They spotted their brother in the crowd and went over to Yddagen to give him a learned from the humans behaviour of an upwards head nod. That was an appropriate form of greeting.
Their gaze slid toward the rest of the people, then, bunched around Lyndin like he provided the answers. And from what was in the database, he had to a degree.
But Lysvi was still uncomfortable, his stomach turning over itself as she considered the consequences of everything.
They would be there. Lysvi loved Earth too much to let it suffer if she could do anything to help avoid it.
That didn't mean they did it with open arms to their comrades.
Meleph had noticed something was wrong. It was hard not to, considering the way her mirror movements kept getting intercepted. She had trouble understanding the purpose of increasing the energy taking she was already questioning, but if it was the end of the world they were facing, she needed to do it. Right?
That was how it would work in a video game. Grind the arguably single task over and over until Victory was achieved. And then, maybe, the world could go back to something more peaceful and cozier in a default, cleared world.
It sounded peaceful, and this was temporary.
Right?
Meleph shifted uncomfortably as she looked out at the Dark Mirror senshi gathered around Remarque and others scattered with the Negaverse. She chose to near Remarque.
It was too bad she didn't see Raven, there.

Standard Bearer feel free to approach any of my characters here!
Getting the approval from Freddy to go wasn't easy, and she had to make sure to keep him posted and everything and keep out of trouble. The fact she had made a bunch of friends so far meant she wanted to make sure they'd be okay, especially if all the bad guys would be here too.
One of her friends, the one from drive-in, was sure to be here too, and she wanted to make sure nobody bullied her. It wasn't easy to find her with how everyone was bunched and grouped together but after she'd passed the little alien friend of hers (Tianyi) and gave them a quick hello, she spotted the senshi of popcorn.
"Oi! Are you okay? There's sooooo many magical people here. I think I saw a space princess!" At least that was what she thought the lady with the big wings was. Holding her little lantern up she smiled brightly.
"My pumpkin changed! So I can help make sure no bad guys get any ideas okay?" She hadn't gotten to test it out, but Isaiah had mentioned something about magic. She really only got half of what the mad scientist said, but if it helped her in her journey to beat up bad guys and help make the city a better place to be then that was fine by her.
Okenite didn't have the ability to teleport, but when he saw the message come over the tablet that Laven had given him just a few weeks prior, he felt like it meant everyone had to join in even if he was new and not sure of everything still.
The feeling of so many people in the area made him nauseous for a moment and he ducked behind a tree to keep from being spotted as he sent a message out to his friend.
Shanyume
Laven, I came because the message seemed like a direct mission order, and I would rather not be seen as disobeying orders but.... there are a lot of people here.
Where should I report to?
-Okenite
That done, he still kept his tablet close as he held his briefcase in his other hand. It definitely was flimsy and he felt out of place and way out of the loop but he wanted to make sure he didn't make any missteps because the pay offering had allowed him to upgrade from ramen to going back to the deli for lunch between teaching courses and learning from Laven about what the job requirements were for all this.
Arriving on earth just in time for some ridiculous world-ending catastrophe honestly felt...hilarious. Like, of course that would happen. Elkurud had gone from one world ravaged by Chaos to another about to be eaten by a monster out of rumor, myth, and fairy tales.
Not that Earth was less ravaged by Chaos than his homeworld, if he understood things correctly. There were bizarre Chaos entities here that were capable of affecting people, and that was....disgusting. Awful. Unheard of and bizarre, like so many things about the state of the universe. And just showing up to this place, where the strange message had sent him, proved almost instantly that it was all true.
There was so, so much Chaos here.
His ears flicked, uncomfortably, and he found himself a spot away from as much of the Chaos as he could manage. He would show up and he would fight, but that didn't mean he had to be happy about it.
Berlin Tempest / Lieutenant Nekoite(PL: Leyndell of Cosmos) Action: getting to the function (with a pause along the way to get food); arriving and walking right into Demonic Marge Simpson’s back.
Berlin didn’t like it when he couldn’t manage to eat enough. It had been happening kind of a lot recently, as things got more and more serious with the business about the Calamitous Herald or whatever. (As Nekoite, he was working really very hard to remember all these details, while also working really hard to learn the ropes of being a Negaverse Agent and working to git gud so he wouldn’t embarrass Arsenolite and Ashanite every time he went out to do things. Which was all a LOT of work, and maybe Berlin/Nekoite had bungled the monster’s name like, two, or three, or fifteen times.)
