Personality: Fae is a rather quiet, aloof young thing, deceptively so. She longs to go adventuring, despite the fact that she hates being bothered and inconvenienced. She has a rather indecisive heart, and constantly seeks peace for her heart. And she detests the males that pursue her.

Appearance: Lavender body, perfect and smooth, with pastel pink mane, tail, and wings. As a fae, she's tiny, with delicate, semi-transparent wings. Her tail is curly, but her mane contrastingly straight. Both are very very silky. Her hooves are a brighter violet, and meticulously kept clean.

July 16--Back to the Office
I took a deep breath, my hand resting on the doorknob. It was ages since I'd been in the office, and my mind was falling to pieces without it. Here... Here was the only place my mind could be at rest, at least partially, watching the peaceful unisi in their world. After months away, my spirit had become fragile, easily torn and stripped of will to go on.
With a nervous jolt, I opened the door. Nothing had changed. I heaved a sigh of relief, letting out the breath I didn't know I'd been holding. Somehow... I'd been worried. I felt something was going wrong. But the office was fine. With a little more confidence, I set my three journals on the windowsill beside me and peered through a telescope.
Since my last visit to the office, my best friend, Marge, had given me the privilege of watching Liko, Ioni and Via's pegasus filly. She, and my other three--Kanoa, Kynan, and Aki--were all grown up now. I saw the three winged ones often, but Kynan I wondered about. It had been ages...
These brief glimpses were all that had kept me sane. I had spotted a new pegasus, one I hadn't seen before, and whose picture I could not find in anyone's journals. I suppose that makes me her Watcher. She is pastel violet, with a silky light pink mane and curly tail the same color. There is absolutely nothing about her that is not glistening with beauty. I am proud to be a Watcher to her.
Lastly, there is a handsome young pegasus stallion, bright with the red, white, and blue of America, and the most reckless creature I have ever seen. But I have only seen him once, so I have yet to find out more...

July 27, 2008—Not Ready
Another stallion tried to woo me today.
I wish they would just leave me alone! Just because I am now a full-grown mare and ready for foals, it does not mean I desire such things… I am not ready to settle down, to be bound and constrained by a family.
I have always dreamed of adventure, yet I have always been deemed too delicate since the day I was born tiny and sickly. I admit I am thin and small, but I have grown much, both in body and in mind. I chafe at the constraints laid on by those around me. Not only my family, but even my closest friends are too concerned, unwilling to trust that I can take care of myself.
How is it that I am suddenly old enough to be a brood mare, yet too young to seek excitement and courage?
Life is so unjust! I see foals and yearlings around me with more freedom than I have. Can’t anyone realize that I have a will of my own? My life has never been mine. Rather, Mother chooses to cultivate the delicate, ladylike side she claims is in me somewhere. How I wish for the wind in my face, the land far below, to be far beyond the reach of every barrier in my life.
