MINOR REVISION Character Name:Corrupted Sailor Carnelian, Senshi of Pain Reason for Revision: Fixing up his attacks that... are 6 years old, clunky and not very powerful. Revisions Requested: Reworked his attacks to be less... crappy.

Sailor Scout Attack: Pain Carnelian holds up his hands and looks like he's praying. He breathes the name of his attack and bands of white energy form around the target he is currently facing. There is a two second delay before the energy bands collapse and dissipate into the target, causing pain to erupt in a part of their body. The pain is much like a muscle spasm or like one's leg falling asleep - prickly and painful. These bands can be dodged because of the delay and the limited range of the attack, and allies can be hit with it. The effect wears off after one minute. He can use this twice per battle. The target can only be hit when within ten feet of Carnelian.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Agony Same as above, but the pain surges through two body parts instead of one. The affected number of targets is upped to two, but the distance, time and number of uses remains the same.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Torture Carnelian looks like he is praying again and after speaking his attack's name, points at a target and fires a very fast bright red light. Targets can be hit from up to 30 feet away. Once struck, the target has severe muscle pain in the stomach or chest region of the body. This could stop movement, thwart an attack and bring an opponent to their knees, though allies can be hit with the projectile and it can be dodged. Two people can be afflicted simultaneously if they are standing very close together or are holding each other. The attack lasts for 30 seconds and can be used twice per battle.

It can be experienced as if the target was stabbed in the gut, or boiling water was poured on them, etc. Whatever it is, it's incredibly painful, though no actual wounds will appear. The pain is magical in nature and other magic that relieves pain works on this as well. The pain dissipates after 30 seconds. The attack can be used twice per battle.

MINOR REVISION Character Name:Shawn Adare Reason for Revision: The original traits and description I gave him were caused by and referencing events I had planned for him that haven't occurred yet. Thus, he may revert back to them eventually, but for now he has no reason to have those traits. (The hobby was just badly written, I think.) Hobbies: Keeping Others Company - Shawn will always take the time to listen to others, especially due to his lonely nature. This doesn't just apply to people he considers his friends, but to anyone who seems alone without wanting to be - even people who he might not like or who might not like him. He's pretty easy to talk to because he's a good listener in that he will pay attention to someone and what they have to say rather than just be there to hear them out. Should anyone ever seem to need or want it, he will try to offer advice, encouragement, or support. He doesn't like others to be alone if he can help it and will hang around just to keep others company unless they request for him to do otherwise.
Virtues: Determined - If this teen has a goal, he will stay focused on it until he achieves it. Once he sets out to do something, he will resolutely do anything in his power to see it through to the end as long as it doesn't harm others. He's very persistent and will endure whatever obstacles he needs to to persevere. He's very good at keeping his eyes on the prize and not getting side-tracked or changing his mind simply because a task seems difficult. Shawn is generally unwavering and resolute in his objectives, committing to them until he sees them through.
Flaws: Paranoid - Ever since Shawn was an infant, his parents taught him to be wary of strangers; particularly because they often lived on the streets and in homeless shelters, so it was hard to say who they could trust. The boy developed a fear of many things, but most of all his parents warned him against the supernatural happenings of Destiny City, which they had more exposure to than most due to their lack of a proper home. Monsters and supernatural beings of various kinds roamed the streets and Shawn was told to avoid all of them because there was no telling which were harmful and which were helpful, but all seemed to disturb the peace of civilian lives. It was even rumored that some stole and ate souls; a rumor that kept Shawn up many nights and plagued the little sleep he managed to get with nightmares. When a particularly poisonous youma's residue caused Shawn's mother to fall ill and die, he became more obsessively suspicious of and anxious around youma and powered beings than ever.
Reckless - This teen may be paranoid, but that doesn't necessarily make him cautious. He finds it easiest to cope with his anxiety by taking action and doing so quickly, even if said action isn't the wisest choice and he hasn't spent time thinking it through. For this reason, he can tend to seem impulsive, even though it's fear that drives him more so than a desire to do the thing itself. He tends to avoid thinking before he acts because he worries that if he waits too long, he'll miss the opportunity to take action.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Light brown; sepia in color
Hair: Black, spiky hair with bangs
Face: Angular face, Native American features, and reddish-tan complexion
Clothes: A long, black trenchcoat over a worn, originally-white shirt and dark, baggy jeans, all of which are somewhat oversized on his underweight body. He also wears a pair of old, dirty sneakers which are his preferred method for getting around the city.
MINOR REVISION Character Name: Regina Hopewell / Celliwig of Earth [x] Reason for Revision: I had no idea what I was doing with Regi when I first decided to power her up to Celliwig five years ago. Many of her things were slapped together and her magic, as it was approved, is clunky and over-complicated at best. I don't think she will be fun to play at all once she hits Squire as currently written... WHICH DEFEATS THE PURPOSE. Revisions Requested: Adjustments to magic & weapon progression-- ideally to get everything into play as she progresses to Squire, which is when she'll actually have a weapon (other than her stick) and access to her magic pool.
NEW Weapon Progression: wooden stick -> gnarled staff -> gnarled staff w/stuff (mage staff, essentially, ala Dragon Age inspired designs)
Original Squire Magic:
Return! - Celliwig casts her boomerang in a small arc that draws one ally under attack in an unfair/outranked/outnumbered situation out of melee/back towards her. Effect is instantaneous and ally is free to move on their own immediately upon their next turn. Magic Visual - A 'mystical circle' appears along the path of the boomerang, drawing on the magic of Celliwig's Sacred Grove which often sounds & smells vaguely like a fresh summer breeze blowing through the leaves.
NEW Squire Magic:
Magic: On My Honor - Holding her staff in two hands, Celliwig brings it down firmly to strike the ground beneath her. A circle of magic ripples from the starting point of the strike, extending to a 10ft radius around Celliwig.
Effect: Anyone within the ring will hear the soft rustle of leaves and feel the light kiss of a fresh, summer breeze. They are suddenly compelled to act honorably for the duration of the magic's channel. No dirty fighting is permitted and those touched must act with fairness and integrity in mind.
Magic Pool: 30 seconds
Original Knight Magic:
Return & Protect! - Celliwig casts her boomerang in a slightly larger arc that draws up to two allies under unfair/outranked/outnumbered situation out of melee/back towards her forming a protective barrier around them when it 'closes circle' by returning to Celliwig's opposite hand. Barrier can protect against physical damage and light weapon damage until either dismissed or penetrated by heavy magic (see restrictions). Weak against: Large or massive objects (thrown vehicles, stampeding animals..) or magic attacks above regular senshi level. Heavy assault attacks (multiple weapons) will make barrier harder to hold as it will require focus on magic to do so and may drain Celliwig's resources more quickly). Magic attacks will severely weaken the barrier; two super attacks or one eternal attack will dissolve/penetrate barrier. Magic Visual: A 'mystical circle' appears along the path of the boomerang, drawing on the magic of Celliwig's Sacred Grove which often sounds & smells vaguely like a fresh summer breeze blowing through the leaves. Allies within the original 10ft radius of Celliwig are shielded from outside physical attacks by the bound trunks while magical attacks are slowed, making them easier to avoid. Any strong attack, physical or otherwise may require Celliwig's full focus/attention in order to uphold the shield for the duration of the magic pool.

