Character Name, Rank, and a link to their journalLacaille super senshi of books Location: I4 Action: Attacking Total:4 + 5 HP: 67
Lacaille threw one of her magical books at the Hallow. She was worried about this battle every time the energy hit them they were weakened again and again. At this rate they would all fall to this world ending creature. Not that it was shocking but they had friends and family that they fought for Queen Serenity had told them there was a chance so they had to fight as long as they could.
Super Sailor Scout Attack:
Imagine
Lacaille throws magical energy books at her enemy. Upon impact, the book disintegrates, making the target feel like they have just read a deeply emotional part of a book that the target has read. Spectral visions of characters from the book appear to the target.
Morphues looked at the battlefield and he was tired of getting hit over and over so he attempted to aid the shield in his area so maybe they could keep getting hit so hard everytime the energy hit them. This was really annoying he wanted to go home to the earth and birds. He did not enjoy fighting world ending monsters.
Location: I7. Action:attacking the Calamitous Hollow and using Almadel’s Pin. Total: 1 +10 (Almadel’s pin) = 11. HP: 83 / 100
Round 1: 100 – 35 from Calamitous Hollow general attack = 65 +13 from Ekstrom’s shielding = 78 +15 (Almadel’s berry) = 93. Round 2: 93 – 38 from Calamitous Hollow general attack = 55 + 28 from Ekstrom’s shielding, no damage taken from shield failure = 83.
On one hand, it was reassuring and inspiring to hear that d’If also liked the vibe of the mysterious Dagon of Dread. All the more reason to fight hard and get through this garbage, so they could make good on the idea of contacting her after everything was said and done. Whatever they could get out of meeting her, Dunwich wanted all three of them to see it someday.
On the other hand, the creature’s face startled her. Ugly and both similar to and different from so many other monsters Dunwich had ever imagined or seen depicted in art before. Between that and the light-show of Solaris upgrading to Eternal right before everybody’s eyes, Dunwich knew that her aim was not the best right now. Nevertheless, she raised her arm and threw her driftwood heart once more, brushing her other thumb over the purple pin from Almadel as she did.

Dumuzi stared up balefully at the monster, even as it was staring down at the whole group of them as if it wanted them all killed. Or eaten. It was a world eater or whatever the databases had said.
It didn't really matter how much it hurt to leap up and punch the thing. He would do it again. This ******** thing didn't stand a chance against them--
"Dumuzi!" Richtersveld, for her own part, had a debuff she could channel in the direction of the monster, so she had opted to stay put. "Are you alright!?"
"I'll be fine!"
"... Bruh," she pinched the bridge of her nose, taking a moment to take more from her twin in an attempt to get him to understand that this wasn't the time for bravado. "We're going somewhere with more people." Snatching his hand out of midair before he went to attack again, Richtersveld dragged him to stand next to a few others.
... It was, perhaps, in a false hope that someone else there might have healing she didn't. But, if anything, safety was more possible in numbers. "Eat the berry, Dumuzi-"
Was that what he was supposed to do with it? Seemed logical enough, so he did-
Acteae nodded her thanks to Hylonome who had healed the group. Then she sent another attack at the hallow. She frowned so much energy being wasted. She grumbled under her breathe tired of being attacked over and over. Still if it meant keeping the healer up she would take the hits.
Okay. It was starting to flag. That seemed good. For once in nis life, Volterra actually felt positively about an outcome. Ne roared nis attack once more.
Location: G6. Action:jumping up and attacking the Calamitous Hollow again. Total: 2 +10 (Almadel’s Pin) HP: 33 / 100 (65 +17 from Mirabilite’s round 1 shield – 38 from Calamitous Hollow general attack – 11 from shield failure)
If it bleeds, it can die. If it bleeds, it can die. If it BLEEDS, it can DIE.
Inside his own gay little brain, covered as it was in fingerprints from Miyazaki Hidetaka and the FromSoftward catalogue of games, Nekoite repeated his new Sunbro’s words. He felt unsteady on his feet after the monster’s last attack, as if that shockwave had wanted to knock him back and had only failed because of some unforeseen secondary effect from one of the items Nekoite had equipped after pulling them out of the little velvet giftbag that everyone had gotten from this Almadel guy.
