Well, if she was alone, she had a responsibility to fight it off. Perhaps it was an individual test from the goddess. Alternatively, one enemy less meant less effort for her friends!

The little creeper was wilier than he looked. Sometimes he would jerk left, sometimes right- sometimes not at all. He was difficult to hit, and Igny was feeling the pain.

Rostym was more quiet with her entry this time, as her mind was beginning to wander on many subjects that had recently come up. Probably not the best mindset for battle, buuuuuut there you had it. Igny smiled at the group that had come to help her. It gave her encouragement to see just how many people were fighting the monsters. Truly, they were all working together to fight this threat.
As she picked up her loot, Igny couldn't help but hesitate a bit. It was probably nothing but ... She cast a look to the other members of her little party. What if the goddess pitted her against one of them, as she did Medea? What then?
Sighing, she let it go. It was a stupid thought to begin with.
