Name: Ignacio Cesar Araya
Nicknames: Ignacio mostly just uses his full name these days, though he does like 'Nacio' or 'Ig' as well. He's not very fond of the diminutive 'Nacho,' but doesn't find it worth getting annoyed about like he used to.

Hated Food: Honestly, he'll try anything these days -- and yes, this includes the once dreaded nachos. He's grown up a bit.
Hobbies:
"Let's Run." - Over the years, Ignacio has become nearly obsessed with running. He has to go for a run at least once a day or his day doesn't feel complete. He's quite fast, at this point, and has even ran in a couple marathons. He hasn't won yet, but he does have a couple ribbons around the house that he seems rather proud of. He also goes to the gym, on top of this, to make sure he stays strong and fit in more ways than one. When he's not jogging on an elliptical, he's usually doing resistance exercises. He also enjoys free-running, and can be found doing this on occasion as well.
"I’ll Do Anything Once." - Ignacio enjoys dabbling in things. Various things. He’s tried a lot of things at least once, some things even twice or thrice. In some respects, it’s a bit of a hobby of its own. He’ll research new things, he’ll go places to try new things, he’ll take adventures in areas that he’s never been to before -- and part of the fun is just trying these things out. While he usually won’t try something that’s new to the world right away, his natural uneasiness kicking in, he loves to try things that have been reviewed and … thoroughly researched by himself.
"Space!" - Ignacio loves space. He's fascinated by it. Admittedly, a lot of that fascination roots from his own mission of fixing his comet. Every week, he's on his comet, fixing little things up here and there and reliving memories of a time long gone. When he's not on his comet, though, he's researching. He keeps up on space news rather actively now, and sometimes takes trips to planetariums and space exhibits at the local museums.
Virtues:
"I Know The Answer." - Ignacio's brand of intelligence is best observed when he is left to puzzle things out. While some people are stuck seeing just the trees, Ignacio can see the forest. Sometimes, small events that seem unconnected to other people come together in his head in a reasonable explanation that makes sense. Once he has enough information available, he can do this fairly quickly, too. It results in him actually finding fun in research and puzzles, willing to take on a challenge head on.
"Nice to Meet You." - Ignacio is, at heart, naturally gregarious and is energized by having other people around him. While he won’t necessarily go out of his way to meet new people the way he would have when he was younger, he welcomes people coming to him to say hello. He has plenty of acquaintances, seemingly friendly with a lot of the people in his neighborhood and his industry. He’d like to extend this to all the areas of his life. If someone asks for his company, he’s fairly likely to oblige them, with a grin, for a cup of coffee at that nice cafe downtown with the good pastries.
”I’m Ready!” - Ignacio’s former sunny optimism has been replaced with something equally as sunny: the energy of a star. It’s hard to keep oneself running from the mid-morning until late at night, acting, meeting up with friends, sometimes going to events, going to the gym, and even patrolling or making trips to space, but Ignacio has somehow got it figured out. He doesn’t seem to wear down particularly easy, and always seems ready to go do something, even if it’s four o’clock in the morning and he should probably actually just go to bed. It does mean he is often available if he’s needed, even if it’s late at night -- if he was asleep, he’ll get up to go help, no questions asked, and might even seem fairly alert!
Flaws:
"Ah, what was that?" - Ignacio is capable of focusing his mind for short periods of time, or when he's right in the thick of the action ... momentarily. While over the years, he's gotten better at overcompensating, he can only force focus on issues so long before his mind starts naturally wandering off. His mind wanders to little things in the environment or tangents related to things that have been said or events that have just happened. Occasionally, Ignacio will miss things said to him and will try to piece together conversations in his head, or he'll notice something coming too late and not react to it in time to avoid it.
"Uh..." - The upheavals in his life have robbed Ignacio of a lot of his former boundless optimism, and efforts to get it back have been met with limited success. He’s not as relaxed, as open, or as spontaneous as he used to be. Instead, it’s been replaced by an undercurrent of uneasiness, and even small things can make that uneasiness more pronounced. Few things can cancel out his friendliness quite as quickly as inviting him to a new establishment, for example. His instinct tells him the Negaverse is behind it. He just knows. (He doesn’t.)
”I’ll Pass.” - Ignacio does not, without good reason, listen very well to suggestions or commands. The idea of being bossed around grates him--his way was just fine--and someone saying they’re in charge does not mean they actually are. Generally, if it benefits him to go along, he will, though that is providing he can actually see what the benefit is. This isn’t to say he won’t work with people or be an ally, but he’s not very likely to follow someone. This instinct has also resulted in him generally working alone, even unintentionally. Ignacio doesn’t seem to mind this, though sometimes, he wishes he did have more people to lean back on.
Physical Appearance
Eyes Ignacio's eyes are a piercing yellow, partially hidden by his reddish-brown locks. They're usually shining with the smile he keeps so typically on his face.
Hair Ignacio's hair is parted symmetrically down the middle, both parts hanging slightly in front of his eyes. There's a spare piece on the right that dangles over his eyebrow. Its shade is a reddish-brown, making him look as if he might have a bit of Irish heritage in that blood somewhere.
Face His face is covered from top to bottom with the freckles that cover the rest of his body. His eyebrows are fairly average and are somewhat curved. He's got smaller ears somewhat flattened to his head, hidden by his mop of hair. His nose and mouth seem fairly average, though his nose is on the smaller side and his lips are a tad thin.

NOTE: I haven't changed his regular or super attacks. His Eternal attack has been changed, though! Senshi: Transcendent Super Sailor Encke, Senshi of Plasma
Attack:
Sailor Scout Attack: "Ionization!" - Encke points his left pointer finger forward at his adversary and shouts, "Ionization!" Suddenly, the air around the adversary sounds like it is crackling, and before long, small purple-blue sparks begin to hit their body, causing the sensation of small shocks all over them. Effectively, the air around them has become conductive and ionized, like plasmas.
(Uses: Twice per battle.
Duration: 30 seconds
Range: 10ft radius around the target.
Weaknesses: This attack does not really discriminate--if he is within the ten foot radius, he will get shocked just as much as the adversary is.
Attack #1a (Super Senshi)
Super Sailor Scout Attack: "Full Ionization!" - The closer a plasma gets to becoming fully ionized, the hotter the plasma becomes. This is essentially the same attack as his first one, except the burning has become more prominent. This ionized 'air' is hot, and along with the shocks, this attack now has the potential to cause damaging burns.
(Uses: Twice per battle.
Duration: 30 seconds
Range: 10ft radius around target
Weaknesses: This attack does not really discriminate. While it does not affect him as badly this time (it seems he has developed a resistance of sorts), if Encke is within the ten foot radius, he will also feel the shocks and begin to burn.
Attack #2 (Eternal Senshi)
Eternal Sailor Attack: "Cometary Burn!" - Encke points his finger out towards the target. An ethereal comet flies forward, the tail of the comet detaching as it does. The comet slams into the ground at the feet of his target. This creates a shockwave in a ten foot radius, potentially knocking people off balance. In the meantime, the air heats up, and a blast of plasma from the detached tail spreads out to fill that radius. It’s hot. It’s shocking. It burns. This attack causes the sensation of second to third degree burns to his adversaries for 45 seconds, with the potential for lasting damage.
(Usage: Once per battle.
Duration: 45 seconds.
Range: 15ft radius around the target.
Weaknesses: The shockwave doesn’t discriminate, and anyone except Encke within the radius can be knocked over by it.
