Welcome to Gaia! ::

SHe looked at the girl and then at everyone else and stood. "my name is Eámanë" she said telepathicly and then stepped away. She walked away from everyone. though she was bandaged she was in pain and with a sigh she started jumping across the buildings. leaving them there she went to the far side of the town she located a small cottage and landed dropping to her knees for a moment as she tried not to throw up. taking a shakey breath she stood and stumbled into the cottage.

((hmm we should definetly make another orphanage rp))
(( Writer's block >.< ))

Shade shook his head in dissaproval when the girl left again, "Shes a bit different. Instead of seeking human contact, she withdraws from it. People that do that to themselves for their entire lives... well... they usually end up dieing alone." He said sorrowfully, not realizing that his thoughts were being spoken aloud. He went over to Ama to aid with Issy, who was fast asleep.

((I'm having writer's bock too... Thus my normally lengthy posts are rather short. we'll see about an orphanage... I dunno if I have the time for it...))

Ama watched Eamane leave in silence. What an odd girl.. Blinking, she looked up to Shade as he spoke. His words eld surpising wisom, a simpler way of putting things that knew as much as Isamaru perhaps. She looked away down at the sleeping Issy as Shade came over beside her. "Get her feet. I'll get her head...," she instructed softly as she kept her thoughtful gaze down.

"Perhaps she is odd because she's lived something terrible. People who witness terrible things react according to how they were taught. Ultimtely, how we react is what makes us who we are. I think, perhaps, in time she might warm up a bit. All we can do is make sure that we're here if she decides she needs us...," she added in answer to Shade's thoughts with a small smile.
She stood inside the cottage and looked around unsure of if she should stay here or not. it was an empty place but she needed a place to sleep. She wandered into a bedroom and looked around realising that there were dresses in the closet she removed her blood soaked dress and slipped into a dark green dress and sighed softly. She would have to change the bandages later because they were already becoming soaked in blood. slipping from the room she left the cottage and then started wandering threw the town looking for food.

The swordsman turned around so that his back was facing the resturant. He nodded to Repede. Again, it seemed as though he understood what the dog was thinking. After all, they've been traveling for quite some time, he had to be able to comminucate to his companion when in his usual form. It was usually easier to speak to Repede when he was in dog form. Maybe because he was used to the dog and not the human appearance...

"Shall we head to Kyokujitsu now?" The swordsman asked. His voice was neither deep or soft, just perfect for his age. Most likely, food would be served at Kyokujitsu when they arrived so food was not a problem for him. He wasn't much of an eater, anyways. For a moment, the silver-haired man wondered would the woman who had invited them to Kyokujitsu remember him... after all, the last time he saw her (if he recalls correctly) was in their early childhood years. Forgetting about that, he waited for the dog's answer.

Back in the kitchen, the orange-haired boy quickly got dressed. He ended up in his spring school uniform, a black t-shirt, a white collar shirt (which he left unbutton), black pants and sneakers. On his left hand, he wore his black and white Juzu Bracelet to keep from transforming... early, he had been under stress and transformed. He caused quite a commotion in the resturant, resulting in everyone fleeing.

His red eyes searched around the area and found his traveling bag along with his O-katana and white, leather gloves. He picked them up, stuffed the gloves in his pants pockets, slung the bag over his back and held the sword with his right hand. The orange-haired boy left the kitchen the way it was, not giving a damn, and used the backdoor to exit the resturant. He continued on his way...

Repede nodded and continued to walk ahead. Sometimes he would start to walk a bit faster pace then walk past Kamuro. 'You're slow... Anyways, where is this place, Kyokujitsu at? And why do you want to go there?' He slowed down some and looked up at him, waiting for a reply. Repede trusted Kamuro very much, and wouldn't want anything bad to happen to him. He's already trained this human well, it'd be such a pain to 'train' another one. Or so he would jokingly say to him sometimes.
"Perhaps..." He answered calmly, turning to pick up Isabella. He smirked, she was far wiser than he had thought. People of the such variety were tough to find. He gently lifted the lower half of Isabella's body, making sure not to undo the bandages that wrapped her cure. The breeze once again touched his aqua hair and moved it off to the side. His gaze fixed upon Isabella, waiting for Ama to guide him.

