Heart Log Solo Each day I am here, my time grows as tumultuous as my thoughts. One moment I am soaring above the sacred flight, wind flowing through my hair and carefree. I swear to you friend, when I am flying, or visiting the wall, I know the goddesses exist for my protection.
Yet ... sometimes I doubt. There are things they ask of me that I don't know if I can keep providing. Killing, the endless killing. I still hear the scissors when all is quiet- the deathly snip through soft flesh- my flesh. It is a horrifying sound, one I fear I may never forget, even with the goddesses' assistance. I wonder if I can seek her aid ...
The weapons that sit on my hips are hot. I can't count how many bullets I've shot at unsupsecting creatures. Admittedly I haven't attempted to communicate with many but ... none show signs of responding anyways. Is it selfish to continue trying to communicate with them? If they are truly a test sent by the goddesses, I should not question it, but ... I find myself conflicted. I do not want to kill, to tear flesh. I want all to live.
When I am goddess- no, I should not be so frank. If I am graced with the chance to become a goddess, I should like to assure that nobody feels such pain again. I want everyone to live happily in harmony with each other. I suppose that it selfish too, and unreachable. Though ... nothing is unreachable for a goddess, correct?
As I look to my weapons, feeling along the smooth grooves, I can't help but be reminded by my thought in the shrine. As there are two guns, I feel as though there are two of me. Since the moment I was created for the goddesses' divine mission, there has been a longing in my chest, pulsing and ripping me apart. A set ... Perhaps that is what I am missing. The other half- the one they call Ying. She resonates a great stirring in my chest ... but ... it does not satisfy the longing.
So who is it then? Who is the one I am missing ... they seem to be in that other world the goddesses keep showing me. The one with color, and light ...
I am at least assured that they are not of this world- or at least, I have not seen them. I would not wish the goddesses tasks upon anyone who is not strong of heart.
A creeper looms closer. I must lose my thoughts.
