This thread is dedicated to summarizing each role-play thread that takes place around the port town of Porta Denia. These summaries will allow new and existing members be able to follow the ever changing story of Denia. Each summary will be a brief encapsulated look into the stories and subplots taking place around Denia with a link to the role-play thread.

Title: Mr. Fong's Noodle Palace and Diner

Location: The bottom of Denia on the eastern lower docks

Characters Involved: Li Fong, Lin Fong, Chon Wang, and the residents and visitors of Porta Denia

Open or Closed: Open always open

Private or Public: Public with a smattering of private based on who sits where and the fact that Fong slips into anger fueled native speak.

Summary: Once again, Fong is chewing out his nephew Chon loud enough for the customers to hear and Lin is apologizing for her father's behavior. As the "free show" takes place, residents and visitors alike enjoy good food and good company.

Title: Morning Star Cove

Location: Inside the Morning Star Cove, outside on its wooden dock

Characters Involved: Anyone and everyone, but mostly non-humans

Open or Closed: Open 24/7.

Private or Public: The business that the Cove attracts makes it private, but the Cove welcomes anyone
seeking business with the Denizens or just there for a drink. In other words, public, but only known by word of mouth.

Summary: Under the island is a bar that serves strong drinks, not-as-strong food, and its customers don't seem quite right. Nonetheless, the Cove is a good place to hang out, make negotiations, or play a game of mahjong (or cards, if that's your style). The Cove is also known for a simple fact: none of the customers are human. It isn't racism so much as fear of having a spy in the area...

[Some notes: even with me being as active as I am, I'm not always here, so here are some tips if you want the surroundings to interact back with you besides bar brawls and such:
Salna acts much like Telma. If you haven't played the game she was in, find a LP of it on Youtube.
Most of the people in the Cove are non-humans, and to be more specific, demons. For the most part, they laugh at foolishness (except their own) and are willing to make friends or allies, but their behavior mostly depends on what race of demon they are. If a human DOES enter the Cove, everyone will act a little introverted at first, keeping to themselves. The more brash locals will call the human out and maybe even try to pick a fight with him/her.
The (fallen) angel that sits at the piano? He just keeps to himself and plays the piano, something of a living prop. You don't need to act him out or anything.
Members of the Denizens of Dis, Salna excluded, act a little unsavory and rather avoidant of personal contact. They prefer to make small talk and then make like a tree.]

Title: Skies Above the Devil's Run

Location: The sky above and around the Devil's Run, along with the Devil's Run itself

Characters Involved: Anyone and everyone

Private or Public: Public

Summary: While the Devil's Run itself is dangerous to airship captains, its skies do not quite pose that same danger. However, from these heights you can see the carnage that the Run has caused to ships of all shapes and sizes, as well as the occasional sky surfer looking for thrills amidst the jagged rocks and steep curves. Is this where the Hastings ships really disappeared...?

Summary: Porta Denia University is a place where the pursuit of higher education takes place. On the day of the Engineering and Botany departments' model airship contest many visitors have come to the small island university.
