Commodore Lyndin Location: F3 Action: Accepting Andronicus’ energy silently; grateful for the Vanguardians collecting energy and the collection of those offering it
There were new faces, or faces he’d seen only in passing.
And then, there was Andronicus. Lyndin rose when she approached, not with any enthusiasm. Only a desire to ensure there were no more lives lost.
Cydfae had died trying to protect Lyndin. Her last seconds had been spent in a desperate crawl towards him. She reached for him and he could not reach back with enough power to pull life back into her.
She died protecting him.
Was Andronicus here to offer help out of the goodness of her heart? Did she regret the blood on her hands? Was this her attempt to make amends?
No, probably not. It was more likely that she was here to protect herself, and though her presence was salt in an open wound, he was determined to protect his people.
He didn’t need to approach her to use his Source Stone; he held it in one hand and made sure she could see it.
If Lyndin were a lesser man, he would have drained her to unconsciousness so he could know she was no threat to the Vanguard.
He didn’t.
She offered some energy so he took some energy. He offered her no thanks; this was a transaction that served her as well as it did them. When done with her, he moved on to Ashur and did the same.
When he’d finished, he gave the Vanguard a brief, guarded look, and without words he gave both caution and reassurance.
He accepted the energy gathered by the others, and did manage a word of thanks to the Vanguardians who had collected it as much as those who had offered. He nodded politely to Ida, to Kerberos, to Carnotite and Carterhaugh and Amsvartnir. To Pendour, and Oberon; as he took the energy from their offered stones, they cracked.
The Vanguardians were doing everything they could to make this a seamless process, and with the collected energy returned to him, he set about plugging it into the shield.
There would be a time to talk later.
After he made sure they survived this.

The Calamitous Hollow thrashed in the sky. A low groan echoed from the clouds but this was hardly the sound of any organic creature. It was as if something had cracked deep underwater, and its deep, metallic wail had only just reached them from far away.
Energy fluctuated again; for a split second, they felt weightless. It was as though the center of gravity had shifted entirely, from below them to above.
The beast was preparing to do something, but before it could muster the strength or focus to strike, Mirrorspace did first.
The scale nearest to the Dark Mirror Senshi had been dipping lower, slowly dripping through the shield. It fell with such force that the platform they stood on rumbled.
Though a pearly white, there was a distinctly reflective sheen on the scale, and that was good enough for Mirrorspace. A thin, almost transparent, mirror-like coating reflected the distant form of the Calamitous Hollow.
A giant arrow propelled into the sky, behind it a thick, dense chain. Constructed of millions of tiny mirrorshards, the force alone was impressive and sent a strange echo throughout the area.
The arrow pierced the Calamitous Hollow, digging deep into its belly and tethering it in place briefly. The chain was taught with its struggling and there was no way it could hold forever, but–
It held for long enough.
A light began to shine behind the clouds. Slow, far away. And then, rapidly, upon them.
A great beam of iridescent white light blasted into view, powerful enough that it scattered the clouds around it as it too pierced the Calamitous Hollow.
Distantly, in the brief opening, the full moon was visible against an otherwise normal sky; however, it was much larger than when observed from Earth, and it shimmered like an illusion.
The Calamitous Hollow was half in, half out, this strange pocket dimension it traveled through, but held in place it could not escape the magnificent, sparkling light that struck with such force it went rigid again.
Its form bubbled and warped, like the struggle to keep this shape was too much.
It had taken too much damage.
Once more, the Calamitous Hollow coiled in the sky, but this time, it thrashed helplessly. Whatever momentum it had to go forward was replaced by a sudden weight dragging it down.
The giant arrow impaled in its underbelly, glinting like a thousand tiny mirrors, but it was that in tandem with the celestial energy from the Moon, and Metallia’s great Chaos, and even the Vanguardian’s shield.
The Calamitous Hollow fell towards them, much smaller than before but still no less dangerous.
It crashed into the Vanguardian shield and though it did not break it, the collision sent a shockwave of electricity across the entire field. It was electric, and painful, and so strong that the Vanguardian shield could not block the effects of it.
The shield again prevented them from being crushed alive but there had been no time to charge enough to block from that.