Also, his anxiety had been spiking through the roof about this situation on a regular basis since it had all started showing up in the Negaverse’s intel database. Which felt like a pretty normal, sane person sort of reaction to the potentially world-ending stakes, but that didn’t help much in light of how Berlin needed to function? As a person? And his anxiety making it harder for him to eat properly
With the coordinates and timestamp in mind, he’d left the house pretty early. Since he couldn’t teleport as Nekoite yet, he made most of the trip across town as Berlin, first taking a bus, then walking a few blocks to a different bus stop. Once he’d disembarked from the second bus, he had a few blocks left and fortunately, he knew them pretty well. A lot of fun stuff happened in this part of town every summer and around Halloween. Plus, the streets around here were lined with a lot of the cool, local places that Berlin liked finding reasons to visit: bookstores where you could find esoteric stuff with margin notes from people who’d really been interested in the material; an art gallery that one of Charlotte’s friends worked at, making sure local talent had one more place to showcase their work; a little Japanese-American café where they specialized in bento boxes (with a side option to get the contents sculpted into cute things, like all the pics Berlin saw on pinterest of onigiri shaped like Snorlax or omelettes shaped like Pikachu)……
Even knowing that he needed to get to where everybody else was, Berlin stopped at the last of those. He had enough time. Anxiety had moved him to leave the house quite early, and really, he did need to eat something. Perusing the selection in the glass display case, Berlin noticed something cute: a row with little plastic containers you could get for your bento, each containing a row of blueberries, a row of dragonfruit slices, and what might’ve been whipped cream in the middle. Managing a smile, he snapped a quick picture, then immediately put it in a text for a certain London Oakley.
Quote:
text:i can’t believe my fav bento place said trans rights so blatantly 🤣🏳️⚧️
The problem with sending that text was, it made Berlin’s fingers itch to send London something more. He was quick about his orders—picking up four bento boxes ultimately (one to eat now and three to either share with someone else who needed food before whatever was coming or save and eat later)—but as he made his way toward the meeting area, Berlin kept firing off texts to London. Probably London would be kind of annoyed, but that was okay. Friends were allowed to get annoyed with each other sometimes.
Quote:
text:the storms arent ******** up yr stream or anything right?
text:sorry if they are btw 😭
text:but hey, hey, when you have some time, maybe?
(Berlin initially typed “when this is all over,” but caught himself about it as he waited for a crosswalk. Right. London wasn’t in on the magic stuff as far as he knew. And if he was wrong, then London might have gotten seduced by the lies of the White Moon senshi and their Knights. Play it cool, keep some things on the down-low.)
Quote:
text:i know it’s not the most normal idea & i know you like speedrunning better
text:but i’ve been thinking of challenge runs like “can i beat bloodborne using the same approach i took to building my first dragonborn in skyrim”
text:obvs a lot of translation to do there bc they have v v v different character build systems
text:but i thought maybe i could get some consultation from you about it since you know more about tes than anybody else i know? 💕
text:y’know, if you’re open to it and you want to and stuff
Finally only a block or so off from the meeting place, Berlin paused. He ducked into an alley, intending to power up. But the lighting was a bit too good and for some reason, there was a full-length mirror leaning against one of the brick walls around him. It occurred to him that this might have been some Dark Mirror Court thing, but even so, he positioned himself to snape a quick mirror selfie, with a good view of his purple and black plaid skirt, his long-sleeved black t-shirt, and said shirt’s fanart of Miquella and St. Trina from Elden Ring standing back to back with a wall between them, each looking miserable, framed by the words I abandon here my love in elegant violet font.
This, too, Berlin sent off to London.

—but if he wasted any more time than that, his goose was #Cooked with the team.
Powering up into Nekoite, he stashed three of the bento boxes in his subspace pocket, then made a beeline for the hill where everybody else was congregating. So many powered auras overwhelmed his senses—especially with so many General-Sovereigns out in full effect, plus the Mirror Prince and at least three White Moon Princesses—so Nekoite tried to look around for Ashanite or Arsenolite instead. Both of them were tall and pretty distinctive, and flocking to the Generals who had joint custody of him (in Nekoite’s own gay little brain and no one else’s), that probably made sense right?