"People are the products of the choices they make, the things they've experienced, and the people they've been around. Maybe you are correct. Maybe she will warm up to us." He said quietly, glancing for a moment at Ama, then back down at Isabella.

Kahiwa nodded in agreement to show she had heard Shade. She said nothing more since there was nothing else to be said on the subject. Glancing at Isamaru from the corners of her eyes, she lifted Issy with a hand under each shoulder. "We will be back shortly, my friend," she thought to the statue as she steered Shade onto an outdoor breezeway. A zen garden to their right, she led them to another complex of the temple.

Pushing open the sliding door of a vacant and tidy bedrooom with her foot, she entered and eased Issy down onto the low bed. Tucking her in beneath blankets, she led Shade back outside and shut the door. "How much of the city have you seen, Shade? Are you hungry? It's about time for breakfast...," she inquired kindly as she crossed her arms in her kimono sleeves and began aimlessly walking. Isamaru and she were mentally connected, so they could still converse...
Shade let Issy down onto the bed and allowed Ama to tuck her in. 'its been too long.' he thought to himself as he exited the small house. He put his hands in his pockets and took on a more laid back attitude than bafore. He looked up and admired the sky, a long while had passed scince he had the luxery of possesing spare time. It had also been a while scince he had conversed with other people. It was a pleasant change.

He smiled to himself as his stomach quietly groaned underneath his clothes. "Hungry, why, yes actually. Breakfast sounds nice. I have not seen very much of the city. The Temple is the only real thing i have had time to look at. The rest is still a mystery to me." He answered in a warm tone.

Ama nodded with a smile. "Very well. We shall find some breakfast and do some looking aswell...," she agreed. Then her eyes gained a mischevious look as she eyed him out of the corners of her eyes. "Well, we will if you can keep up...," she challenged as she turned around and walked backwards directly infront of him. Then she turned on her heel and took off in a sprint, not waiting for him.

Her speed would catch him off gaurd as she took off like lightning. Sliding down the edge of the stone steps with her knees bent, she jumped onto the back of a large statue on the bottom to the left. From there she jumped onto a low balcony, then to a nearby rooftop, bounced off a suspension bridge, and practically ran up a wall before stopping on a rooftop twelve floors up and seven buildings to the right. She then stood on the roof's edge and waved in a taunting manner.
Shade, still looking at the sky, answered, "If i can keep up....wait-what?!?" He looked down and she had began running from him. Her agility was incredible, as if the wind itself carried her. When she finnaly stopped, he looked closely... she was taunting him! He smirked, 'so then, i get to catch you eh? Fair enough.' He thought to himself, chuckling under his breath.

He ran backward at a wall and leapt off of it, straight up to the next building. He continued, untill he made it to the top of one of the buildings, leaping off the walls and landing on the other. As he made it to the roof top, he gave her a devilish yet playfull smile. He began to sprint across the roof, and leapt off the edge to get to the next one. "Come, come, it cant be this easy now can it?" He called to her from mid air.

Amaterasu found herself grinning. She had challenged him simply because, well, she could! Watching Shade running like a mad man towards her, she yawned largely into her left land to where both eyes closed in bored manner. Opening one eye to look at him, she smirked. "Of course it won't be easy. I've been alone too long to go easy on you...," yawned with a stretch.

As she stretched, she leaned backward and fell off the edge of the building. Her expression still rather bored as she fell, her hands reached out halfway down and grabbed a closeline between. Using the moment of her fall, she did a circle and leapt onto the small edge infront of an open window. She kept sliding and rolled through the window into a squat before taking off at a sprint again. Doorways and halls zipping past eerie reminders of the city's former greatness, she took an unexpected left and through herself out a window at the halls end.

Sliding down the roof with a click clack of her shoes on the tiles, she kicked off the roof's gutter, soaring over the river below, before landing on the flat roof on the other side. Speeding along, she ducked into a narrow crawl space between two buildings before coming out two blocks over above a suspension bridge.
"Haha, what an interesting girl." He laughed to himself. He couldnt catch every more that she made, but he understood the general direction. This game was fun for him, it was like a maze combined with a timer. He had to manuver his way through an unknown city without losing sight of her.