Everyone felt a sudden, sharp burst of lightning crawling over their bodies. It burned, it seared.
When it collided with the shield, it may not have passed through–but the spike did.
Like a magnet drawn to the field, when the serpent’s tail slammed into the shield it shot out–suddenly, violently. It flew right at Mabella.
The spike knew where it needed to go–and it needed to go fast. It burned bright, scratched and marred as it was, and a light glowed to guide her.
They had the sixth spike–now they needed to use it.
The Calamitous Hollow was draped over the shield, curled atop it and twitching as it tried to pull itself together. Its head was still hidden in the clouds, somewhere, but the length of its body from arms down is almost entirely visible.
From below, they could see it trying to push itself back up. On each little arm it had four talons, twenty feet long and sharp. The tips had just penetrated the shield, cracked it. It was pushing itself back up already.
If they were waiting for a chance to strike–this was it.
Quote:
The echo of Queen Serenity had offered what aid she could, but she did little more than unlock a door. The power behind this magic came from the concentrated powers of Order, who valiantly donated their magic. Thanks to their efforts, they have been able to do 3252 damage.
The Dark Mirror Court’s effort to collect energy has been rewarded; Mirrorspace used the mirror-like surface of the giant scale in H8 to strike and they were able to do 394 damage! Everyone’s combined efforts have done 7681 damage so far.
The fight is still early, but you’ve already made a dent…
THE CALAMITOUS HOLLOW 12,319 / 20,000 (?) HP
The Calamitous Hollow is within reach! The Vanguardian Shield is drooping under the weight, and though it has taken massive damage, it has protected them from certain death. It may not last much longer so you should strike while you can! With what seems to be somewhat altered gravity, all characters can easily jump to attack the Calamitous Hollow; their magic and other attacks will not damage the shield and will pass through to strike the Calamitous Hollow while it is in close proximity.
Thanks to Ida, Kerberos, Carnotite, Andronicus, Joy, Carterhaugh, Amvsartnir, Ashur, Pendour, and Oberon, additional energy was provided to the shield to protect against it. Thanks to Dravite, Fluorapatite, Rigel, Arsenolite, and Vesuvianite, they were able to not only push the scale off of the shield, but they were able to shatter it in the process. The shield is stronger for this.
The Calamitous Hollow would have dealt 50 damage to all characters this round, but thanks to their efforts in strengthening the shield, characters are only taking 35 damage. ; if players want to attempt to energize the shield, they can still do their standard dice roll but will also lose 10HP to provide +1 defense against the next attack. The shield's bonus has been reset to 0.
If your character is attacking or using magic, please read the following information:
All characters will roll 1d10 to determine effectiveness of their action.
Characters will get need to add the following modifiers to their rolls:
Second stage characters get a +5 to their roll Third stage characters will get a +10 to their roll Fourth stage characters will get a +15 to their roll.
Because of the unique energy in the area, magic will act abnormally and is sorted into one of four groups:
Attack: Physical attacks, magical attacks, and debuffs fall under this category; all squares can attack. You do not need to apply modifiers; this will be tallied by staff. Shield: Whatever you roll this round will be applied towards a shield erected during this round; the shield magic will protect everyone in the square from damage reflective of your roll and modifier. This information will be updated in the gdoc as soon as possible so everyone in the square is aware of current buffers, but if you are using shield magic it is encouraged to note this in the gdoc as soon as possible. Any excess of protection will not carry over to the next round. Heal: Whatever you roll this round will be applied towards healing a character/characters within your square; whatever you roll combined with your modifier is the amount of healing you can give, to be distributed as you please to one character or divided amongst multiples. You must clarify in your post how you are dividing your roll if split amongst multiple characters. You cannot heal someone above what their max HP could be. Buff: Whatever you roll this round will be applied towards character/characters within your square; whatever you roll combined with your modifier is the boost you can share with other characters. You can divide this boost amongst any characters in your square, to aid in attacking, shielding, healing, or all three. You must clearly list where your boost is going (and provide values if dividing it to share amongst multiple people.)