Unfortunately for Nekoite, all the cool people were so colorful. And distracting. And next thing he knew, he walked face-first into the back of somebody significantly taller, with a black vest on but Crayola marker yellow skin and a distinctly White Moon super’s aura. Worse still, she (Grieve) had somebody else with her (Hy-Brasil), and their White Moon aura felt like an eternal senshi or a full blown knight. Staring up at them, even from behind, Nekoite couldn’t help but ******** class="quote">
Mauvian Lucien is standing on Alastor’s shoulders; he is standing by Sessrumnir, near Oberon, Valhalla, and Ganymede; acknowledging Solaris
Alastor had little need to offer introduction or commentary; for as much as he liked to talk, much of what he thought had already been said. He agreed with the general consensus of things–except, maybe Oberon was a bit more jaded when it came to how to deal with the Negaverse’s anticipated betrayal.
He had no issue balancing Lucien on his shoulders; the Mauvian had spent enough time there that Alastor was as comfortable as he was.
He could see Ephesus and Amarynthos from here. They were safer away, while there wasn’t any greater threat at hand. The Negaverse seemed to be leaving them be, but he was vigilant just in case. He nodded to Solaris.
Alastor’s hands were planted on his hips, and though the reasonable thing to do was be worried–and, he was, in his own way–he couldn’t help the rush of excitement that coursed through his veins. He didn’t want Earth to be destroyed, but he thrived in combat.
Yes, the concept of a world eating beast was daunting, but by the end of the day it would be another notch in the belt. He’d been in fights before–big fights. Wars. Not like this.
Alastor was old enough that there weren’t too many entirely new experiences for him.
Sessrumnir had said try not to have too much fun–so, he’d try.
And, if the Negaverse decided to attack them after this was all said and done? Their loss.

Super Grieve action: battle snackin, flipping off Hestia but also Hestia is right behind Faustite so also flipping off that entire group, weird how that happened! - manhandling a lieutenant
It was a good thing Hy-Brasil avoided the skewers, 'cause Grieve certainly wasn't sharing. She did, however, grin over as if money had just started falling from the sky. Cosmos bless, she'd have a ********' healer nearby. An Earth knight had never smelled so good.
Swallowing down her mouthful, grieve shrugged, "I like being where the action is, you know? Plus..." She grimaced and looked around, catching that elderly-a** Hestia's eye. Taking a swig of wine, she flipped off the corrupt as she lifted the jug. "I'm not waitin' another thousand years for my next ********' pizza."
She Might have said more, but then some a*****e ran into her back and made her drop her ******** meat. Gazing down as if this world had already fallen, Grieve slowly turned her head to see who had sabotaged her dinner. And was met with yet another familiar face. Another soul that had been given another chance and proceeded to completely ******** it up.
Long, boney fingers wrapped in tattered leather gripped the boy's chin and forced his head up, "Even Cosmos couldn't keep you from making the most dipshit decision ever, huh?" She tilted his head from one side to the other with a grinning, incredulous scowl. <********>
Glancing back at Hy, she explained, "He was a Cosmos Knight in his past life." She let go of his chin and started roughly rubbing his head instead, making a complete mess of his hair. "Nothing like seeing old friends broken and ******** up on chaos to make a person wanna to kill something, right?"
Well. This was it. There were ominous clouds rolling in, and Pyrrhus's fancy little Senshi phone gave him a time and a location, and what was he going to do, not show up? Earth had given him a home, and even if he hated this stupid diurnal planet and the way that it absolutely did not cater to a sun-sensitive alien from outer space who could only really go out at night or with a parasol or some other kind of sun covering...
There were good things about Earth, too. Like how his cousin was here, and his best friend. Like how if Tyndareus was going to show up anywhere, it seemed like it would be Earth, and even if he knew he didn't deserve it, Pyrrhus wanted a second chance.
So, fine. He would show up to defend this world. He would do everything he could for it. Anything else, they'd figure out after.
Urania heard the call on her senshi phone and knew what it must be. She had been investigating the storm for some time and knew it had found virtually all senshi and knight worlds she knew of. The aura was the same as the reading she had carefully captured of the storm.
No Chaos or Order. Something else…
Still, this night only reminded her of what had happened to her own world. Signs. Only signs. And then… everything was gone.
