Just shoot for the stars if it feels right, and aim for my heart~
If you feel like
You can take me away, and make it okay
I swear i'll behave
You wanted control, so we waited.
I put on a show, now I make it
You say i'm a kid.
My ego is big.
I don't give a s**t, and it goes like this

Take me by the tongue, and i'll know you
Kiss me 'tll your drunk, and i'll show you
All those moves like jagger
I've got those moves like jagger
I've got those moves like jagger
I don't need to try to control you
Look into my eyes and i'll own you
With them moves like jagger

Zamir snickered as Fenik went on to try to help the villager with his attire. Though, his heart pinged as the boy threw the hard questions at him. Rubbing his neck slightly trying to think of a way to explain it. Looking at the boy, he gave him a reassuring smile. "Nothing. The town hasn't been invaded. It's just that we fear that the winter's general would think we were not keeping our word since it's still the battle field." He said repeating what he stated before. Though, looking at his champion roam up to help Fenik to help the local get better attire.

Hearing the village boy's tone about their aid on helping him get what he thought was to make him warmer within the bitter cold. He blinked slightly at his reactions towards their aid. He crossed his arms slightly watching the events unfold before him. The character change made him conclude it was still stress over what he had said about his home town, but he didn't need to vent it out on his allies.

Stepping up slightly towards his allies. "I understand your stress, but they're only worrying about the fact your attire isn't quite...Winter weather ready." He said before looking up at Sanka. He gave him a small smile. "They weren't trying to offend you, just showing you a bit of hospitality after the events we've all faced today." He explained before Fenik went off to his tent. Looking back at the boy, he frowned when he said he didn't want to give out his name. "I wouldn't want to keep calling you 'boy' or 'refugee'' when you have a name that someone gave you." He said before seeing Shar appear before Fenik once again once he came back from the tent causing him to step back slightly more towards Dylan with his hand be his weapon.

Once Shar began to speak about the possibilities, Zamir was about to say something until Fenik actually yelled at his familiar causing the younger man to shut up. He hasn't seen Fenik this angry what so ever. Not even when he was trying to meddle in the phoenix's problems in the past. With a sigh, he looked at Shar with a bit of disappointment. "That's extremely rude to jump to conclusions like that, Shar. The queen of winter would want to keep her own truce in tact, and to bring any sort of person alone to a whole army is suicide. I don't think she'd do that to someone that was a valuable 'henchmen' of hers, so hold your tongue." He stated before his glare faded from the elemental, and more towards the dragon. He crossed his arms in thought regarding everything. It has been a few days yes, but he still needed to think of a way to deal with that dragon. Veles's outstanding strength with his ability over wind has peeked his interests, and together they could weaken the dragon possibly, but he'd need to speak to him about it first. Since he was a bit more distant since the battle ended rather than them having their immediate meet-up.

Shaking his head, he looked over at Fenik as he suggested what to do next. With a simple nod, he looked back at Dylan. "Events aside, are you hungry? We have fresh water if you're not a fan of drinking alcohol to help with eating." He asked with a small smile. Bumpy start aside, he wasn't letting that get to the fact that the refugee was under his care.

Maybe its hard when you feel like your broken and scared
Nothing feels right, but when your with me
I'll make you believe that i've got the key
So get in the car we can ride it wherever you want get inside it
and you want to steer, but i'm shifting gears
I'll take it from here

Rikki held her pose, Her hand fisted over her heart. The other hand still holding the body of Axel over her shoulder like a sack of barley. All the while the altercation between her Liege and the young man who's name still seemed to allude her. She did not show a hint of it on her face but under her calm exterior, Her mind was abuzz with questions. How was this village boy tied to the lord of Autumn? Who was the boys father for his name to carry such weight with Vales? And the biggest one of all was still Who is this boy? She maintained her silence as the two exchanged words. One seemed quite wroth with Vales for not getting to his village in time to save his people. Vales himself seemed saddened by this but was not allowing the young man to walk all over him in his grief.

It was once the words seemed to end that her leader turned to her with profound words of wisdom. She took to meaning to heart and followed her leader. Stepping gingerly around him so that she was out in the open beyond the two males. As her leader had said, They would properly honor the fallen champion once they returned to the camp proper. For now she was left with the task of carrying his body. She took a moment to take a calming breath, the cool air entering her longs and grounding her further so that she was herself again. As she exhaled she transformed her body into her tiger form, Axel strewn across her powerful back for easier carrying. It was also a better form to be in should they encounter any of winters leftover forces.

At first, Ren's initial reaction had worried Jayce just a little bit. She seemed to break into a state of almost panic as she realized that he had been with her for longer than she realized. It seemed to be one of those moments where a lie was probably better in the long run of things. "Not long I promise." he said with a light smile that said that he was there for comfort over anything else. She did catch him though. Even though he asked her whether or not something was wrong, he knew that it was. It really wasn't hard to see. She was far from a transparent person. Though he didn't know anything from her actual past, he knew her well enough to tell when something wasn't quite right. "You got me." he said in a bit of a teasing tone to try and lighten things a bit.

In turn, it was apparent that there was to be a story. If she had figured out what it was, then she knew it in herself but whether or not she would tell him was a different story. Jayce put his hands into his pockets, his smile still resting on his face. Whatever he could do to make her feel better about everything even if that was just to listen. Finally, Ren looked at him and through her eyes, Jayce could read a lot more than she probably lead on initially. There was a lot that rested behind her eyes but what it hid, was soon drawn into words. She began to speak. A story began to unfold. With little pauses in her tale, it wasn't hard to tell that this was very hard for her. It took everything in him to not take her hand or hold her just to say that he was there and do his best to comfort her. She continued.