For the sake of this RP, each round will consume one senshi magic, or 15 seconds of a Knight’s magic pool. Dice roll only determine damage done, not how effective the magic was; even if you roll low, you can ICly write the character to be as effective as you think appropriate. The dice will just be used to OOCly tally damage against it. You do not need to consider your stamped radius/range, as attacks/magic will be assumed to affect anything within the square including the Calamitous Hollow). While magic may have been approved to have a set number of targets, please refer to the above parameters as it affects how certain types of magic will work! Attacks that might usually target only one person can be split amongst a group, and magic that might usually target a group can instead be used on a single target.
If you have a Late Blooming Senshi, a Chibi Senshi, or a Deep Space Senshi with wonky magic, you have the option of doubling the damage done by your 1d10 but whatever you roll is also the amount of damage you do to yourself. For example, if you roll an 8, you will do 16 damage to your target, but also 8 damage to yourself.
IC RP Items and Permanent Accessories can affect your rolls! More will be added to this list as they are brought into play but the following items have such effects; you will need to disclose in your posts that your character is using one of these items. You can use one IC RP Item per post in addition to your dice roll. Permanent Accessories can be used in all applicable posts (including ones where you are using IC RP Items). A list of IC RP Items and their effects (both for dice rolls and on the field) will be kept in the gdoc and added to regularly so please check there. Please also reach out to Xigglet/Kyuseisha no Hikari if you have questions about specific items not yet on the list! Not all items may be usable.
IC RP ITEMS
Almadel’s purple diamond pin - grants a one time bonus of +10 damage to a roll. Almadel’s purple berry gift - heals a target +15 HP once
Permanent Accessories
Metallic Bracelet - can be used towards one roll; it will double the attack (modifiers included) Article of Strength - adds +1 to all dice rolls (regardless of magic type) Article of Resilience - reduces all damage by 1 (include that your character has this equipped so it can be factored into HP)
While characters can OOCly join as late additions, ICly they must have arrived immediately prior to this post. If your character is a latecomer, they will arrive in spaces E4-E7 and must have damage calculated they would have accrued as if they had been there all along.
From this point on, characters can only move two spaces at a time; you can move to any square touching their current location (including diagonal squares). If your character is moving, please indicate their path of travel in your post. Players can also utilize this google doc to log their character’s location for easy reference. When posting for this round of dice rolling, please use the following form:
Character Name, Rank, and a link to their journal Location: (Choose one square, A1-I10; you can move two spaces per round (not per post), and can move into any square touching their current location (including diagonals) Action: (Post a brief summary of what your character is doing; this includes actions as well as who they are interacting with; if you are using magic, you must include if it is attack, shielding, healing, or a buff; you must also include your target, especially in the case of shielding/healing/buff since you will need to allocate who gets what value of your roll) Total: (Roll + Rank modifiers + Bonus modifiers (if applicable) HP: (Keep a record of your HP here; if your characters reach 0 HP they will not die but will have access to unique prompts; information about this will be released in the next event update. First stage characters and non-humanoid Mauvians have 100 HP, second stage characters and humanoid Mauvians have 125HP, third stage characters and Mauvian Senshi have 150HP, and fourth stage characters have 200HP )
The giant scale in C2 has been broken. D7 has come crashing through the shield and is blocking passage through the space; you cannot travel through this square. The scale in H8 is badly cracked and moving through the space is difficult, but not impossible.
While characters can post multiple times between mule prompts, they can only attack once, can only use one IC RP item, and can only move a total of two squares per round.
The next prompt will be posted Monday the 21st at some point after 8PM EST to accommodate for the Holiday weekend. Prompts should return to a ~48 hour schedule after that. Latecomers to this RP will still receive the giftbag but are not eligible for any additional items from it. Players will not be able to make up for missed rolls or expired prompts, and if there are repercussions for joining late, they will be announced with the new prompt. Please make sure you are reading all of the OOC rules when a new prompt is posted, as this section and requirements for posting will change as the RP progresses!
You cannot reserve posts. If you make a post, you must write at least one relevant sentence within one hour. Please respect that if you do not fill your post out promptly, players may need to skip over your post; please do not backfill posts after a reasonable window, as this may affect the players who posted after you. It is recommended to have pre-written your post as much as possible prior to rolling to reduce the time it takes to fill out these posts.