He caught a wire of the suspention bridge and swung around it, swinging himself back toward the ground. He ran through the streets, jumping over railings and avoiding the columns that crossed his path. He finally leapt upward again, up onto the top of one of the bridges. He wasnt using his ice to increase his speed or make different options, which was odd for him. Though frost had begun to fall from his long aqua colored hair without him realising it.

He skid around the corner of the end of the bridge and jumped out into the air again. Finnaly he had found her again, redirecting himself in the midst of his jump, he landed on the corner of one building, and bounced off in Ama's general direction. She was really giving him a run for his money, so to speak.
Helios slowly walked through the forest cluttered with trees and shadows. His cautious eyes darting left and right, watching everything that moved. His shifty eyes caught his wolf's, Akito, attention. The massive wolf let out a growl that rippled through him from head to tail, making the elegant pattern on his back move in a wave-like motion.

"Careful... careful." Helios said under his breath as he watched the massive beast follow them on their right flank. "Not yet, not yet." Helios warned him. The wolf only lowered it's growl to a muffled one. "We don't want another fight. One of us might not make it next time." He said cautiously looking at his bloodied right arm. His left hand was gripping the scythe that rested across his shoulders, the normally shiny blade soaked in a deep crimson liquid.

Akito walked slowly next to his master, never dropping the beast from his sight. "We're almost in a clearing, Akito. No need to get us killed now." Helios warned him again. Helios walked out into the clearing and gazed at the city that seemed to just jump out of nowhere. The beast chose this moment to attack. It launched itself at Helios, bashing it's massive head into his side, sending him flailing out across and over a red fence. Akito jumped to his master's side, growling and barking at the beast with hatred in his eyes. Helios sat up and looked back at the beast who had just shrunk into the shadows and disappeared. Helios laid on the green grass and sighed heavily. "Akito, we need to find refuge in this city." He got up and immediately clutched his side that was hit. "Gah, a few busted ribs..." He kept walking towards the city, Akito at his heels.

As Ama came out from between the crawl space, she could see Shade going in some random direction. As he turned and redirected his jump, she took off again down the small ledge of roofing that sloped downward from the level she was on. Jumping three alley ways and moving across six different rooftops, a brilliant idea filled her as her snow white locks of her hair billowed behind from her lightning like momentum.

Coming to the edge of a pagoda style roof line, she threw herself into the air a leftward position at a building's corner. Her feet sliding down the wall's edge, left claws scrapping against a gutter, she finally slid to a stop on a wooden beam eight floors off of the ground. Not bothering to glance backward, she began to quickly walk with her arms spread out, one foot infront of the other. She was walking on latice work of wooden tight ropes with large gaping open spaces and billowing tapestries that his both beams and holes that filled a long alley way. A mis-step one a rotten beam or where there was none at all would lead to a rather nasty fall into the desolate marketplace below.

Humming as she went, Ama had slowed down a bit but still moved at about a run's pace despite the challenging terrain. She jumped occasionally seemingly at random left or right, but in her mind she had the whole thing mapped out for where it was safe to step and where it wasn't. Shade would find this out the hard way...
'Geez, theres simply no way a normal human being could move and leap this quickly across such obstacles.' Shade thought to himself, landing once more on a rooftop. He had made it across the river, and began walking toward the edge of the flat roof. The sun still shone brightly, allowing him to see Ama's pure white hair from a distance. He laughed to himself, 'all this for breakfast...' he thought, leaping off the roof, and across seven others to catch up with Ama.

Eight floors above the ground, he encountered the wooden lattice that Ama so easily walked across. He figured if the city realy was that old, then the lattice couldnt be as safe as it seemed. He shook his head and began to cautiously walk across it, knowing he really didnt have much of a choice.

He made it about fifteen feet across when the wood he stepped on began to make cracking sounds. He swiftly turned to step elsewhere, but to no avail. It gave-out underneath him and half his body fell directly through. "i hate heights..." he said to himself in his position of powerlessness. Carefully, he pulled himself back up onto the wood lattice and looked at Ama, who trailed along as if it were a casual jog in the park.
