---Description: Frost-Touched Scales of the Winter Judge acts as a call-back to an older technique that belonged to Kyuzaku Hoshigaki, Scales of Justice. This technique was designed by the shark people of Kirigakure to make the scales into spikes along their arms. This new derived jutsu uses ice chakra to create a similair and more powerful effect. When this technique activates, the user's muscles become dense and powerful throughout their body. Ice-Element Chakra layers the skin of the forearms, making them tingle slightly like they have goosebumps. However this summon is crafted for more combat use as the body is a design made by him when he was much younger that was meant to be in resemblance to his father as a super hero samurai. ---Description: Tsukiyamoru is one of Sai Orasakai's personal summons, and out of all the various summonings he has, Tsukiyamoru is his favorite. Through the unique and specific clan hand signs, Sai is capable of summoning a large phoenix-like bird of ice. It's form curved and long, suited for riding and with a wing span and shape that was perfected for stealthy and fast flight. Tsukiyamoru is midnight blue in color and has piercing oak brown eyes. Unlike most summons, Tsukiyamoru is incapable of speech and outside of being a mount and companion for Sai, has no purpose in combat and is simply aesthetically pleasing to Sai.

---Description: A special technique derived originally from the special traits of the Mizu Clan. The user focuses their chakra throughout the air around them, seperating 70% of the water from the rest of the atoms and condensing it away into a more solid form causing the air to become dry quickly. Continuing to manipulate the water and wind, the user will have the water shift and float around the user in the same likeliness as wax within a lava lamp.
All the while the dried wind will begin to speed around the general area of the user at a constant axis causing the appearance to resemble the bands of an atom. As it does so, the bands will rotate around the user causing them to smash against each other at regular intervals. At those times the wind will blare out violently throughout the entire area but more importantly, before and after the bands colide and become one, their alternating directions will ride against each other at such high speeds that they will actually resist each other and create a powerful enough friction that electricity is built up amongst the bands and will eventually form powerful bolts that will ride along them.
The purpose of this technique is to create an intimidating appearance as the combination of elements from this technique creating a distorted yet dramatic appearance for the user that only enhances their look of power. But more importantly, the abundance of elements in powerful states allows the user to manipulate and develop their techniques in new and powerful ways that can even surprise the user themselves.

---Description: This technique is usually seen as a dirty move or an illegal strike in most notable and "official" competitions, however in the shinobi world it is simply viewed as smart tactics. The user's action is initially to rob their target of their sight by going for an eye gouge manuever, however the true intent is much more deadly. By creating a chilly air around the user's hand through poorly forming ice and allowing it to instantly be turned to gas, the user bluntly slams their hand against the front of their foes head. The strike is most effective when situated from the eyes to the forehead section. The result is the palm compresses the cold air against the skin and with combined force of the impact, causes the air to assault the brain. The attack will cause variant levels of damage to the frontal lobe of the brain, primarily affecting the dopamine-sensitive neurons of cerebral cortex.

While this de-buff is in effect the foe you control may only do two things on there turn. One is pay the sustain costs of any Jutsu they had in effect before mind control went off (That is if they choose to, they needn't keep them active unless you wish to). The second is to make a contested Willpower(x2) + Resilience buffs that apply checks normally to shake off any de-buffs (including mind control) off of themselves. Once you've established control: On you, the controllers turn, you may take your turn normally as well as issue one command to anyone you've mind controlled. IF the command is against their nature they get an immediate reflexive contested check of Willpower(x2) + Resilience buffs that apply to break mind control. This has to be something they'd not do at the moment, such as attacking an ally, harming themselves, etc. Against a suicidal command they gain Willpower(x4) instead of (x2) against said roll. If they fail this check they carry out the command. The controlled player has all there normal stats, however they may only use Jutsu the controller knows as the controller is pulling the strings and thus they can only do things the controller knows how to do. They can not however use Kekei Genkai that the controller knows if the mind controlled subject does not match the same bloodline. Chakra to perform any of these tasks as well as to sustain powers must be paid by the controller not the subject of mind control making this power very taxing. This must be placed on a Mind control effect, doing so allows the user to mind control dead bodies as if they where alive. When the body suffers damage do normal reduction, the user then makes a contested Stat(x2) + Accuracy + Buffs vs current -health value. This damage stacks up bringing the Corpse further and further into negative amounts making the check harder and harder to resist, once the check is failed the Corpse is destroyed and may not be re-tarted unless resurrected and killed again.