A summary of general information from this ORP is available on the first page of the thread~ If you have any questions or if something got missed, please PM The Space Cauldron or DM Xigglet on Discord! Please quote the mule if you are interacting with an NPC or interacting with the environment in any way!
Some characters took special action in the last round; please check the quotes below to see if your character is affected in any special way or if you need to respond to a special prompt this round.
If your character was noted to take an HP loss prior to this point, please factor this into their current health!
This roleplay has many opportunities to take unique paths for your characters; not every option is clearly spelled out and there are many directions you can go based on what feels right for your character. If you have an idea for something your character might like to try and you want to know if it’s possible, please reach out! This roleplay can be used to unlock some plots or features for your character (such as acquiring enhancements that require a plot, upgrades if your character has reached requirement/has art, etc.) so if you have an idea, please message Kyusiesha no Hikari / Xigglet on Discord or PM The Space Cauldron If you reach out and want to see if you can do a unique action for your character, you may be given special dice rolls or instructions; if you see another player doing something different from the prompt, please assume they have permission to do so. Unless you have plot approval for something, please do not roll differently than instructed in this post!
If anyone was missed or needs clarification that was overlooked, please DM Kyuseisha no Hikari/Xigglet!

Andronicus, Knight of Uranus Location: F3 -> G2 Action: Responding to Caelyna, moving back slightly and hitting the damn snake Total: 9+10 = 19 HP: 105/150
Green eyes glanced over the group of Vanguardians and the few others offering energy. They paused at Caelyna briefly, before settling on Lyndin. The animosity rolled off her like a tidal wave; at this point, Andronicus was used to it. You don't spend half your life almost in this war without learning that even people you are supposed to be 'allies' despise you. She looked back at Caelyna as a source stone was offered in her general direction.
For a moment, Andronicus remembered being on that field, feeling the Chaos try to consume her. Remembered how Lyndin used that gods forsaken gauntlet to try to pull Caedus' mutated starseed from his body. For a moment, white hot rage and ice cold fear licked at her spine in equal measure.
A groan echoed through the space, and she let the fear and rage ebb. They could squabble about it once the world they were sharing wasn't in danger. Hell, if they wanted to kill her then, when all was said and done, then fine. But now wasn't the time for this s**t.
"You're right. I did kill her. Your Commodore tried to sacrifice myself and every other person aligned with the White Moon to Metallia, and forcefully corrupt all of us. He did what he thought was right to try to save himself and his people. I simply was doing the same," she said, voice icy but relatively calm. She let Lyndin take her energy as he would, eyes still locked with Caelyna's.
"You can fill me with holes all you want, but that snake is a far larger threat to you and yours than I am, and without your shield, we all die." The energy pulled from her, she stepped back from the group, hands still clearly visible where all could see. Out of the corner of her eye, she watched one of the scales start to sink through the shield.
"Lyndin. I hope that deal of yours was worth it." She glanced at the Commodore for one final moment until something emerged out from the scale and fired. Andronicus' stared at the giant arrow slammed into the snake and sank deep, a heavy change holding it in place long enough for the clouds to part.
Took you ********' long enough, Moon Queen. She moved away from the Vanguard at a light jog, eyes trained on the damn snake. It thrashed and then her entire body burned for half a second. The serpent hit the shield, the last spike flinging through the shield for someone to grab hold of and carry on.
Green eyes snapped back to the body trying to push itself up on shield. "Ashur, best chance we're gunna ********' get!"
Then Andronicus launched herself up into the air, magic coiled around her like a breeze, and swung her staff like a pole axe in a upward strike, before dropping back down to the ground.

