my current priorities (as of may 2023) are growing roka, pax, and getting anakeion's transcendence plot done!
if something isn't covered under NOT LOOKING FOR / COULD BE CONVINCED / IF YOUR PROPOSAL'S GOOD for a character, that typically means i'm completely open to it and am likely to approve if asked!

Chrysocolla has seen enough people come and go from the Negaverse that she's come to a simple conclusion: people fall through the cracks. People miss signs. (She missed the signs with Sylvite, too.) Don't let them. She specifically targets Corrupts and Officers who are meandering and have fallen under the radar, takes them under her wing, and - if that doesn't get them on track - won't hesitate to inflict youmaglia. She wants you to do well! She really does! It's just, you know, to her 'do well' means 'never leave the Negaverse'.
She also targets fresh forced corruptions - anyone who has no memories - because she knows, firsthand, you have to get in there fast and lay groundwork. It's why she's still here!

Ashton is Nice. :) What do you mean she's got ulterior motives? Nonsense. He's just as charitable as anyone - or, at least, that's what she's like in the public eye. In private, it's often a different story; Ashton is manipulative, and while he's by no means amoral... she just cares less about people's feelings than she does what they can do for her, is the thing?

Aschera was previously under the traitor General Sylvite and is now serving under General Larimar. Not much of a fighter -- will usually throw her magic and then run if she's confronted -- but more than happy to talk.

Strix is prickly, petulant, and in general is just not good with people. People are loud. Loud is hard. They'd much rather be anywhere else: at the pool, at the garden, at home. No matter how good their compartmentalization skills are, 'audio sensitivity' can't really be ignored that way. If you can win their friendship (and figure out a way to get them around being embarrassed about speaking in public) (and how easy they are to embarrass in general), though, they're a loyal friend.
Pax is much the same, except add even more enforced awkwardness turned into being even more prickly. They serve under Captain Jadarite, and by proxy, General Faustite.

Sparrow can be charitably described as 'acerbic' and less charitably described as 'kind of a b***h'. Ze's got a mean sense of humor that borders of cruel, a tendency for snark, and tends to end up as the straight man in every dynamic with anyone else. Lately, though, it seems like ze's pushing zemself too hard, too far, to try and be absolutely perfect, and the cracks are starting to show. It's a tossup between whether zyr perfectionist nature or zyr newfound caffeine addiction will break first.
Sparrow does a lot of community theatre work as a lighting tech. Ze also routinely attends subculture and fandom meetups in the city.
General Larimar would like to stab you a question. Ze used to report to General Ashanite, has absolutely no respect for him, and loves to stab people and generally play the whole villainous thing up; what's the point of having superpowers if there's no card-carrying villains? Ze's more than happy to be one. Larimar also commands Captain Aegirine and Corrupt Aschera.

Soleil Rigby was formerly known as Sunny Dyer / Babel Page of Saturn. Her recruitment was extremely willing. As Babel, she hated Wonders and Ancestors; as Kosmochlor, she wants to study them under a microscope. Her truest love in life (aside from women) is mildly unethical science, and if you gave her the chance she'd love experimenting on you, probably!! She's fascinated with Mautech and wants to know how to make it herself, and she loves biohacking.
Soleil is a Twitch streamer who primarily plays visual novels, horror games, and tactical strategy games -- she facecams (& has developed a small but devoted following). She's also employed as a biostatistician at Destiny City Medical Center.
She's an extraordinarily bright, sunny, friendly person with an unshakable sense of self; but she has practically no affective sympathy, holds terrible grudges, and comes on terribly strong sometimes.
Captain Kosmochlor reports to General Amazonite, in theory, but generally does independent work. She's a member of the Intelligence Branch and loves to chat.

The Lieutenant who would become Agave served some time, unremarkably, as no one of note back in 2013-2014; its General botched a promotion, transforming it into Agave as its starseed shattered. Not like Agave really remembers that, though? That's all concept, something that happened to someone else. The important thing for you to know is that it's not a bunny!!
Agave is overdramatic, prone to cowardice (discretion is the better part of valor!!), and kind of a snot; despite all that, it makes for a good watchdog, and its outgoing nature and short stature make it a decent companion. It currently serves Captain Jadarite.

With her little sister Zinnia being awakened as Cepheus, she's returned to being Anakeion after two years without powering up, and is floundering trying to figure out her place. Has she mentioned how unfair it is everyone is pretty?
Anakeion Squire is more willing to talk to Chaos than she used to be (especially if they're hot) (she can dream), but will not hesitate to defend herself with her staff. She hits hard with her magic activated.

Alexis is having a wondrous time ruining everything heart They don't have any grand, overarching motive, necessarily -- but they want to ruin and destroy everything everyone else cares about. They don't feel anything, not anymore, but they're good at lying and pretending they do. During the Silver Millennium, Alexis Montague was part of a traveling mercenary group; Sailor Róka was not known to be connected to that group, or even connected to Alexis.
Everything is just ashes and rot. Whoever they were before the end came, they're not recognizable as that Róka anymore. Róka is interested in allying with anyone they can, betraying anyone they can, and getting maximum irons in the fire.

Lily-Rose Loughlin spent almost twenty years dissociating. During her mothers' divorce, they finally realized how badly she was doing and took her out of state for cognitive therapy; although she is by no means normal, she's better in several aspects than she was. Instead of being the biggest doormat in the world & never voicing her own opinions, she's taken to holding a non-interference clause and being... kind of a b***h, frankly? She has zero empathy, doesn't understand why she would want to have any, and is way too selective with giving out her personal information.
Lily is currently doing intermittent work on a degree in Library Science. She comes from a wealthy family and lives with one of her mothers at the moment, so is likely to have contacts who know her through this.
Juliet has not henshined since late 2017. She maintains her general non-interference clause and will not attack others, although she can be convinced to act as an ally to most people, regardless of faction. She's likely to fling her magic and run if attacked, but she's completely fine with setting up a draining pact with a Negaverse member.

Xer relationship with xer younger half-sibling Strix is complicated, but... seems generally good? They've had some blowups in the past vis-a-vis both of them being notoriously clingy and Izzy being a lot more comfortable in the public eye, but... as adulthood encroaches, they're not as glued-together as they might have been. (And Iz doesn't like that, but, hey, that's Strix's business, not xers.)