Eventually, her story came to an end and it was actually a little difficult to read her now. She still seemed very tense but did that mean she had a hard time with telling him, did she regret it? In either situation, Jayce himself was glad that she did. It allowed him to understand her a lot more and even though he didn't think about it before, it allowed him to do his job a lot better as protector and guardian. "We all have our pasts." He said a little bit quieter while his own past seemed to find its way around, but now wasn't the time. "What you went through has made you who you are and it has put all of us together." He was sure that she knew this already, but it was always a good reminder. "Honestly, you are probably better than all of us in reality." His smile changed into a bit of a worried smirk before turning back into a smaller smile. "When you hesitate to take someones life, one with a soul or merely with the appearance of one who has one, it makes you a better person. I didn't hesitate to kill those things and that might make me a better soldier in the long run. A mindless killing drone. Your hesitation makes you more human. You carry more feelings than I." Jayce looked to the ground a chuckled a little bit. "Don't look at who you are as a bad thing, or your past for that matter. Take it all in stride. Finally, he looked up. "If it means anything, I like who you are, past in all." Then, his smile grew. "Iris and you, pranking people. I think I'd like to see that." He said with a chuckle.

In all reality, it was very surprising that the Queen even wanted to be apart of this journey. It was quite a trait for her to push forward even though she was weaker than she has ever been before. The task that she had given the whole winter armada was an important one. Realistically, Alyss should have stayed back to try and regain her strength. But, in a situation like this, she was stubborn and would have gone whether or not the three urged her otherwise. Even if they tried physically to keep her back, she would find a way to force herself to go with one of them at least. On that note, it made Bryson feel good that she chose him. Whether or not that was because they were headed toward spring, or because it was him, it didn't matter. He would take the opportunity.

Eventually, after some tracking, the pair stopped. It seemed as though Alyss had some things that she needed to do and it was more than enough to persuade Bryson to stop as well. The longer it took to get to spring the better. It gave him time to think through how things were going to happen. All in all, it worried him a little bit which was rare. If this event didn't work out, the winter pair would be in some trouble. Bryson was a physically strong man and could take on a lot of people but with knights and a champion of their own on top of an army, he couldn't last forever. Then, although Alyss was magically strong, she was practically dead as is. It wouldn't take much for herself to be overwhelmed. What she did actually stop for caught Bryson by surprise which, again, was rare. Though for it to be caused by Alyss was a little different. She took off her coat and soon after all other articles of clothing. With his past teaching from his mother, he quickly turned his attention so that he was not seeing her body. Bryson was always taught that a girls body was her privacy and it wasn't respective to peak on things of this nature.

It wasn't until the winter goddess touched his arm that he turned around to see what she had done. All of the blood that she had lost and retrieved on her clothes had been washed away and now lay in the snow. She was clean once again. Her eyes showed weakness and her reaching for him told him that she wanted to take him up on his offer. A light smile showed on his face. Bryson was glad that she would finally accept his help. Without hesitation, he bent down to put one arm at the bend of her knee and the other around her back. With little effort, he lifted her and caddled her as if she was a child that was more precious that life itself. With that sorted, he began to walk once again.

The trip to the spring camp took longer than it really should have in normal circumstances. Realistically, it should have taken a day, maybe less but with Alyss's deteriorating health, they required a lot of breaks. During which, Alyss slept and rested while Bryson tended to her. After the stop was done, he would pick her up again and they would be on their way. After a couple of days, the weather seemed to change as if the seasons were changing. Warmth and life began to show its face. Then, the sounds of voices where showing up which hinted to a settlement close by. Spring. Finally, the camp was actually in a view. "We are here my queen." He spoke quietly yet with a deep voice.

This person didn’t understand. This wasn’t about a burning desire to stop a war, it wasn’t even close to being about following in his father’s footsteps. Nas wanted only one thing, to destroy winter. He knew he could move faster alone, being apart of an army, taking order would only slow him down. This man coated his speech with the idea that this was nothing more but a means to an end, but it was really a call to arms. He didn’t care about giving Nas his revenge, he only cared about getting a replacement for whatever his dead comrade was. He didn’t care about the well being or desires of those he worked with, his was only worried about himself. Hubris would be his downfall however.

This man thought he was some scapegoat, failing to realize that he was in fact the problem. This situation could’ve been avoided with a little bit of preparation or urgency. Nas wasn’t a warrior, but as a hunter he understood one thing. Never approach battles you weren’t prepared for. This of course meant two things. The man was arrogant and thought that he didn’t have other things to take into consideration, or he was simply outsmarted. Neither possibility gave Nas the desire to follow him. Even ignoring that, the man’s words seemed to imply a promise of power. But that would mean he was doomed to fail like the so called Axel. No, he didn’t need it. All he needed was to track winter.

“Following you gives me nothing. It’s already more than obvious that this person far beyond you, there’s nothing to gain by doing what you say. But you’re right about one thing, I’m wasting time weeping when I could be following the trail.”

Zahara glanced at the hand that rested on her shoulder. It made her feel uneasy, and a little dirty but she kept her composure and didn't move. "Perhaps we should..." he thought was cut short by the arrival of the very person she was going to suggest they speak to. Though any chance they had to converse with their leader was foiled by the arrival of a boy. He seemed innocent enough, but Zahara never trusted anyone right away. Despite how helpless and innocent they might seem. Growning up with a michiveous twin brother will make you look at the world in an entirely different way. It seemed as though she wasn't completely wrong, as she witnessed the boys soft demeanor turn rough. An eyebrow raised at this, as she watched the interactions the men had with the boy.

