Hobbies:

Baking Alli spends most of her extra time in the kitchen baking cookies and small cakes, she likes the smell of warm baked goods. She finds it comforting for some reason like a memory from a dream. She is pretty good at baking having learned from her mother when she was young.

Sewing Alli enjoys sewing, mostly making and fixing outfits for the theatre group at school. She loved making fantastical outfits. She is pretty good at keeping her stitches neat and following the patterns for new outfits for the cast of the plays.

Theatre Alli isn't really into being on the stage but she loves all things behind the stage, lights, sound, crafting outfits for the cast and even working stage crew. She likes to organize things and check things off her list so nothing is late.

Virtues:

Punctuality: Being on time is very important to Alli but it isn’t just that she hates to be late. Being on time–or early–is necessary. If she makes a commitment, she keeps it. She is predictable and reliable and always sets time aside to make sure things get done according to the schedule. She has great time management and is good at keeping herself and others on task.

Organized: Everything needs to be orderly for Alli, whether it's her kitchen or her thoughts. She comes across as very put together and capable of handling herself. No matter what is going on, she seems to be able to neatly sort things out and come up with a plan. Flaws:

Fussy - For Alli everything has to be just so and if it's not she gets grumpy and is likely to have an off with their head attitude about the situation. She had been this way since she was a little kid, if it isn't her way things get loud and messy. She can be very finicky and particular about things.

Bossy - Alli wants things her way, so she tends to order others around when she thinks she knows best. She doesn’t like to be told what to do and thinks very highly of herself and her skills. She can be very overbearing and strict but she just wants things to be perfect and thinks that she can lead people to that perfection.

Impatient - Alli wants things in order and on time, it annoys her if things are late or delayed. She dislikes people being slow or ineffective and thinks it’s disrespectful for them not to put their whole effort into anything they do, especially if other people are relying on them. She wants things instantly and hates waiting. She isn’t patient and starts to feel antsy when she doesn’t feel like things are moving quickly enough.
