Hobbies:
Trying ALL of the Things!: When you start your life over with zero concept of who you were or what you enjoyed, you have to figure it all out from scratch - so Alli has taken it upon herself to try at least everything once (or twice, or like five times). She bounces from hobby to hobby to figure out what she is good at and likes to spend time on including trying sports, hiking in Destiny City, crafts, cooking… You name it, she wants to do it! Because quite frankly everything just sounds amazing and how does she know she wasn’t a skilled dancer in her last life (or two)!?
Video Games: There is nothing that Alli loves more than fully immersing herself in other, fictional worlds. She particularly enjoys RPGs with full character creation and romancing! She enjoys creating new lives and exploring open worlds because she doesn’t connect to much of a life of her own in RL. It’s an easy escape from the world she doesn’t really understand (or remember).
Virtues:
Accepting: No matter what race, gender, or sexuality you are, Allison thinks you are super duper rad. She doesn't care where you came from, what you've done, or what you plan to do. Regardless of your biggest flaws, she can see the best qualities in just about anyone. She is the person who will accept you in spite of everything, and she will do it with open arms. She absolutely, positively loves you just the way you are!
Relaxed: People just need to chill. Allison does not for the life of her understand why anyone could possibly be uptight. She lacks any sort of tension or anxiety, and she is very carefree. She would rather spend a day laying out in the grass, enjoying the sunshine, than worrying about… well, basically anything. Life is too short! Her good mood, carefree attitude and long fuse tend to rub off on other people and she has no problem making friends.
Flaws:
A little too Relaxed: Allison typically does not think about the consequences of her actions and she tends to do and say without thinking first. Being so easy-breezy all the time comes with a price as it does seem as if she doesn’t really care about anything. She tends to come off as being an airhead/dumb and she would probably believe anything you told her since she knows nothing anyway. Her overly kind, naive nature makes her easy to manipulate and control.
Clingy: While Alli may be the nicest person you know, she’s also probably the neediest. She very desperately wants your approval and it would probably kill her if you didn’t want to be her friend. She can’t get by on a day-to-day basis without people holding her hand and walking her through it because she tends to be untrusting around new people and situations- not because of them, but because she isn’t sure of anything. She has no idea of the terrible things she had done both pre-and post-corruption, but her imagination has been allowed to run wild and every day she lives with the guilt of what she may or may not have done to other people. Not knowing who she was, what she did or who she may have known in her past lives, she hopelessly clings to those that she has now because she is afraid of losing it all again.

**Note: I haven't changed any of her attacks, I've just re-written them in a nicer formatting and specified things that I felt were missing (durations, who it affects, and added a once-per-battle limit on her Eternal attack which previously was completely open-ended which I thought was unfair). I don't know if I actually need a stamp on just changing the formatting/wording? /shrugs 5ever
Sailor Scout Attack: Acid Kiss
Action: Sailor Cyllene raises her right hand, kisses it and blows as if she is blowing a kiss.
Effect: If the acid makes contact with a person, it can cause minor skin irritation and severe eye irritation. Getting the acid in the eyes does not cause permanent damage, but would be uncomfortable and distracting.
Duration: 20 seconds; can be used three times per battle.
Other: She has to be within 3-4ft for this attack to be successful. Can hit friend or foe. This attack does not cause any lasting damage.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Acid Spray
Action: Sailor Cyllene calls her palms facing her opponent. When she says ‘spray’, a blast of acidic liquid sprays at her opponent.
Effect: The spray causes chemical burns to any exposed skin it has touched [redness, burning sensation, itchiness, irritation]. If it gets in the eyes, it causes blurred vision and stinging/tearing.
Duration: 25 seconds; can be used three times per battle.
Other: She has to be within 5-6ft for this attack to be successful. Can hit multiple people, but cannot distinguish between friend or foe. Lasting damage is up to player discretion - it can last minutes after the battle, weeks, etc.
Eternal Sailor Scout Attack: Acid Rain
Action: Sailor Cyllene raises both arms above her head, says her attack name and acid rain falls in an AOE of 20ft.
Effect: The acid rain causes corrosion of armor/dissolving of clothes and causes severe, painful chemical burns to the skin [redness, blistering, burning sensation, etc].
Duration: 45 seconds; can be used once per battle.
Other: The rain has no ability to distinguish between Senshi or Negaverse, so once it is cast if an ally moves into the AOE, they are susceptible to Cyllene’s magic. Lasting damage is up to player discretion. As the attack does cause physical burns, the player can decide if they want the attack to cause lasting damage (scarring, etc), or for it to heal within minutes/days/weeks/etc.

Cyllene looks great to me! You’ve done a good job of clarifying her magic, and even with the old magic grandfathered in, this gives players a lot of freedom to work with and should make for some neat RP! Have fun!