Snar's words filled her ears and caused her to wonder. They were speaking about the Queen who just had the upper hand in battle and allowed them to fall back. But perhaps Zamier was right, sending away her top operatives would leave Winter vulnerable. Zahara knew the woman was crazy, but didn't think her stupid. Someone like Alyss always had a method to her madness. She was just a silent observer as things unfolded in front of her. "Perhaps Sanak should take him to get something to eat.: she crossed her arms over her chest nodding towards the pirate. " Its where he spends most of his time anyway." Though part of it was that she didn't want to be the one babysitting the village boy who had no name.

...Autumn...

He left his comrades in a huff as he began his walk towards Autums camp. Why him? Whatever. It didn't matter, he would just get in, get the job done, and get out. "Oy! he called out to the guards who stood before the camp "Who do I have to talk to about information on how to bring down the dragon?" Naturally the questioned him about her knowledge and he claimed to be a farmer from a village that was almost destroyed by the dragon. He was a little surprised that was all it took to get him inside the gates. One of the guards began to lead him in through the camp towards whomever it was that Zeyada would tell a brilliant lie to. One that he had yet to conjure up in his mind as they walked. He needed time to concoct this story, of a village he never called home, a job he never had and a weakness that he didn't know about. He never thought things through.

Though he found a moment to slip away from his escort, the camp had become rather crowded as the past the make shift hospital, people wizing about this was the perfect place for him to become 'lost'. Making sure he escort wasn't looking at him Zeyada made his escape ducking between two tents and taking off in a different direction. He made sure to have a helpless look on his face, like he was lost and afraid, but he had an idea of where he was going. To the top, of course. Though now he had enough time to think of his story which he had neglected to do on his way in as he was simply fuming over having to step foot in Autumn in the first place.

As he walked he noticed that he wasn't getting any closer to his goal. Oh Lord. Has his plan actually worked so well that he actually became lost?

another warm body?: Nix (Alyss), Dylan, Bryson to alone

Well this ones kind of an ungrateful s**t ain't he... Sanka thought to himself. The words were almost spoken aloud but he was sympathetic towards the kids plight, His village had apparently been in the center of ground zero. With a shrug he removed his arm from around the still nameless lad, Still attempting to be nice at least to an extent. The kid had been through enough for the moment without being subjected to the pirate lords crude humor. It was at that same moment that Fenik suggested the same thing that he had thought. Sanka nodded as he took a cursory step back. "Yeah I hear ya Fenny." He said as he rubbed the back of his neck and glanced at the kid again. What shar had said made him a bit suspicious, But it was had to think that the kid was a spy of any sort. At least in his experience, Most spies were not so scrawny.

Zahara echoed Fenik's offer of showing the kid some hospitality. The pirate shrugged and gave a smirk. "Might be the best thing, Perhaps some o' that spiced wine will warm the kid up enough to give a name, Eh?" He said as he shouldered his weapon and headed toward the mess tent. If anything he might be able to get a laugh or two out of this. Wine and ale tended to make the best of a bad situation. And just the way this kid seemed to flaunt his stubbornness made him sure that he would not back down from a challenge of cups.

When the boy spoke some how he knew he would be disappointed in the young man's reply what could he have expected from someone like him? It was clear this little runt cared more about revenge or so it seem that way he made it obvious but, people in general are a mystery. Veles turn to face the young boy fully his expression is utter disgust he was already second guessing himself about this kid did he and his friend make a mistake? You disgust me with your one dimensional response and lack of understanding! is what his mind was screaming for him to say but he held that back. I have nothing left to say to you at this point clearly you fail to understand what is going on but once you open your eyes then we will talk.

The lord would not waste anymore time on this child people needed him and a meeting needed to be held at this moment. Veles was walking then running he would make it back to camp with ease at this pace. What he was really doing was following Rikki lead as the two were making there way to the camp. After a few minutes of pacing the ground erupted before them creatures made of ice had risen from the ground. Ice golem the lord flips back as five of the creatures were now upon him and the withdrew his blades ready fro the fight at hand. When he was done with this battle he would have to send aid to this village it had to be done.

✔Theme Song:Veles New Theme- Lies

✔ Personal Theme: Yago Island

✔ Battle Theme: Unlimited

Abilities/Weapons:
Wind manipulation:This is most practice skill other than spirit summoning. He started at a young age and now that he is this old he already master it a long time ago. I will list techniques that his knows in detail.

- Step of wind: The fastest wind ever recorded was 253 mph times that by three = 759 . He is able to go beyond the limits of earths wind speed because his is of a higher power if he wanted to.When using the step of wind he becomes the wind instantly phasing trough attacks however; he cannot attack in this form. It takes a lot of energy to become the wind, and move at such speed so, his maxed usage is three.

(Wind Bombs): He crates pockets of compressed air the orbs hold torrents of air which he fires at enemies they explode on his will. When they explode the release violent winds that shreds the ground apart. He can release about thirty in one go creating devastation everywhere he chooses to strike. This technique is good when fighting large amounts of enemies.

(Tornado Push) : He concentrates his wind into one of his blades compresses it and then release it on to his foe. A large tornado is unwrapped from his sword in a stabbing motion. The force of wind is great that it starts to tare things a part. If caught in one of these the target is twisted around violently like a rag doll before the tornado dispels. When it dispels it blows away creating a large creator.

(Blade Of Wind) : A buff for his sword to give it that extra kick! The wind acts as layers of steel for his blade making it sharper, not only that its length increases three times as well, and then the blades is as light as air he can swing it way faster than ever before. speed, reach and sharper this buff only last for five post also the blade is known as its pure form in this state.