(If they all made it through, Nekoite was gonna need to seek him out in town sometime, because he was probably cool if he sent helpful giftbags to everybody, regardless of faction, and Nekoite’s finely attuned senses of these things told him that he needed to talk to anybody who seemed weird but potentially helpful. FromSoft NPCs were always hiding cool questlines or the ability to unlock special items behind dialogue you only unlocked by Interact-ing with them so much it almost sort of felt like bothering them.)
Taking a deep breath, Nekoite forced himself to keep smiling. He squinted up at the monster’s underbelly again, trying to find a new angle of attack, something better. As he searched, he absentmindedly rubbed his thumb over the purple diamond pin. This time, when he took a running leap toward the creature’s underbelly with his cat toy, Nekoite felt like his attack managed to strike more true……but he was still attacking a world-ender with a cat toy.
Oh, well. What really mattered was that he tried, instead of giving up.
Landing back with his cool little group, Nekoite considered the berry in his velvet gift bag. On one hand, he could probably use the healing? But on the other hand, what if he needed that healing more later? Euuuuugh, deciding when to use a Blood Vial or an Estus Flask was always so stressful!!! More so now than usual because it was actually real life!!!!

Thebe was trying to help with the shield, she didn't have much left to give to this battle before she would be out of energy. She sighed she really wanted to take a nap. This was so much work and was so annoying.
Sailor Scout Attack: Take it Slow 30 seconds, 3 uses
Thebe puts her arms out and casts a debuff to slow her targets down. All enemies within a ten foot range will embody the slowness of the unau and will move at 1/3rd their usual speed. The magic lasts for 30 seconds. Targets may move slightly faster if they are at risk of great harm (such as if someone is trying to deliver a killing blow) but otherwise they will have reduced speed. Their speech and thoughts will move as normal unless players want to slow that down as well.
Hokusai didn't have much left to give, she was going to fall soon, she figured she had enough energy left for one more attack and then she would be down for the count. Considering she was just a page she figured she had done the best she could and she would live to fight another day.
Rabbit was getting hit really hard by the magic they kept hitting them. She started to call to any power she could think of for help. She worried that their efforts wouldn't be enough unless there was some miracle. They really needed help badly.
Location: E10. Action:attacking the Calamitous Hollow (with DSS magical wonkiness + Almadel’s pin in effect). Total: 6 (roll x2 for wonky DSS magic) = 6 HP: 74 / 100 (66 – 38 from Calamitous Hollow general attack +6 damage prevented by Aberdonia’s protection, no damage from shield failure, –3 for DSS magic backlash +28 for Elkurud’s shield +15 for Almadel’s berry)
Fighting against the Calamitous Hollow was not something that Arcalís had ever expected to be doing. Mostly because his people had always described the beast as some kind of horrific story that one told to naughty children so they would behave, or that superstitious interstellar sailors whispered amongst themselves as warnings about the grim reaches of space where no one liked to travel. The places on star-maps that anybody with an ounce of sense in their heads did well to just avoid.
Staring down the creature now, though, Arcalís refused to let it daunt him. Not when Madriu, their worlds, and so many innocent people were relying on the strength and fortitude of everybody here. Once more, Arcalís extended his hand toward the beast. He spun around, skirt and bows rustling around his legs. He swept his hand toward the beast’s underbelly—and with his free hand, he rubbed his thumb along the purple diamond pin that had come in the little velvet bag. Aches coursed through him once he’d sent the magic firing, and he reached, instinctively, for the berry.
As he choked it down, Arcalís hoped that the rejuvenating sensation was more than something he felt inside himself. He needed real healing, insofar as he could find it. Everybody here would need every ounce of strength that they could muster.
Quote:
Sailor Scout Attack: Adverse Reaction! As Arcalís calls his attack, he extends a hand toward a single target then spins, making a sweeping motion toward them. For the duration of the magic, the target feels as though they are beset by intense adversity, as though the situation has turned against them, the odds are not in their favor, and everyone around them wishes to see them fail. They may try to power through this, but they will also find it somewhat harder to act: their limbs will feel heavier, moving will cause them pain, and regardless of what they do, they will feel as though someone (the universe, the situation, any bosses or commanding officers, any personal enemies, any divine beings someone believes in, Cosmos herself, et al.) is hostile to them and does not want them to succeed. Any lasting damage when the magic ends is up to player discretion. This magic lasts for 25 seconds and Arcalís may use it three times per battle.

