Profile: I’m Sessrumnir. Most people call me Sess. I don’t tend to make a spectacle of myself, so I’ll keep this simple: I’ve spent a good portion of my life learning how things work -- people, machines, environments, systems -- and how to keep them running when it matters. My background is varied, but it all comes down to the same principle: understand the world in front of you, and leave it better than you found it.

I work well in unfamiliar terrain and under pressure, and I take pride in approaching problems from every angle until a solution is found. Being a teacher is a part of my life I am grateful for. Sharing what I know is a responsibility I take seriously.

I care about restoration -- homes, worlds, people. If I’m here, it’s because I believe rebuilding is worth the effort, and that no one should have to handle it alone.

Skills: My skill set is broad, though I don’t see much point in listing every certification I’ve ever earned. In practical terms:

• Mechanical and Electrical Systems: I can repair, design, and troubleshoot machinery, structural mechanisms, and energy or power systems. Improvisation with limited resources is a strong suit.
  
  
• Surveying and Environmental Assessment: I’m trained in reading terrain, identifying structural risks, and making fast, reliable evaluations of safety and stability.
  
  
• Medical Support: I have emergency medical experience -- triage, field stabilization, and basic to intermediate treatment in situations where professional help may not be immediately accessible.

Profile: Hey, Oberon here. I’m something of a professional explorer in the academic sense, and an enthusiastic one in the practical sense. I’ve always been drawn to old places, forgotten stories, and anything with a bit of mystery baked into it.

These days I spend a lot of time cataloging artifacts for work and for… extracurricular projects. I’m good at identifying what things are, where they came from, what they’re made of, and -- if the context plays nice -- what they used to mean. I enjoy making sense of the past, especially when it helps build a clearer future.

I like a good challenge, and I’m always up for an adventure, large or small. If there’s something to discover, I’m happy to help uncover it.

Skills: Most of what I bring to the table is tied to analysis, investigation, and documentation.

• Archaeological Survey and Excavation: I can handle artifact recovery, site evaluation, and preservation techniques. I’m used to working in difficult conditions without damaging what I’m trying to save.
  
  
• Historical and Material Analysis: I can identify materials, estimate origins, and organize or catalog large collections. Useful for worlds with stockpiles, ruins, or unknown structures.
  
• Chemical Knowledge: I have training in chemistry -- enough to evaluate substances, identify potential hazards, and assist with safe handling or storage.
  
  
• Archival Organization: I can create or clean up record systems, databases, and inventories for worlds with scattered or partially lost histories.

Profile: I am interested in all elements of Homeworld and particularly Wonder restoration. I have made some interesting discoveries about energy concentration and Ancestors specifically that I am desperate to network about - both to share my information and hopefully to gain some from others.

My Wonder, in the past, sometimes held events and gatherings with other Knights and even visiting Senshi. I was able to briefly and in a very small way revive this - if you know my name, it is probably from that - and am keen to learn more about other people similarly situated, to see if we can work towards achieving more of these.

Specifically:
1) Willing to provide "starter kits" for exploration (since I've been keeping them on hand anyway, the way people keep falling into my lap...) as well as accompany you on early or even first visits if you don't want to go alone; can also help you do things that require two or more people, from the mundane to the adventurous, provided you give me a debrief first and don't throw me into the maw of something dangerous.
2) Working to gather information about energy and magic concentration on Wonders (and possibly Homeworlds), can discuss in more detail on contact - if you have uncovered unusual sources of magic or energy on your Wonders, I would like to speak to you about them, especially if they are related to tangible items and equipment you have also found or powered there. Potentially looking to experiment with whether focusing restoration efforts in specifics ways can expedite effects, as this seems plausible. Have been working with a Vanguardian cadet to gain more information about this - I know some of you are justifiably iffy about Vanguard involvement, but I can vouch for her after multiple visits that she has been nothing but helpful. Also, she'd love to learn more about ancient plumbing and waste management, probably.
3) Anything and everything relating to Ancestors currently inhabiting your Wonders. I am currently working towards making their existence somewhat less unbearable which should be beneficial both to them and to us (by making them more tractable and less hostile), and can provide information and firsthand experience about these things. I am looking for others who have information relating to this topic, particularly on bridging the gap between their world and our own.
4) Learning more about Wonder-enabled events, festivals, gatherings, etc. If your Wonder had a history of hosting these types of events, I would like to speak to you about the potential for reviving them in the current day and what types of restoration are required to achieve it.

Skills:
Access to items that can potentially provide a bridge between Ancestor realities and our own, allowing for limited interaction. Would like to potentially test one of these on other ghosts. If you have similar, please get in touch ASAP. I will bring you food and drinks.
Access to information that may be helpful in affording additional power to items or equipment, maybe, possibly, don't get your hopes up.

Niflhel here, I've been in this magical insanity for years. I'm still working on my own homeworld. Unfortunately I still need to work on the language and see what sorts of critters live on my homeworld. I've avoided exploring it much and only focusing on the inside of the church and my house in the previous life; but I'm working on getting better at going out to explore.

I also enjoy exploring other folks' worlds and will accompany anyone who wants company.

Most of what I've done is small improvement projects on my own house and my homeworld. It started with cobbling together puppets and shoes ironically. So I can help fix things, if it's something that I can't do but looks easy I'll pull up a video of how to do it and learn. I can also paint walls and cabinets pretty well without making a mess.

I like to think I can help with decorating and making a place feel good. As part of my psychology studies I've also looked into feng shui and what sorts of colors are best for certain types of rooms to help you relax.

I enjoy tinkering with electronics! Sometimes it doesn't work as intended but I don't give up and go back to fix things the right way! I'm more than happy to experiment and get things up and running if you've got something electrical out of commission!

Similar to Electronics I don't mind helping fix these or building new things. If there's something you want fixed and there's blue prints I'm more than happy to help fix it. If I can't read them and/or you can't either it's fine I'll figure it out by the diagrams I'm sure! That's not to say it won't possibly malfunction until I figure out what they actually mean but that's the fun part of the mystery! Not to mention what it does when it malfunctions might be cooler than what it was intended to do, so if that's your cup of tea we can keep the malfunction and build a copy that eventually works correctly.

I love working with textiles and can help restore tapestries and carpets. I may need some help from someone who can help with figuring out the correct colors and stuff but I will happily try to help you recreate any sort of textile that needs repair.

Got fancy garb you need fix? I can help with that too, I often sew my own costumes and have been working on replicating historical outfits for the local renfest and reenactors who need outfits repaired or sewed anew. I can make my own patterns as long as I have references to what you're looking for.

I also sometimes hand sew if I have the time or need to try to make intricate details.

Some of the costumes I make require wire frame work in order to maintain it's shape. So I've taught myself how to solder and other relevant skills to this. I've seen where it also works on pipes but I haven't tried it yet but not afraid to work on this if it's a needed skill to repair pipes or other framework.

Hi! I'm Blarney, and I'm very interested in helping others reclaim their homeworlds and rebuild their Wonders. I'm somewhat new to the whole magic thing as I've been doing this for less than a year, but the opportunities I've had to work collaboratively with others recently (on Tempesti and Dagon, specifically) have been some of the most meaningful experiences I've had so far, and I would love to lend my assistance wherever possible.
