 No drama unless it's the RP story sort of drama! For any reason whatsoever. This is a game, on a spiffy internet forum. Seriously.
Don't post here unless I've given you explicit permission to do so! I personally like to roleplay via AIM or in the shop thread. That way I can document things here and it'll be all neat and organized without a bazillion different posts just to tell one story. Also -- gifts need to be delivered to my PM inbox, not here! Apologies in advance for my being utterly OCD.
Nothing here is common knowledge! That means that the things that you read here are not things that your character should know unless the info has been released to them via RP.
Don't take things that happen in RP personally. Though you're in luck with this shop! Neither characters are particularly disgruntled and both are perfectly loveable. In fact! They're down right cuddly! XD
You may take any images or RP logs your character(s) are featured in. I usually compile RP logs as I am roleplaying to ensure that I have it, and sometimes I like to illustrate things. So yeah, feel free to take anything that has your characters in it. You don't have to ask for my permission or anything.
These rules are subject to modification. So make sure you check back here ever so often, hm?

  I drew this several weeks ago. Well. Probably more like a month ago now.
Anyway! I was just doodling and wanted to attempt to draw Mes.
Just a quickie sketch. Hopefully I'll have something of more substance here soon. n__n

  This is Dismas Sterling! Mesmerelda's new dad. That sounds so odd. *ahem* Uh.. he's really very rarely as pissed off as he looks in this picture, but it's the only one of him I really like that's been colored. His eyes are usually a darker wine color, too. But they glow red like that when he's angry. He's usually very charming and sweet. Prone to spoiling people (*cough*Mes*cough*). He is rather antisocial at times and quiet if only because of what he is, not because he enjoys being alone. He actually really loves being around people, but can't. And that reason, and specifically what he is, is because he's a songweaver. He can weave magic and spells into his voice through songs and project it onto people/things. Very complicated sort of thing. Even more complicated when it comes to controlling it. Hence why he sometimes shies away from people even though he doesn't want to. This was a huge problem for him when he was a kid/teenager, but now that he's fully grown it's not so much an issue anymore. It's more or less the anxiety that he'll unintentionally influence someone with his voice that makes him antisocial.
He's also from another realm entirely. He's prone to wandering and travels a lot to escape court and palace life in the world he's from. He is the Songmaster there alongside his brother whom is also a court official service to the ruling king (whom happens to be a childhood friend of theirs). The two of them are very close, but they haven't spoken in years since Dismas ran out of court angry about rulings over his once-betrothed, who was the sister of the king (and therefore a princess ^__~). That in itself is a complicated story! Anyway. Di is on Gaia now, traveling about to escape his duties. Technically he could be held for treason for having run off, but LUCKY for him his brother is in favor with the court and the king knows him well, realizes why he left, and knows he'll return eventually. Also, in his world he technically hasn't been gone for that long. A year there is several months normal-time because of how slowly time passes there. They also age slowly because of that. Ramble? What?! ME?! NEVER. XD
There's more to his story but I shan't reveal it all at once and I swear I'll make this more coherent later. But for now, whee! Space filler! To be added, and so I don't forget! + Lorcan - Di's familiar + Di's brother + former guardian + better description of where he's from and profile in general.

Uhh... home? Where's THAT? Currently, Dismas actually doesn't have a place of his own. He does have a large, lavish sort of room back at the palace where he is supposed to reside, but that isn't exactly something he can just drag along with him to Gaia and other places he traverses. He currently lives/stays at hotels, inns, and sometimes even sleeps in the occasional tree. After taking in Mes, he'll settle somewhat and purchase a home for the two of them to share. n__n <3