Amsvartnir huffed a little. Okay. This thing was tough, but it wouldn't beat them. He spent more of his magic pool, sending it arcing up into the sky. He offered himself for energy once more.
Fangnyl's shortsword came back to him and he simply hurled it up into the air again, aiming once more for the soft underbelly of the beast. He also gave some energy to the shield
Fang twitched and leapt up again, roaring in anger as he used his second stage magic this time, trying to claw in as deeply as he could before gravity made him come down again.
Panting slightly, he realized he could help in other ways, and turned to Caelyna. "Help?" he asked, holding out his hand for her. "Shield?
Promethei, Knight of Mercury Location: G3 Action: Attacking, using sparkling earrings to warn Imhotep HP: 118 - 38 - 14 = 66 Roll: 8 + 10 = 18
While the temptation was undoubtedly strong to respond to what the general had chosen to snark at them, he knew the best he could do was take a hint from his husbands here.
Don't engage.
There were, after all, two former members of the Negaverse standing with him, and a third one that would hopefully be a third. The last thing he wanted to do was to give them Negaverse any motivation or any crumbs to follow. So the best thing he could do?
Channel his magic for another fifteen seconds, he supposed. It was in theory, supposed to give him secrets, but for this giant thing so far away from him? He would just accept it doing more damage.
To Imhotep, though, he would feel the murmur in his mind of, We need to get away from the general.

General Borax Location: A4 Action: Attacking the tail as directed by Heliodor! HP: 110 - 38 - 15 = 57 Roll: 3 + 10 + ??? = 13
Faustite was doing something Borax hadn't expected him to do when he flung himself much closer to the serpentine creature, and he had to admit the low whistle he let out was one of being legitimately impressed. That was a show of bravery on his part.
... Was Borax the type to show bravery like that?
Not quite. He valued his life a bit too much, and for now, it felt like the safest place to value his life was down in the safety of the failing shield. He would likely have a few more moments of it before the shield fell down around them. After all, Velencian technology had been perfected by Negaverse assistance the last time they had seen them en masse, had it not? Had they had that this time?
Borax saw those reports from those generators-
Heliodor had some extra information, and Borax would take that into consideration. The tail made sense. That Chibi in the distance had another spike from it, now. That meant it had fallen from its tail.
Done.
He would jump and take a swing with his fists.
(Sorry for the double quote y'all, I forgot something I meant to have him do-)
Corrupt Eternal Hestia location: a4 action:attacking the tail via magic Total: (5 + 10 rank) 15 HP: (110-38-12) 60
The connection with the creature was clearly taking its toll on Helio, yet the other eternal continue to lash out wish his magic, aiming for the tail. Hard to reach for those in the air, but perhaps not his magic. Perhaps not their magic, as soon after she was raising her hand to send another scouring blast to follow after Helio's magic.
Quote:
Super Sailor Scout Attack: The Sparkling Finish!
(debuff) A person-sized scouring blast hits a surface, giving it the appearance of highly polished metal. It causes an eye-searing glare and makes everything within its circle dangerously slick and difficult to maneuver in.
Turning her head to check on the rest of the team, Hestia caught the clenched jaw and heaving chest of her leader, as if he was in the midst of a second battle. And whichever side had won, it was enough to send him leaping onto the shield and outside of its protection. Their protection.
And then he...did not come down.
A bright spot began to well overhead and he did not come down.
Tama landed back down among them, debris of taken scale and flesh falling off his claws. Over the coms she stated, "Sir, if you do not come down by the count of ten, we are going up." An edge of concern settled into her words, turning them fast and clipped, "Ten one thousand...nine one thousand..."
Well. This... Tyndareus could feel himself getting tired, but he wouldn't let himself be swayed now. He cast the last bit of his magic and ate the berry.