Captain Sodalite - solely answering his general's summons (not the overwhelming message instead)
If he hadn't felt Prehnite's invite to the whole "casbah" party event, Sodalite would have probably stayed in. But now he was here and even as he watched as Hatsya arrived, slipped, and crashed into Prehnite's back did he merely arch one eyebrow before offering a hand to either the corrupt or the general if they needed assistance.
Even as he waited to see if his offer would be accepted his gaze never left the sight of the lightning that seemed to drip down from the sky in little orbs. That definitely was not something that one saw everyday but then again how often did civilization face an existential threat in the form of a giant world-eating snake?
Erytheia hardly needed to read what his knight signet ring said. He knew it was coming — he just did not know when. But now he knew.
There was a familiar pit in his stomach as he arrived and looked to the sky. It was like his vision. Dark and tendril-like and ominous. It was just missing the eye.
Why had the Code showed it to him when there was so little he could do to prepare?
But he had prepared. He had his sword now. He had a way to attack — bring the fight to the enemy. Still, it didn’t feel right in his hands.
“Well, you should have told me before hand you were afraid of lightning, boss.”
Tama quipped as he teleported in next to Faustite. His form pulsed a strong auras unlike usual. He was in his Senshi form. No use in hiding it from the White Moon present.
“I could have told you that lightening is this thing’s deal and saved you the trouble. But I suppose you have to be here because only you have that.”
Kamacite looked like he’d seen a ghost. Which, as Lopezite had come to know, seemed to be close to his normal state. He almost always seemed to have some haunted, worried look on his face. At least tonight Lopezite understood why he was so anxious.
He saw Kamacite over the shoulder of the Lieutenant he was talking to, and though he wasn’t sure he recognized him, Lopezite thought he was asking good questions.
“Did you eat anything recently?” he asked, moving to stand by the two of them. Without much thought, he extracted an energy bar and a bottle of water and seemed ready to offer them to Kamacite.
Now that he could see Jasper’s face, he was sure he didn’t recognize him, so he dipped his head slightly and introduced, “Lopezite. Sorry, hope I’m not interrupting. You want a snack or anything, too?”
She almost ignored Prehnite's summoning. Things were still not okay between the two of them and this little bit of defiance by not appearing to the questing invite sent out would have been a small form of delicious vengeance, if Amora went for that sort of thing: She didn't. But even as she sat in the home that Prehnite had provided for her since he had brought her onto his team did her gaze keep flicking to the ever-changing conditions happening just outside of the window. In her hands she held her henshin pen and rhythmically clenched and then would loosen to let the object roll around on her desk. She spent about fifteen minutes or so just repeating the motions as she thought long and hard about her choices and the repercussions that each would have.
If the forces that were gathering lost, well then Earth was doomed and it really wouldn't matter if she decided to ignore Prehnite's invite to the battle. He was probably the fairest general out there and would look the other way if she didn't show. But what if they prevailed, what then? Was it worth fracturing the trust they had in each other even more so than it already was? What about the rest of the team?
Closing her eyes Amora took a deep breath in and slowly released it. Her gaze fell to her henshin pen even as her questing fingers reached out to pull it nearer to her once more. With a soft whisper she activated the power that lay dormant inside to be wrapped up in her transformation to become Hylonome.
Even as she willed herself to teleport to where the summons had come from did the Edelweiss senshi mutter under her breath, "don't make regret coming to offer you my aid Prehnite."
In a blink of her eye she was gone from her room and now out in a rather large field before she visibly flinched at the feeling of way too many auras, both chaotic and not. She was here and even as she caught sight of other members of the team that Prehnite had assembled did Hylonome want nothing more to simply shrink back and break rank and flee.
Madriu refused to believe that tonight would be the end. Just like many of the other Senshi of Earth, he and Arcalis had worked hard to provide energy to the Chamber of Prayer, to hope that something might come of all of this.
And they had just found each other again. Had just had the chance to come back together, and they could work towards fixing their worlds together, like they were supposed to be.
Yes, the Calamitous Hollow was a threat that was difficult to face. It was beyond the strength of any single world. But they were not a single world, not truly. Even if Earth was physically alone, they had Senshi from all across the stars. And as little as Madriu liked to admit it, the presence of Chaos was a variable that could not be ignored; clearly, they had brought their best to this battle, and as much as that made Madriu's skin crawl with the oppressive feel of those auras, they were still power that could be turned against the oncoming storm.
"Ready, kyzaile?" He asked, softly. "Or at least as ready as we can be?"