Character Name, Rank, and a link to their journalBrangane, DSS of Duty Location: G6 Action: attacking snek Total: 8 HP: 100 base, -35 from round one = 65
"Oh," said Brangane to Nekoite as he did his strange ritual dancing, in a sleepy but impressed sort of voice, allowing herself to be carried along on the current of what was going on around her. "A fellow warrior." She said it with a great deal of pleasure, as if, under different circumstances, she might have launched into a discussion of tactics or favored weaponry. "Perhaps it might be more effective to use an unbroken sword, however? Have you no blacksmith to -"
Well. No time to linger on the topic, but that was for the best. She might have felt better with a sword herself, but in the absence of it, she reached for what she had not felt in a long, long time, and closed her mind around magic, which returned to her. The embrace of an old, half-forgotten friend whose hair still smelled as you remembered it might have been much the same.
There probably wasn't a lot to be smiling about. But she smiled a dreamy, satisfied smile as that old friend, violence, wrapped her up in its arms.
Character Name, Rank, and a link to their journalJoyeuse Garde, Squire of Earth Location: G2 Action: Assume anything Rhysi does with her after this is with my consent, if applicable; attacking snek Total: 2 + 5 (second stage modifier) = 7 HP: 125 base, -10 (donated to shield on turn one), -35 (turn one) = 80
"I hate this, I hate this, I hate this," Joy was muttering under her breath. This was, surely, all some horrific nightmare. Probably she'd had way too much to drink watching Drag Race, and this was going to end in a massive hangover and nothing worse than that. There might even be some eggs and bacon.
She might have been in a worse state, if it weren't for the fact that the Vanguardian near her was keeping such a cool head that the effect was almost contagious.
She did not yet know enough to know that a Vanguardian, maybe, considered the end of this world as a subordinate concern to the end of another, more distant one. Had she known that, she might have derived less comfort from her calmness. But she did not know that, and considered that no one witnessing a probable apocalypse from a position of obvious competence - Lyndin certainly seemed to be holding down the fort in a way that only an informed, disciplined person could have, and she extended the compliment mentally to everyone around him in a like uniform - would have been so collected. Which was why she was shamelessly tagging along at her heels, without an ounce of embarrassment for it.
It was for the best that her ignorance was shielding her from the worst of world-ending terror. It meant that she could make herself useful, in some small way.
Bifrost, Transcendent Knight of Chronos Location: E1 Action: Channeling her magic into her shield above her, to protect them and the spike wielder when she arrives! Total: 6+10 = 16 HP: 115/150
The beast roared and the shield started to give. Bifrost let out a few feet of chain from her gauntlet, ready to activate her magic when it all came crashing down. A ballista fired out of one of the scales, lodging the chained arrow into the Hallow's body. The storms parted for but a moment and a bolt of moonlight shot through it too.
She watched with tension as the beast fell and slammed into the shield. Lightning surged up through her limbs, Bifrost gritting her teeth to muffle the scream as it burned. She ducked as the spike went flying through the shield, landing in the hands of someone on the far other side of the field. Damnit it, it needed to be where she was, yesterday.
The chain connecting her shield to her arm jingled softly as she let it out to it's full ten foot length.
No response came from the Surrounding, no final surge of energy to help the few of it's protectors that were left. She had no expected it, did not expect it, but all the same, a part of her wept. She wept for an age long gone, and an age that would never come. She wept for those they'd lost, and those they could yet save.
Bifrost wept, even as her eyes trained on the spike on the far end of the field. Even as her hands held her shield loose and at the ready. Even as her heart thundered in her chest. Bifrost wept and spoke a desperate plea to the depths of space and time.
"I beseech you, Chronos and Cosmos, on all that I am and will ever be, give me the strength to protect my home!"
Then she flung her shield up into the air, where it spun and a shield rippled into existence over her and the super senshi.

Location: F3 → G2 Action: Confused/concerned while donating energy, but choosing to focus on attacking snek Total: 6 + 10 (rank) = 16 HP: 150 - 10 - 35 = 105/150
Ashur had all of just a few seconds to process Andronicus's words, confirming that she had killed someone–and if force corruption was involved, it sounded justified–but now was not the time to unpack that. He pulled back once his energy was taken, dismissing the lack of 'thanks' considering this was as much for his benefit as it was theirs.
Especially since just moments later that shield quite literally caught the damn snake after it fell from the sky. The shock that followed, the pain that suddenly surged through his entire body, was jarring and nearly stopped him in his tracks, but he did his best. He pushed through it and stuck close to Andronicus when she took off, focus split between her and the body on the shield.
