Soldier Leo will form and direct a beam of energy toward a target -- the source of this energy is generally his palm, though he will sometimes zap a very fine beam out of a fingertip. He can only hold the energy beam for about five to ten seconds at a time -- so it's really a very short zap -- and he can't control the direction of it except to point, so if he misses, he misses. The attack itself only has a range of about twenty feet; essentially, a beam of energy that will dissipate at the end of the twenty feet, so if it hasn't encountered anyone, no damage will be done.
This attack will damage other senshi if they get in the line of fire, just like his first one.
