Spring has finally come around and we all know what that means- Anlach! Yup it’s open for a week. This includes challenges to the lord of the herd position, rp requirement breeding slots, and a non-rp breeding raffle. Please be sure you read everything, since there’s been some interest in challenging the lords of the herds this time around expressed, I’ve gone ahead and come up with a stat system to keep this fair. Remember to read through -everything- because if you don’t follow the guidelines your request will be void.
This year there will be three breeding slots opening- two for the couples that have met the rp quota and one for those that haven’t.
RP Requirements Met : 2 Slots
These slots are for the couples that meet rp requirements. All breeding rules are on the front page of the guild, you all should have read them over several times by now if you’re interested in breeding your deer. You must have 5 completed role plays per parent, both parents much be adult, and the hind must be claimed into the interested stag’s harem. If she’s unclaimed you may play out the stag claiming her within the appropriate herd’s rp forum. If there’s conflict over a female your stags may spar for her. To Enter:
- 1: You must register your stag and harem in the Harem Listing Thread in the main section of the guild. This helps dramatically when it comes to organizing which does belong to which stags. The owners of the hinds don’t have to worry about this part, it’s the responsibility of the stag to look after his ladies afterall.
2: Post in this thread the name of the stag you’d like to enter into anlach and which hinds he will be breeding with. Remember, you have a week to challenge the other stags for hinds from their harem or unclaimed hinds. I won’t assign numbers to couples until just before I draw a winner so feel free to edit your post in this thread and your harem in the harem listing as much as you need to before the drawing. I’ll announce the time a day before Anlach. Also- each parent must have a link to at least 5 completed rp's! If the hind has more than 5 completed Rp's include those as well-7+ is worth an extra offspring. If you don't do this you will NOT recieve a spot in the raffle!
3: When Anlach ends I’ll assign numbers to each couple. Again- hinds can only be entered once but stags can breed with multiple partners during anlach.
4: The winners will be drawn using the gaia randomizer. Winners are final, period. After winners are drawn I’ll roll for the number of offspring then add any bonus offspring in. Remember- hinds with 2 role plays over the base requirement, outrider captains, and lords get an extra offspring each! Activity does pay off. After I get how many offspring the couple will have I’ll roll for gender. Remember, there’s a 2/3 female to male ratio. We also reserve the right to throwbacks, genetic disabilities, etc. You cannot ask for these though. It’s completely random and up to us.
5: The does will grow a large belly while the babies develop inside of them. They’ll give birth in a month or so after Anlach so males be ready! Also, you must be able to pay for all the offspring before they’re born or however many aren’t paid for will die at birth.
Open Breeding : 3 Slots
Those entered into the first category cannot enter the open breeding. The open breeding is for those that cannot, have not met the rp requirements for whatever reason. Again, your stag must claim a hind before the 7th- there is NO rape allowed. You must have the permission of the hind’s player and if you decide to rp the deer, the hind must have been claimed and willing to the stag.

Bribe Breeding Slot:
This is a completely new concept to the breeding but I decided to try it this one time around. Basically a bribed breeding slot is a custom breeding between two paired deer. The bribe slots will run at ½ custom price for each offspring you order (up to 3 are allowed). The offspring will be fully custom deer. This is for the couples who haven‘t made their rp requirement and who don‘t want to take a chance in the raffle. There‘s only one slot this time around. If you wish to claim the bribe breeding slot post in bold red letters. Once the slot‘s been accepted I‘ll have you post the details of the breeding.
Pricing:
- Basic custom offspring (same guidelines as custom deer) : 150k per
Normal custom offspring (same guidelines as custom deer) : 200k per
Full custom offspring (same guidelines as custom deer) : 250 per