"Right behind you!" he called, taking a second to consider what to do before jumping up and, feeling his magic might actually get in the way of other people trying to get a hit in, swung his staff like a bat instead.
Location: H3 Action: Following Lavendulan, too shocked to do anything except stare at the snek on the shield Total: HP: 90/125
Somehow, the way Wolframite said they'd need to be lucky to kill the thing instilled very little confidence, no matter how happy he looked while he said it. Staurolite just nodded, though, and happily melded into the background while Lavendulan stepped forward and gifted him…an earring?
Curious–he tucked it away for asking later, though.
Assuming there was a later.
Keeping the thought to himself, he looked to Lav again when she mentioned moving away. The logic was, of course, sound–water and lightning certainly didn't mix, so he again followed her lead.
"So," he started to ask only once there was a bit more space between them and the others, "what exactly is th–"
The CRASH overhead was hard to miss. Staurolite had glanced up and flinched at the sight, and then winced as he felt an aftershock of lightning run over his entire body. He still had his eyes up, though, and saw it–down for the count but already trying to get up. Had he more experience, it might have dictated doing something now, but for the moment, he was glued where he stood, gaping up at the fallen creature overhead.
Bifrost is in E1 with her shield up for Mabella's protection!
Character Name, Rank, and a link to their journalMabella super senshi of Ermines Location: E1 Action: Attempting to catch the scale and going to E1, being shielded by Bifrost Total: Speicl roll 1d20 7 HP: 90
Mabella was terrified when the scale seemed to magically come to her, she was still a chibi and she sure she should be on this battlefield at all. Fate had other idea was the scale came flying at her. She was so frightened and then she realized she wasn't alone. A beautiful knight was there to protect her and she was able to grab the scale out of the air with ease and together, she knew they could get this spike in the ground. "Please help me!!" She cried out to everyone in E1 so she could get the spike in the ground, so they could hopefully stop this creature. She focused her power and strength of a super senshi on getting the spike into the ground.
Ellicott, Super Senshi of Dance Location: E1 Action: Buffing Mabella (6)& Bifrost (6) equally with her second stage magic Total: 7+5=12/2=6 each HP: 125-35= 90HP
Ellicott had nodded at the Knight, "Unless both of us are completely off on the distance, yes. If we get lucky the damn thing needs to go here." They apparently both had the same idea, but with the creature so far in the away the likelihood of them being able to do anything was slim. Slim but not non-existent.
Apparently even those that were not physically there were working their skills in assistance since a spear or arrow or something came flying out of one of the fallen scales, dragging the eldritch being towards them all. "Bloody hell," The very Americanized Brit slipped back into the soft cadence of her childhood home as the beast landed upon the shield that protected them all, only to have it groan and crack at the talons that pierced it. The electricity that rocketed through the them all pulled her own groan of pain from her. Lighting crawling over her, burning and searing at her.
They were all going to be crushed under the still huge creature, squished like bugs. It hurt. God it hurt.
The soft sound chime of metal on metal drew Ellicott from her own hunched over pain and dark eyes took in the figure of the Knight weeping as they watched something across the space, even as she pleaded with Chronos and Cosmos and the universe in general. The knight quite literally stepped up to protect her, and the young girl that was there with them holding the last spike.
Knowing how to help BOTH of them, Ellicott called out the name of her attack, 'Dancing To War', and felt as the magic surged around her as her feet pounded into the ground. All her fear and anger and concern driving her, shifting to a raging determination to fight. Fight and never give up.
Quote:
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Dancing To War
Ellicott does a strong, driving, war dance and as her feet pound out the steps on the ground the members of order around her feel a practical well of strength, courage, determination, and power surge up from the ground. Only the order members in a 10 foot diameter feel the affects of her dance and the affects last only as long as the dance does or 30 seconds, which ever comes first. The affect of the dance is actually stronger then the first attack. This can only be used twice in battle.
