Relief flooded her entire body as she took the final steps to the top. She'd done it. She'd climbed the entire mountain and received her final blessing.

Evidently sulking at its inability to embarrass her again, the machine left her alone for the rest of her climb. Upon reaching the top, she grabbed the third and final blessing there. The forge was not a place she wanted to have to come back to. Leaving the forge, she tucked her shorts away elsewhere, because they might come in handy later.

He hated this place so much it made him grind his teeth, and as he clawed his way through the tunnel towards the icy fan, he was propelled so intensely by his hatred that he didn't even stop to see what he was throwing. He just scooped it off the floor and flung it harder than he'd have thought it could.
For a moment it richoted among the blades with a deafening clatter, and then the thing shuddered to a shrieking ******** this place.
Pissed and emboldened, Amity didn't even wait for the room to warm up before he headed for the next area.