MINOR REVISION Character Name: Sailor Nix Reason for Revision:
I want to adjust the wording of his Basic and Super powers to be able to do some visual gags and more serious psych-out type actions.
Here’s what they currently are:
Sailor Scout Attack: Tongue Bash
Nix rocks forward, opens his mouth, and creates a large ethereal frog tongue which shoots out up to 15 feet away. It strikes with pretty decent force, able to knock things back, hurt like a hard punch. The attack may leave a bruise if the player chooses to take any lasting damage. Though the tongue is ethereal and can only hit one target per cast, if he hits a small, light object, it may stick to the tongue as it retracts. As soon as the tongue has fully retracted, it disappears. He can do this three times.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Poison Tongue
Nix rocks forward, opens his mouth, and creates a large ethereal frog tongue which shoots out up to 15 feet away. It strikes with pretty decent force, able to knock things back, hurt like a hard punch. The attack may leave a bruise if the player chooses to take any lasting damage, however if he hits an organic target they will suffer the effects of rapid poisoning (which can include dizziness, fatigue, nausea and vomiting) for thirty seconds. Though the tongue is ethereal and can only hit one target per cast, at this stage the stickiness is powerful enough to adhere to larger objects, including people. When the tongue retracts, it is strong enough to pull the object with the least mass towards the object with greater mass; if Nix is larger, his target will be pulled towards him. If his target is larger, he will be pulled towards it. As soon as the tongue has fully retracted, it disappears. He can do this three times.
Revisions Requested:
I would like to adjust it so that Nix can either shoot the tongue out as originally described, or alternatively lick his target, which would mostly be a reduced-power version for visual or psychological effect. Also with Super stage, be able to choose whether or not poison is involved.
As such, here is the amended Power information:
Sailor Scout Attack: Frog Tongue
Nix mimes the action of using his tongue, creating a large ethereal frog tongue. This tongue can either shoot a straight line 15 feet away striking with the force of a hard punch which can leave a bruise if the target player desires, or take the form of a large licking tongue which can make contact with something not more than 2 feet away. In both cases, the tongue is sticky, and can pull small objects back to him (or up, in the case of the lick motion). Once the tongue is retracted, it disappears again. He can use his tongue three times.
Super Sailor Attack: Big Tongue
Nix mimes the action of using his tongue, creating a large ethereal frog tongue. This tongue can either shoot a straight line 15 feet away striking with the force of a hard punch which can leave a bruise if the target player desires, or take the form of a large licking tongue which can make contact with something not more than 2 feet away. In both cases, Nix may choose to have the tongue be either sticky or poisonous. If it is sticky, the strength of his tongue is such that whatever he grabs, the smaller of the two objects (Nix and his target) will get pulled as his tongue retracts. If it is poisonous and hits an organic target they will suffer the effects of rapid poisoning (which can include dizziness, fatigue, nausea and vomiting) for thirty seconds.
As soon as the tongue is retracted, it disappears. The tongue may be used three more times.
