her best interests. I don't know if she knows if she's doing the right thing... If that makes sense."