Character Name, Rank, and a link to their journalSailor Dejanira / senshi of raspberries / Michiko Wakahi Location: B4 Action: Attacking the Hallow trying to aim for open unprotected spaces Total: +10 Using pin HP: 105 due to Queen energy + 15 130
Dejanira was looking for any unprotected space on the Hallow she could find to hopefully do as much damage as possible. She also took a moment to eat the berry she had found in her bag. This day was not going how she thought it would. World-ending snakes were not something that a senshi saw every day. The nega queen's power was terrifying. Still Dej didn't have time to worry about that she had to help take down this beast before it was too late and they all ended up at risk. She figured the world ending wasn't their only worry in this mess. She shouted "Raspberry thorn bleed!!"
Eternal Sailor Attack: Raspberry thorn bleed
Sailor Dejanira takes a serious focused pose, and blasts raspberry thorns at her target, causing small bleeding wounds and a stinging sensation that last about 10 sec. (10 thorns per sec.) range about 15 meters. Stinging sensation lasts for about 35 secs. (with skin contact)

Dark Mirror Prince Remarque Location: H9 Action: Talking with the DMC (and Demeter/Orcus) ; attacking ; using Almadel's pin bonus Total: 1 HP: 165
Orcus asked if he knew Laurelite could do that, and he answered an honest, short, “No. You want back in the Court?” He might have been serious, to a degree, but he didn’t have any intention of bothering her orDemeter with his sales pitch until after they were back home on Earth.
Being a Dark Mirror Senshi had a few perks, one of which was that the Negaverse didn’t pay so much attention to them. And, right now, he was glad not to be in their crosshairs.
Even if Mirrorspace had a few tricks itself.
A great many things happened all at once; he was glad they were standing where they were and not under the scale, and he was more glad to see that all the energy they’d gathered hadn’t been wasted.
More interesting was the fact that something Mirrorspace created had been able to leave the confines of its domain but he didn’t have time to appreciate or investigate.
It struck the Calamitous Hollow at the same time something else did, and all of a sudden it was practically on top of them. He resisted the urge to swear vigorously, only because he didn’t want to rile up anyone who was relying on him to be somewhat chill about this.
He was glad he didn’t have to explain to Hybris that he didn’t think he could get close enough to use his magic, and he didn’t even have a chance to sigh at the mention of his string magic. Maybe his magic could have helped unstick the spike, but considering it went flying when that thing crashed, it was another thing they didn’t have to worry about. Sort of.
“Good eye, Hydrus,” he said; Hydrus had guessed where the spike might need to go even before it was on the field. “I don’t know if we can distract this thing, but if we can buy them a second to get that spike and get it into place, we should try.”
Hela wanted to see what her magic would do against the thing. Now was a good time to find out. Arawn had asked why they were here, what was there to do–
The answer made it clear before Remarque even had to say it.
They could attack it while it was in range.
Telesto had good energy, and maybe they didn’t have to travel that far so suddenly to have an effect.
The Calamitous Hollow’s belly was exposed above them. Really, he didn’t think his strings would do much against a creature that big, and he’d always trusted his fists more. He wanted to see how hard those scales were, so he took the opportunity to strike at it while it was low enough to hit.

Character Name, Rank, and a link to their journalCoco Location: C3 Action: Eating berry, attempting to summon Almadel’s Calling Card
- A glossy, white card. In elegant script, Almadel is written in shimmering opalescent ink. On the other side, a holographic circle. Almadel’s personalized, magical calling card. This item can be used to summon him anywhere, any time. You simply need to place your thumb over the holographic circle on the back of the card and he will almost immediately arrive. He has a unique magic that allows him to travel to otherwise difficult or impossible to reach locations. This might be an unnamed/unclaimed/random location in space. He may be able to travel to locked or inaccessible locations on Wonders or Homeworlds and he can even reach homeworlds and Wonders of Chaos locations. He cannot reach some specific meta locations but he may be able to get close enough to view or observe certain conditions. Players can inquire about these but are cautioned that others may be investigating the same meta location so information is not first come first serve. Staff will attempt to give something unique for all RPs, though. Every visit has a time limit; Almadel’s magic does not work for long and he can only carry one person at a time per card. He can do group RPs but all participants must have a card. This card can also be used to summon Almadel for information or for bargain/trade. This item will be earnable again in the future. Because this is a very powerful ability, plots will need thorough approval with staff before use. Please PM The Space Cauldron with your character and what they would like to gain from Almadel. We will work with you to plot things out!
