Upon arriving, attendees are separated into three lines:

Ticket holders, those needing to purchase tickets, and those who have donation items for discounted tickets. (For those who have donation items, please head to this thread.)

From there they're ushered through bag check, where any unapproved items are confiscated and disposed of including but not limited to; selfie sticks, chains, alcohol, weapons, firearms, etc. Then, their ticket is exchanged for a wristband that allows them ONE re-entry provided and attached by one of the volunteers. After that, attendees are given free range of the events with the schedule and information booth stationed shortly after the entry way.



All volunteers are equipped with a walkie talkie, a specific event-team shirt, a map of the grounds, and a schedule of the line up for the stages they're assigned to.

It was the first time Kristen had been out since her injury and she was not too sure her cast went well with the white playsuit she was sporting. Long red locks hung in loose curls down to her thighs and numberous white roses formed a flower crown on her head. Kristen was not ashamed that she was a walking tumblr cliche or the fact she would be taking a shameful amount of selfies as the day went on.

Due to her injury she had been unable to patrol and that meant she had not seen Gwen as much as she liked. Kristen was never the kind of girl to have a 'best' friend; but if she was Gwen would be the prime candidate for the position.

She looked over at the other redhead as the wristband was attached to her undamaged limb. "So, where do you want to go first? Get some food or catch the DJ set?"

After a few weeks in Russia, Ryan and Zoe were back on American soil.

He had forgotten what it felt like to leave the home without the weight of several coats baring down on his shoulders. He was wearing a pair of ripped up jeans and a black vest, his arms bare so he could feel the suns rays - that was until he was given his wrist band.

Lifting up his aviators to rest on the top of his head he looked over to his fiance who was just behind him. "Have you got the flyer in your purse? I can't remember who's playing when?" He asked. Ryan did not have a bag. Ryan was not forward thinking enough to pack for a day out. Ryan had already become dependant on his fance's organisation skills.

Ian had not planned on attending any music festivals whilst in Destiny City, but he had learned through Rebecca Hargrove that his cousin would be performing at something called 'Anthemusa' it had piqued his interest. Colin had been injured in a car accident and as such been incapable of performing with his ballet company for many months (though he'd been working towards rejoining his fellows on stage) and apparently his participation at the event was to be a 'warm up' and measure of how well his mostly-healed body would handle the stage. The doctors, apparently, believed it would be just fine but knowing his idiot relation, Colin was likely worried and preferred to test himself outside his work place.

So he'd done his research and discovered the website set up by Renegade Media, seen that there would actually be some decent acts going up, and decided that attending was worth his time. That it annoyed his cousin slightly to have to travel with Ian (as Mrs. Hargrove had insisted happen) only served to please him further and assured that even if the day were a wash otherwise, he would be able to pull some measure of enjoyment from knowing that Colin would have to deal with - and be nice to - him throughout the day.

Ian was sorted into the non-donation line to purchase his ticket, not having bothered to acquire one before hand despite Colin's repeated insistence that doing so was the more intelligent course of action. His cousin had actually needed to be at the event earlier and had dropped Ian off at a near-by shopping complex with funds for transportation - Ian had offered it as a solution, as he did not wish to be wandering around the venue before it were open the way his cousin was. It had worked out fairly well.

And now, with a fresh-faced young man taking his money and affixing one of the obnoxiously bright wrist bands to his left arm, he was pleased with how well everything was going so far. Of course, he'd made the mistake of bringing two water bottles (one had been put in by Colin's mother, for her son, he believed) but had simply waved a hand when it was removed, offering the sealed beverage to the person doing the inspection with a charming smile.

Past the ticket 'stands' people milled in various states of dress - or was it undress, as most were wearing the bare minimum of clothing to avoid being arrested for public indecency. Ian looked around, absently reaching to fiddle with the almost-too-tight band enclosing his wrist; there was a woman he thought he recognized from the Romano's staff register - he could not recall her name, or the face, only the hairstyle brought to mind a sense of familiarity.

He figured he ought to go over and say hello, if nothing else he would have struck up a conversation with a complete stranger - if he were lucky he'd have the opportunity to make acquaintance with one of his future co-workers. "Hello!" Ian hoped that his tone held just the right amount of 'bright' and 'excited to be here' to start a conversation without seeming overly friendly. "You will be working at Romano's, am I correct? Ian St. George, World History."

Dressed in a thin but expensive looking t-shirt tucked into a pair of pinstriped white shorts and sandals, Ian cut quite the figure; he always dressed carefully and to impress, even when he was going to be attending an open-air venue. When Penelope sent a welcoming grin his way, he returned it in kind, even giving her a once-over in a way that should show how much he appreciated her form. She was a lovely young woman, there was no doubt of that.

"I find it useful to be familiar with my co-workers." Ian offered for her hand and depending on how she accepted, Penelope would either find herself getting a nice, firm handshake...or a Ian's lips brushed over her knuckles. "It seems I will wanting to spend some extra time in the library, come the school year." Releasing her hand, the blond pushed his square-framed spectacles up and gestured at the festival grounds, "Have you decided where you wish to go first? My cousin is performing, so I planned to head to the--" Ian paused for a moment before nodding over in the direction of the appropriate stage, "The Leviathan stage. I do believe he and his friends will be up first..."

He left it as an open-ended invitation, not putting any pressure should Penelope wish to do her own thing, but also making it obvious that he would be pleased to have her company.

That Penelope hadn't recognized him from the staff registry wasn't really surprising, Ian had been a late entry and may not have been in the copy she'd have gotten - mostly because he'd still been in France when Romano's had been taking the identification photographs. It was only recently that he'd managed to go in for his own staff ID; he didn't take it personally, there really was no point in such things and Ian wasn't in the habit of indulging in the nonsensical.

Beyond the whole...magical mystery machine that was the Negaverse, of course.

Lovely, she's quite lovely - and very sharp. Excellent, I may yet have another worthwhile ally at Romano's. Penelope's reactions were gratifying, but he refrained from congratulating himself too much in having excellent taste when it came to women; certainly she seemed to have intelligence to match her looks...but one never knew. Still, he was pleased as she flirted and accepted his invitation.

"Yes, I believe she's called the 'Technicolor Butterfly'...it's her act that my cousin is in." Ian offered his arm with a smile; it was a gallant gesture far better suited to semi-formal or formal events than an open-air musical festival like Anthemusa, but he didn't care. Penelope, to her credit, played along and allowed him to usher her along with others that were heading towards the Leviathan stage as well. "Should be a very interesting performance, I think."

Dressed perfectly (in his opinion) in a pair of turquoise shorts with white stripes up the side and an off the shoulder white shirt splashed with rainbow colors, Adrien Davids meandered through the front gate with a swagger that suggested way too much confidence for a man who hated being outside. It was too hot, as he'd already protested as much to the person watching the front gate. It was too much.

But there was also music and food and fun, and, well. Adrien was a sucker for all three of those.

He accepted the band with a smile and a wink, sauntering away among the crowd and wondering where he should head first, finally heading off in the direction of music.
