Status of mission: Unsuccessful - We did not find any details about the disappearances. The shack itself gave us little evidence towards anything strange. The asylum nearby seemed to be more of note. Everything about the shack draws your attention to the asylum.
Additional points of extreme importance: All team members thought they saw a figure around the asylum.
Commendations or warnings: The shack itself gives the impression of a trap which does nothing more than lead towards the asylum. If any missions to the asylum are planned, myself and Cassandra would like to be involved.

Status of mission: success - information retrieval. Actually I'm not certain it is a success. The farm house was taped up, but empty. The floors were loose, and revealed a termite infestation underneath. They were also found when we cut into the couches and the beds. Upon closer inspection of the bedrooms I found strange spiral shaped symbols carved into the floor under the beds. I'm not sure what happened, or why the people there died, but it seems that it wasn't poison in the water or the ground, because it would have affected the insect life as well.
Additional points of extreme importance: See picture attachments. The spiral carving in the floor is repeated under each bed, and the termite infestation is in everything, not just the walls. Couches and beds contain them as well.
Commendations or warnings: Cassandra Norris was a great help in my first mission, and a good leader to follow.

Status of mission: Limited Information Retrieved. Everything seemed to be in a great order of disrepair, which seemed odd given that the house had been supposedly lived in up until the bodies were found.

I have once again attached some pictures. As well, I have brought back a swatch of the carpet with me in case it should be found to be of any use.
This is the second location I've been to in the last month that was infested with insect activity that seemed unusual to me (the previous incident is noted in my report from New York). This time it was termite activity that went far beyond the ability for those living in the house (until their deaths) to not notice. I am wondering if this is a pattern or a cooincidence.

Both Sydney and Ami are very observant hunters. I expect good things will come of them based on their performance on this first mission with me.

Large number of animal carcasses found in sewer, some above ground. Carcasses dumped mostly out of sight in a less well-maintained area of the town. A high whining noise was audible throughout the town, though we could not determine its source (possibly underground?). We also observed insects fleeing from a building with no visible cause.

No immediately apparent outward signs of unusual activity; however, upon closer inspection, we found that all furniture and structures in the house were heavily infested with termites. Hidden under the beds in the house were spiral symbols carved into the floor. See attached images for reference.
The cellar of the house was also termite-infested; the ceiling there showed the worst infestation of the location.

JAN 28 2012, approx 1 PM PST
Went to Seattle for call to investigate death of Anderson family victims were not at the site and the house had already been investigated by local authorities. There was a rip in the living room couch which I noticed movement in. The inside of the couch was covered in termites. Jordan removed part of the carpet and flooring which revealed more termites under the floorboards. They were also in the walls and ceiling. I experienced nausea and Jordan gave me some gum for it and we continued to search the house. Jordan also discovered markings under the beds but we were unable to find them elsewhere there is a picture I took with my cell phone of the mark which I have attached. The storm cellar was cluttered and another team would have to go back to inventory it and search for any other markings, there were termites there too under most covered surfaces. Jerry collected some termites from the living room floor and brought them back in a jar. We returned 2 hours later at approx 3 PM PST

Eerily irregular. The house was completely void of anything save for a surplus of termites. The perimeter was completely barren, but the inside of the house seemed fine. I didn't find much other than that. There are picture attachments. Bugs are disgusting.

The crash site showed signs of human presence, footprints and markings; the snow around the plane also showed unusual wavelike patterns where it had been left undisturbed by previous investigations. See attached photos for pattern details. Inside the plane, the seats were ripped and showed signs of dampness and mold. An odd, unidentifiable smell lingered inside the plane as well. In many places inside the plane, patches of thick black fur were found. Sample gathered and attached.
All three weapons (mine, Marcus Hasan's, and Ofelia Tanner's) sensed traces of Fear lingering around the site, but could not identify its source.

The crash site was wet despite being in the mountains, showing signs of and smelling heavily like mold. Mold was indeed located on several of the seats along with thick black fur (located by myself and by Jordan Miller). All hunters had their weapons sense trace amounts of FEAR lingering around ( Marcus Hasan, Jordan Miller, and myself), with Rue reacting twice.
The area around the crash sight displayed signs of waves on the snow as well as strange mounds. Footprints may have been from other crews coming to exam.

Status of mission: Mission was a success, and samples of data collected on site have been delivered to the life labs for analysis. Arriving onsite the crash was suspicious in many ways. Snowdrifts formed unusual mounds in the snow, (were not disturbed to prevent site contamination). The lingering FEAR levels were to low to determine if it was from the passengers aboard the flight or any subject. Though below freezing levels, seats were damp and molding, holding black hair from an unknown source.
Additional points of extreme importance: Photographs of the site, as well as samples of mold, and hair have been delivered to the life labs for further investigation. Given the mature of safety standards and hygiene of the US airways, it is highly unlikely the mold would have been present before the crash. Just so, the fact the seats remained damp in freezing temperatures is also highly suspicious.
Commendations or warnings: Jordan was thoroughly prepared for this mission, and Ofelia, one of the newest trainees while arriving under dressed, proved to take it admirably, and did a good job under the conditions.

Status of mission: Jude and I were sent to investigate a desecrated graveyard. We found the graves to be lacking a date of death, multiple old pocket watches and strange black roots were found. The roots disintegrate upon contact with light. We have included samples for both.
Also, I observed a strange person with an umbrella in the distance. They seemed suspicious but disappeared before I could cast a second glance.
Additional points of extreme importance: Black Roots that hate light found, and suspicious figure observed at the scene.
Commendations or warnings: None. I felt Jude did well, and no one else involved bothered or interfered with the mission.