Total: 4 HP: 105
Coco had a sudden idea and she pulled a card out of her storage space and she put her thumb to the card trying to summon Almade l she knew he had already helped them but she was hoping she could call in her favor with him and get some sort of weapon that she could use against this creature. She looked at the sky and wished really hard. Please come please please come. She closed her eyes and focused hard on her wish for help in this moment. She wanted them to win this battle so they could all go home safely. The power from the hallow hurt her and she ate the berry from the bag he had given them.
Transcendant Eternal Sailor Chariklo Location: I7 Action: Attacking the Hallow using her magic, determined to keep Solaris and the stake safe Total: 9 + 10 HP: 115/150
Keeping watch over the group that had gathered, Chariklo turned her eyes to the Hallow and wondered what chance they actually had of putting this thing down. She felt very small indeed when she heard the thing groan and begin to do… something that made her feel like gravity was merely a suggestion rather than a law. But, before she could consider that further, a massive arrow and chain appeared and struck deep into the snake. She wasn’t entirely sure where it had come from and before she could open her mouth to ask, brilliant, sparkling white light appeared and created a beam of its own.
Any opportunity to cheer was swiftly halted by the Hallow crashing into the shield above them all, followed by lightning that jumped and crawled over her skin. Chariklo saw the spike leap from the Hallow and speed towards someone. Did that mean that they officially had all the spikes? They actually had a chance now?
The creaking and cracking of the shield above brought her thoughts back to the present and she blanched a little to see that just one of the damned thing’s claws was still ridiculously huge. But the wounds it had sustained from chaos, arrow and moonlight had weakened it. Right.
“Well?” she turned to glance at the others, mouth twisting into a grim half smile. “We doin’ this or what?”
Then, turning back to face the snake, she called up her magic and sent it at the thing. “Mobbing Cacophony!”
Quote:
Chariklo emits a harsh, squawking call that seems to come from more than one throat and it feels as though a small swarm of wings are attacking. In addition to the swarm of buffeting wings, the target will now also feel as if they are being slashed and pecked at with beaks and talons. Able to perform twice per battle and can encompass up to 5 people over a 20ft radius. The target will be able to see the shimmering outline of a wing or beak or taloned foot, but never a full shape. And for the duration of her magic, the target will feel the sensations of bruising and deep, slashing wounds, again all aimed around the shoulders and head area. When the magic ends, the damage will disappear unless the player wants to take on lasting damage. At the player’s discretion, rather than just the sensation of damage, they can sustain actual damage from her magic. Attack duration is 45. And should the target escape that 20' radius, the attack will follow them for about 10 seconds.
Character Name, Rank, and a link to their journalMabella super senshi of Ermines Location: E1 Action: Being healed by Silistra and standing with the other fighters Total: 7 to attack using bracelet for x2 HP: 100
Mabella felt like she could cry when she felt help arrive around her. She wasn't alone and the other super senshi's power gave her courage they could do this they had to do this!! The pain of the magic was great but she knew it would be ok. Mabella did start to cry as Silistra bond her wounds she was feeling a lot of support and it allowed her a chance to feel her feelings in that moment. Mabella cried out "Chiling Bite!!" Sending Ermines to attack the Hallow.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Chiling bite
The ermines are a bit brighter and glow with cold fire. A spectral ermine appears and bites her enemy causing a small amount of numbing effect that lasts about 20 secs. The effect numbs the area making it feel as if the area has fallen asleep, which may make the area hard to use. Range 7 feet. 3 uses
Character Name, Rank, and a link to their journalSilistra Knight of Saturn Location: G8 Action: +10 Healing Mabella before she ran off Total: +10 HP: 115
Silistra took away some of Mabella's pain by binding her wounds to help them heal faster. She didn't mind taking on the pain of others she was used to it. Pain was nothing she couldn't handle even with the pain of the hallow's attack. She stood strong with her lander in her hands. She stood with her lantern staff in hand like a beacon against the chaos around them. "It will be alright little one."