(Grand Wind Wall/Dome)
: Veles creates a wall of rapid winds that block off or repel attacks from his enemies. The wall can even become a dome over him or his allies. The wall is not indestructible as it can be destroyed by powerful attacks! The purpose of the wind wall is all out defense against enemy attacks if he should be over run. The bigger the wall the more power is needed to maintain it so his max length of time for keeping it up is four post.

Note: These are just some moves I thought I would share with you lot. He is not limited to just using these moves in combat however because thy're many things you can do with wind such as flight, hurricanes etc. The moves are not meant to be over powered and I will make sure not to spam just one move throughout a fight not my style.

Spirit summoning (master level):

Spirit Solders: They're highly skilled solders that once served Veles father years ago. They're mostly skilled knights, archers, berserkers, monks etc. They may not be the strongest of sprites but, they're reliable comrades. At the moment he can only summon five of them on the battlefield. He can only maintain them in the field for five post.

Spirit Of Healing-Palutena: The spirit of healing steps forth and heals all that veles commands. Her only goal is to heal not fight s as soon as he summons her she is gone almost immediately.
Palutena

Spirit Of Combat- Solomon: Spirit of combat he takes on foes no matter how many there are. He stands about 6 foot 8 and can take hits as much as he can deal them. Being a spirit and all his more powerful than any human and with his sword Draken he is force to be reckon with.( Post limit 4)
Solomon

Spirit Of Defense-Metallica: A spirit that looks like he was made from metal itself is his greatest protector. Though her skin looks metallic it is not in fact no one really knows what her skin is made of.She can take hits like a champ but even she has limits she cannot stay on the battlefield for long(three post). Though she is defense she does have a powerful lance for offense back up.
Metallica

Spirit Of Magic-Ramza: He is a magic user trough and trough with powerful spells he is very versatile on and off combat, Though he may be a spirit he does share the weakness that all mages do lack of armor. ( He last for four post)
Ramza

Note: None of the spirits are invincible they can be beaten and if they are they will need to recharge in the spirit world. All spirits have a limit to how long they can stay out on this plane of existence. Every time a sprites summoned a bit of his stamina is sapped so over using them can leave him vulnerable.
xxxxxxx☽★☾xxx WEAPONS:

Anemoi Dual Blades: Two sets of blades that are made to work in perfect harmony with Veles wind manipulation. The blades can be connected to form a spear weapon giving him mid range, short range and long range capability.
User Image

Anemoi Giant Wind Fan: This fan is the size of a large boulder ans more effective with using the wind then his swords. It is mostly used to cause great destruction with a mighty swing! The fan can change from a normal fan size to the size of a blunder on his command.

                                      'Winter'
                                      tobackinthedayswhenwewereyoung,wheneverythingwaslikealoadedgun,readytogooffatanyminute

Cradled in the giant man's arms, her entire body trembled like a leaf within a storm. It was not from the cold, but from the complete lack of her own energy combating with the sudden surge of unearthly power growing inside her. The unbalance between the two sources threatened to overcome her physical form. Weakness was not the reason she was drained, but lack of control. It was a danger that Winter's Lady still had sense enough not to unleash and she was a stubborn lass. The tenderness and warmth from Bryson's arms clashed with the coldness of his features. No one who took a gander at him would guess that he was capable of such gentleness. His amber-green orbs had a determination to them that had an uncanny resemblance to his late mother. "Your mother's eyes," she whispered as she closed her own. The dwarven woman did not look much like the halfling before her, but the delicate care displayed on his face overcame the physical differences in an instant. The rigidity of her shoulders relaxed and she curled into him, breathing in a scent that reminded her strongly of pine trees and stone. Before she knew it, slumber came and the nightmare of memories that usually accompanied it had surrendered to a peaceful darkness. She smelled the shift in weather before she felt it. The frost in the air melted into the crispness of fresh cut grass. Human voices, faint but heady. The sickness in her gave way to excitement. Sleep had the effects of rejuvenating her mental state, but only proper sustenance could prevent the decay of her physical body. She felt the weakening of her bones and the withering of her skin. Her face was thinner than it had been many days ago with dark circles under her eyes and sunken cheeks. A necessary price to pay as the container of the ultimate being. Alyss placed a bony hand on Bryson's forearm, clutching at his shirt. Feeding at the camp would arouse too much suspicion. Her pet had caused enough damage to decimate the numbers. The few Spring soldiers she would allow herself to have would be the ones recuperating in the infirmary. A crooked smile splayed across her face, though it lacked a certain spark of life than the ones she exhibited before her depletion of power. The eager woman had always wanted to play doctor.

