Birdwatching:-- Since he was young, Elias would watch birds and keep track of the ones he saw, something he learned from his father who was an ornithologist. He has a small booklet he keeps on him when he knows he will be out in a new area and often talks in forums and groups about what everyone has seen.
Hiking -- In his free time between semesters and teaching, Elias enjoys hikes through the woods and greenspaces in the city. Sometimes he travels through to the walking paths or things like that and often socializes with others on the route. It leads him to find new places and chat with all sorts of other outdoors people.
Virtues: Hardworking: -- Always focusing on the tasks at hand and putting forth lots of effort, Elias makes sure that things are done and doesn't slack off. He often puts in extra time when needed to make sure that things get finished or that lessons are understood. This also bleeds into how he goes and assists others in a team or with similar goals to his own.
Polite -- Everyone deserves a good first interaction and Elias makes good on that by offering kind words and patience for those he meets and interacts with. Offering to let people go first as well as providing considerations and assistance for others, he strives to make sure everyone gets the best foot forward from him. Flaws:
Coward: -- Fighting is the furthest from something he wants to do and confrontation makes him uncomfortable. Often he sticks to the back of things or will run away if someone starts a fight. It can cause trouble in a team during a fight or will leave him less likely to do things that would cause trouble.
Closed-Off -- While he may be polite, he's not one for joking or quips to get closer to people. Most of the time they fly over his head or he doesn't really find things funny. There's always a slight level of isolation when he talks with people, never fully getting close or opening up. That level of distance is something he keeps as best as he can which makes it hard for people to really know him. PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Lieutenant Weapon: Briefcase ready for work but not much else, kind of unwieldy and just there to look professional.
Captain Weapon: Simple spear with an icy design, still has some hints of the briefcase in the form of some of the pole parts design and a lil handle.
General Weapon: Icy spear with metal designs, can cause a slight chill on the area cut with it that causes the feeling of frostbite for 10 seconds around an inch from the slice.