Closer than Spring's camp was a spaced out village. It had chimneys and angled roofs for snow, but its foundations were not as fortified as a winter habitat. This town was neutral, on the outskirts of the jurisdiction of any Season. Perfect for her purposes. She pointed at a lone villager who seemed to be gathering wood and released her partner's crumpled fabric from her grasp. Deep inside her, hunger crashed in waves, darkening her eyes into a stormy navy blue. The surprise in the man's eyes was evident along with a thin layer of caution at sight of the odd couple approaching. He had the build of a lumberjack with brown hair covered by a knitted cap accompanied by a thick brown beard and mustache. His red flannel was rolled up around thick arms that spoke of years of labor and he rested his axe beside his leg, keeping his grip on the tool of his trade. As they neared to a stop before him, he tilted his head in greeting. "Mornin', ma'am, sir. What brings you folk to this here parts?" His voice was polite but he could not conceal the traces of his suspicion. Wonderful. The ancient curled up tighter against Bryson's chest, hiding the smile that crept onto her face as she shook with poorly retrained mirth. It was time to begin her act. "W-We're so sorry t-to bother you, s-sir," she apologized as heart-wrenching sobs racked her body. Her fingers once again wrapped themselves around the cloth over her guard's chest as her shoulders hunched over as if she were trying to hide herself from the stranger's presence. "It... It was the m-most horrible sight!" Her voice cracked as the ravenette took this time to unearth her tear-stained face from Bryson's sturdy form. Dark blue eyes peeked out at the man, wide and doe-like under lashes sparkling with large drops ready to fall at any moment. Pink lips trembled as she regarded the man with a somewhat guarded, fearful expression. The dark hair framing her face made her seem paler than she truly was and her delicate features became fragile, almost helpless, with the loss of weight from her already thin frame. The man's wariness melted away and the gruffness in his voice smoothed into a soft murmur. "Shh, tell me all about it, sweetheart," he whispered like he was talking to a frightened animal he didn't want to scare away. He had taken the bait. A shaking hand reached out to grab the victim's gloved one. Alyss almost threw herself at him because of the vitality she felt pulsing there. She somehow managed to retrain herself, turning her eyes downwards as if embarrassed for her untoward actions. She blinked away her tears and seemed to gather her courage before turning her blue orbs to meet his warm chocolate ones, her mouth trembling, but her jaw clenched as she "bravely" recounted her tale. "My brother and I..."

About an hour later, she found herself sitting in a cottage that could only be described as cozy. It was small and quaint, but a crackling fire gave it life as well as the laughter of children and the gentle chiding of a housewife. The stranger was father to a family of five, one of the younger girls watching her mother sew in the comfort of the older woman's lap. A blanket was wrapped around both her and Bryson’s body as she refused to be separated from the man. They had acquainted themselves on a small couch and she perched similarly upon his own lap comfortably. Her trembling had subsided as she sipped on a mug of hot cocoa, watching the family with a warm, albeit small, smile on her face. She had known the instant he reacted to her so kindly that he could only be a father. He had patted her head and smiled at her to let her know she was safe. It was too bad that it could only last for so long. Underneath the blanket, she splayed out her fingers and twisted her wrist as she gazed out the window absently. A snowflake fell, followed by another, until it was a soft flurry of white. "It's snowing!" the little girl cried out as she climbed off of her mother's lap and followed her siblings to the window. Laughing with glee, they hurriedly began to put on their coats and waddled their way outside amidst all the layers. Like a line of ducklings, they planted a kiss on their mother's cheek as they made their way out the door to play in the snow. "Be careful," their mother cautioned, making sure their hats were securely in place before closing the door behind them and returning to her seat. The father watched the line, worry evident on his rugged countenance. "I can’t believe a war is raging on our very doorstep," the lumberjack whose name was, coincidentally, Jack, exclaimed, elbows resting on his knees and head in his hands. He straightened as his wife beside him instinctively grasped his hand. Alyss nodded sagely, letting her smile turn into a frown. "Powerful forces are at work. I’m not sure this would be the best place for your family." The couple's eyes went to the window where their children were making snow angels. Their grip on each other became tighter, but determination did not waver in their eyes. "If what you say is true-" Jack began before Alyss interrupted him. "Oh, it is," she drawled as she placed her empty mug on the table beside her and left her place on the giant's lap to make sure the door was closed properly. Confusion with a speck of distrust began to fill in the man's eyes as she worked her way around the room, closing the blinds last over the window were the children were playing. Her walk was that of a cat circling its prey, graceful, languid, and almost relaxed. A predatory smile played on her face as she made her way behind the wife. "Because I'm one of them."

It almost happened in an instant. Before the lumberjack could cry out, the ancient was upon his wife, lips upon the woman's slightly chapped ones in a hungry kiss. Immediately, she felt vitality flow within her and took hold of the man's mind, making him stay unnaturally still with eyes wide open to helplessly witness the death of the woman he loved. Some men lived to protect women. That was why fathers were often killed before wives. Alyss always liked fairy tales with a twist. Color bloomed on Lady Winter's cheeks as the woman she had taken hold of paled, growing thinner and weaker. Such energy and life! Ecstasy coursed through her veins as she felt the fear, anger, and hatred of the frozen man beside her. Strong emotions like this were always fun. Her cupped hands retracted their support of the woman's face and the body fell back. It was a dried husk of bone, skin, and hair. Unlike the juiciness of her dragon, she examined the powdery leather texture of her handiwork. It was not a corpse of a human, more like a mummy. A pale finger lifted strands of coarse golden hair. It fell apart before it lifted, lacking vitamins to keep it strong. Grinning at the outer appearance, she pressed her lips to the receded skin and teeth of the once-woman. An inaudible rasp came from the wife’s throat. Her heart was still beating and soon, the organs were drained following the deterioration of her eyes and tongue. It was lovely to hear the soft flutter of terror before the beats faded to oblivion. The body had shrunken down many times its original size and the wife’s clothes hung haphazardly over the bony frame. Alyss’s black eyes danced with delight as nimble fingers traced over the center of the sunken chest and dug in, ripping cloth and prying open the ribcage. A shriveled up thing lay where the heart once was, tied in place by tissue-like tendrils. "She’s as pretty on the inside as she is on the outside," she complimented gaily as she stroked the withered organ. The man twitched and despair, horror, and overwhelming animosity filled her body. Alyss grinned, releasing her hold on him and allowing him to come barreling towards her. His rage fueled his body and adrenaline aided his strength. Still, his movements were slow and she crouched, swinging her leg out from under her to sweep him out from behind his knees. If she were human, he would have had a chance. Alas, she was not. His hands were trapped under an impossibly strong grip over his head and his legs were pinned by her knees. Her smile was a little too wide, a little too mad, to be healthy and her hair cascaded into a waterfall curtain around their faces. Their optics locked and his narrowed as he spat out, "M-Monster!" The ancient’s face froze and a trace of an indistinguishable emotion flashed over her wide eyes. Like a mask crumbling, her gaze softened and her eyes grew watery as she giggled quietly and whispered, "I know." She was more merciful with Jack, draining him in one go and reducing him to powder with her kiss. Her eyes met Bryson’s and the look on her face was one of a person lost. That feeling was soon pushed aside as she easily picked up the couple’s bodies and, careful not to break them lest the dust flew everywhere, she stuffed them callously in the wardrobe. "Thank you for your hospitality, Jack." Without sparing another glance towards her companion, she made her way out the door and towards the distant camp with a skip in her step, laughing as she left behind an empty house and happy, ignorant orphans to their cruel fate.

Location: Serinola outskirts of the Spring Camp // Status: Embarrassed, hopeful, and surprised // Company:Jayce, and the adviser. // Thoughts : I'm glad no one is around. It'd be a bit embarrassing to see the Spring champ cry...Wait, Iris is gone?! // Current Theme: Startear

Close your eyes, keep silent.
Think about the reason you were born.
Look inward to learn the truth.
You were born to develop your soul.

Starry sky healed their minds.
The blue sea wrapped them with a generous mind.
Yet, they make the same mistake many times.
Loosing their reasons like a beast.
The truth is, only one....

"As you sow so shall you reap."

Lauren gritted her teeth waiting for the harshness, or judgement to appear through his words. She was ready to bark back if needed, but nothing came out. It caused her to looked over at him with the corner of her eyes in confusion as he spoke about their pasts. It was true, but most were of royalty, or at best middle class where they didn't need to steal from others. She heard it from the other soldiers when they were trying to get to know more about themselves. She always dodged that bit always just mentioning her knight life. She was at least slightly proud of that life even though it wasn't really her.

She wasn't one to be a hero, or a leader, and she knew it. She still has some uncertainty about things that would be fatal in battle. Hearing him continue on, she looked up blinking at him saying that she was better than most of them. "Why would you say that?! I've seen you fight-. She said before she stopped seeing it in his face that he was going to continue on. She listened carefully to find out why he said that. So, because he didn't hesitate was why he said that? She lowered her head slightly knowing even though he didn't hesitate to the zombies, he was able to save those who would of joined them. Sure, humans make mistakes, but mistakes like that aren't supposed to be on the battle field...

As Jayce finished his speech, Lauren's eyes widened as she looked over at him with his smile causing her face to both redden, and begin to water. "Jayce..." She mumbled looking down with her hair covering her eyes as tears streamed down to her chin as she coiled her fists to fight not crying. Most of the things she kept bottled up throughout the years were emerging. She hated crying in front of people, but there have been times when she did break down in front of people. She had always hated it, but she was always told it was fine to cry. Though, she kept it in because even though people say so, she knows it's weakness. Something that wasn't needed in a war.

In one movement she shifted, and threw her arms around Jayce's neck. Pulling herself close to his slightly firmer form, she quietly sobbed into his shoulder. The only one who truly knew her, and accepted her was Iris. The knights would harass her throughout her past making her despised nicknames have an origin. She lived with no one really accepting herself ever since Iris left, but now to hear someone really say 'past and all' she didn't know how to react. Gripping the back of his shirt, she finally sniffled slightly moving so her chin was resting on Jayce's shoulder with tears still in her eyes. "Thank you...Honestly. You don't know how much that means to me." She said with a small grin with her eyes closed as they released the tears that were locked away once again.

Hearing someone clear his throat, Lauren instantly turned beat red, and pulled away from Jayce. Rubbing her eyes slightly, the adviser chuckled slightly. "Am I interrupting something?" He said as Lauren looked away from both of them. Clearing her throat, she looked at the adviser with a small sheepish smile on her face. "N-no, What did you want to talk about?" She asked as he continued on. "I came to let you both know that Iris left the camp to search for more soldiers." He stated making her realize that more than half of her section was gone after that dragon emerged, and it was the section that took the most casualties. Looking away, she huffed slightly before looking over at the adviser. "And, during her absence, she wanted you, and Jayce to take over her section of the army in case Winter attacked once more." He said causing Lauren to look at Jayce.

So, until Iris came back, they were in charge of the whole army. A sigh escaped her lips as she looked back at the adviser for a moment. "Thank you for the information. Let us know when Iris is back...Did she even bring anyone with her? It'd be hard without anyone..." She asked as she realized that was a question that needed to be asked. "She's with Talon, A knight of Autumn since she didn't want to bother either of you, and she needed a messenger to inform you both." he said as Lauren nodded. She looked at Jayce. "So, next fight we should probably stick together to avoid the morale to sink from separation." She said knowing she had a bit of that during the last battle.

Swans sing before they die.
Their songs resound throughout the sky.
And I drop a rose petal down the sea of blood and tears.
I keep praying

Why do you feel nothing?
Why do you injure one another?
Why? Aggressive culture of despotism.
Why? You'll never win the cursed war!

"Do not you...hear god's voice?"

Rikki padded along with her leader for a time, Her massive paws making no sound on the snow. Vales steps only made the occasional crunch as a bit of the icy crust gave way to his weight. They did not exchange any words as they went, They didn't really need to. Both were still on high alert, Still this far behind enemy lines meant anything could still lurking from winter. Rikki found her mind deviating as her body ran on a kind of auto pilot. She still wondered who that boy had been, And why the leader of Autumn seemed so interested in him. From what she had seen he did not appear to be much, Just another innocent who had been impacted by this war. Though he did have some skills, Her ears gave a twitch as she remembered how easily he had passed her guard. But still that did not make him stand out much from any other youth. Many of the villages still practiced the elemental arts and it was even more common in the capitols.

But all thought of the boy left her mind as the ground ahead of them gave a sickening crack. Erupting from the frozen earth, Five ice golems now stood before them. Vales was the first to go into an attack stance, His blades withdrawn and already on the defensive. Rikki bared her fangs and gave a powerful roar at the appearance of the foe. The hair down her back raising as she took several paces back. She would need to either put Axel down and transform or attempt to fight in her beast form. The second was not an option, She could not risk the loss of her comrade's body before he was put to rest. Circling back further she propped the body against a tree, It struck her then how he just looked like he was asleep and could wake at any minute. To capitalize on this she nudged his cheek with her nose and let out a low growl. Of course he didn't awaken. He was gone. But her animal side just didn't seem to understand.

Pulling herself away from the body she turned back to the foe. The golems would serve as a good target for her anger. She had kept a tight lid on her feelings since she was withdrawn from the battle with the dragon the added sight of her fallen champion had only set that anger to boil. Starting at a dead run, she seamlessly changed from beast to human form. The Hunter's Moon shone like polished gold in her hands as the sun caught the blade in mid slash. Without much thought for anything she dove into the group. Though they dwarfed her in size, Their icy forms did little to quell the flame in her. Whipping her sword around her again and again, She seemed to dance through the blows that were thrown at her. One of the golems received the sweet gift of eternal rest quite quickly. It tried to slam a fist down onto her and in response she sidestepped quickly before jumping up and punching her sword through its skull like a lance. Planting her feet on its falling form she somersaulted as she drew her sword from its remains. Landing easily on her feet, She was immediately ready to take down the next one that challenged her.

The battle began as one of the ice golems slammed it's mighty fist into the ground an eruption of ice spikes headed towards Veles. The demi god welcome the attack and instead of running away to dodge he ran towards the attack. The agile man dodges the spikes as soon as they erupted as if he knew where they would be and he did. His heighten sense of hearing allowed him to hear the ice erupting from the ground and that made it easy for him to ‘’foresee’’ the attack. The man was like a dancer as he dodged and rolled his way to his attacker! He did one more roll then pushed himself up high with a powerful push of his legs connecting his blades then spun it around his fingers like a high speed windmill.

As soon as he reached the golems neck his intended target he began to cut through it like a slicing blade would cut meat. When the neck was loose he kicks the head off with a powerful kick sending the head slamming into another golem knocking it down. As the man slides off the icy body a powerful blizzard hits him in the back. Another golem was letting loose a blizzard from it large mouth but the lord of wind was no novice; as soon as he got his Bearings using his blade as a hook on the now falling golem he blast his own wind right back at the creature. The wind was so powerful it took the creature off its feet but; that was not all as it took it up in a spinning motion way up high and then slammed the creature hard into the ground shattering it into chunks.

The lord jump to the ground as the ice golem he was on landed on the ground hard. As he looked over at Rikki he was impressed as always she always kept him surprised after all this woman is the real deal. Veles stabs his spear sword into the ground and begins to suck in air as more of the golems came from the ground. When his lungs are full he exhales a large volume of wind in the shape of a large dragon that dwarf the golems .The mighty creature of wind roars before swallowing up the golems the dragon raced across the ground before going around the into a circle then shooting up into the sky and exploding parting the clouds. The sky looked as if someone was fast forwarding it like a video before settling down. Veles took his spear and spins it around before pulling it apart back into dual blades as there was still more golems coming froth.

The man runs forward to face the upcoming attacks as large beams of azure headed his way the man was on fire! as he races across the beams flipping and dodging the beams he made it look easy. He front flips over the last beam and rights himself in mid air fire of air punches in all directions of the creatures before touching the ground. The attacks left the creature heavily off balanced Veles crossed his arms across his body and charges up an attack. His blades began to glow and fierce wind collects around his blades like mini tornados. Then he stomps then slash as the blades cross over each other it was like a chain reaction as a large wind slashed covered the area in a great rapid wind wave blew everything away. The snow was ripped from the ground and the golems were torn asunder!

Veles was letting his anger out on the golem and when he got serious things tend to get torn asunder. The last of the golems were hesitant to attack the lord but fixed their eyes on the woman instead. Veles looked at them with a cold stare as he was already calculating his next great attack for now Rikki was on her own. The man knew she could take care of herself if she needed help however he would always be there to help her she was special to him...little did she know.

Actions: Who the hell are these people? What the hell did I get sent to, a freaking circus.

Dylan mentally cursed himself. He basically made them suspicious of him. He was trying hard not to, but he wasn't the most social of people. He didn't even like being touched and avoided others. He only let a few touch him, but even that was rarely. He didn't like the presence of others all that much and these two were getting into his face. They were evading his personal space. Shaking his head, he sighed softly and ran a hand through his hair. He glanced at the two of them, the summer champion and one of the knights. His eyes narrowed a bit on the fire elemental, but he averted the gaze soon enough. He was suppose to be undercover. He wasn't suppose to blow his cover as soon as he got there. He took a few calming breaths and gazed at his two companions. Well were they companions? Well for the time being they were. He hoped he could tolerate them and not snap and kill them. "I'm sorry. I'm not the most social of people. I don't like being touched or people invading my personal space. So thank you for backing off." He was still trying to think of a good name for himself. Right now, he was going to be nameless. He wasn't sure if the others knew who he was and if they knew he was Alyss' champion. Not many did though, mostly because he kept to the shadows and didn't exactly make his presence known. He was hidden from sight and mind. He worked in the shadows and he worked invisible. He didn't appear in most battles and stuck to his own duties. So he was sure they didn't know who he was. Dylan wasn't going to take the chance though. He needed to make connections, he needed to learn more than he already knew. Those were Alyss' orders and he never once failed her. He wasn't about to now.

Dylan was pulled from his thoughts, when they suggested food and something to drink. He was about to decline, but his stomach growled. A soft blush dusted his cheeks. He just realized that he hadn't eaten anything last night. So he was hungry. He coughed a bit, glancing at Fenik, Sanka and Zamir. He shifted. "Food and something to drink sounds wonderful. It seems I haven't had a chance to eat or drink anything. Since I don't know my way around this place, it would be great if you took me somewhere where I can grab some nourishment." He hoped that wasn't that bad. He couldn't blow his cover now. He refused to blow his cover. He won't let Alyss down. He refused too, even if that meant playing nice with the people in the summer camp. He kind of hoped his other comrades were having troubles. However knowing them, they would probably adapt easier than Dylan. Dylan wasn't exactly used to being out in the open for all to see. He was slightly out of his comfort zone, but he would endure. Shifting a bit, he stretched and turned. He followed after the three of them to their destination. He frowned a bit, when Sanka mentioned something about spiced one. He tried to keep a neutral face, but honestly he didn't like it. Maybe it had something to do with him being underage. Oh well this was going to be interesting. Maybe Dylan could learn something when they were drunk off their asses. "I don't exactly like spiced wine or any type of alcoholic drink." He fell silent after that. He didn't like wenches either, but he didn't say anything about that. He knew pirates loved their ale and their wenches. Dylan not so much, but this was going to be a learning experience.

It had been a long time sense Bryson had heard mention of his family. More specifically, his mother. Alyss spoke quietly a comparison of his eyes to his mother. It shocked him for a few reasons. The first of which was the curiosity of Alyss actually knowing who his mother was. If he remembered correctly, there was only a small window where his family wasn't working in some kind of slave situation for the two to meet. This, of course, was before Bryson's time. These stories were practically fairy tales, hope for the future like an oasis in a dry and dead place. Secondly, it was hard for Bryson to even imagine that he was similar to his mother in any fashion. He was cold and cynicle. His mother was loving. She taught of loyalty and hope. Bryson only believed in unavoidable pain and humorous enough, loyalty. This thought cast a dark shadow of his heart. If his mother would see him now, he couldn't hear the thought.

Bryson's mind was quickly redirected when there was a gentle tug at his shirt. The women who rested in his arms have him a gentle signal. Something that told him that there was going to be a change of plans. A little detour would harm their adventure in anyway but it did cause Bryson to worry slightly. She needed to find some kind of subsidence and soon and a detour would only delay this fact. However, his attention was drawn to a small village in a surprisingly inconvenient place. It rested, nestled between two of the three war camps. He was more than surprised to see that it was still in existence knowing what had gone on around the area and especially with how soldiers can be. A gentle finger pointed toward a specific cabin. Bryson did as he was told and he walked his course.

A man stood between the Wintery pair and a small and warm cabin. There he worked, chopping wood that seemed to be an eye into his life. A hard working man who did all that he could to provide for his family and to provide service to the village. The percision and consistency was evidence enough to see that the man was skilled in his trade. Upon approaching, the man displayed an instant worry for the pair but carried heavy caution. He spoke out toward the two but Bryson kept quiet. Alyss was good at what she did and it would soon be practiced. Brother is what she called him. A better name over protector or guardian, at least in this situation. This lead to an elaborately crafted story that sounded like it was read over and over again to achieve perfection. In the middle of the story, the man invited them inside of the home and was given refuge while Alyss finished. This was the reason that Bryson spoke very little. Leave skilled jobs to those who are skilled in them.

So there they sat. Alyss lay still cradled in his arms but a warm cup rested in her hands. It almost felt wrong to be resting in a strangers home. In all reality, it felt weird enough to just be treated fairly by an actual human being without any push. Even those who were forced to barely did. It wasn't hard to tell that Dylan had a distaste for him and Zeyada almost seemed to avoid him. Alyss was the only one who was civil but it was hard to call her human anymore with what lived within her chest. Yet here they were, sharing company with a man and his wife and their kids. Eventually, snow began to fall from the sky to create ignorance for the kids as they rushed outside.

Then the beast began to sprout. Alyss stood from her nest and wandered to the door. A light click notified them the door locked. A worried look showed up on the man's face. A patient Alyss found her way to the wife and engaged in a dangerous kiss while her husband stood with the inability to function. Bryson sat and watched like he was already that shell that the victim had been turned into. A calloused heart allowed him to ignore a lot of things and this was one of those instances. Even so, an innocent color returned to the queens body as the life was quickly moved from one place to another. To the wife, that wasn't it. A if to tease the man, Alyss pulled open the chest of the women to show that her vitals were as crippled as her exterior. As one final joke, Alyss released the man to his own devices. He sprung up with a new found agility fueled by rage and pain. Instinct forced Bryson to stand with the intent of intercepting the attacker but it was evident that The women he followed could care for herself. With a quick action, the man fell and his life was quickly drawn out. As if it was reaction, or a call for help, Alyss looked to Bryson with a gaze of innocence. The human inside of her screamed yet the monster held strong. Without a further request for assistance, the couple's bodies found their way into a hiding place. Void of instruction, Alyss left the cabin with a new found life. With no debate, Bryson followed but stopped once he was outside. His gaze fell upon the children and an intense pain forced itself into his chest. Those children were about to live a very familiar life to himself. A life he would not even wish upon his enemies. Stuffing his hands into his pockets, Bryson looked to the ground as he followed his queen.
