Boobies?
Jay sat in a chair lookinga ther daughter skeptical, this was...sudden. Breasts? The girl as only seven and she was worrying about haveing large breasts??
Having been bombarded with questions as soon as the girl had come home from god knows where she now sat oppisite her daughter wondering how to answer.
Well...first things first.
"Yes...women do grow breasts, the size varies from woman to woman though. Not everyone have big breasts." She explained andher daughter seemed to frown, she would question that look later.
"As to how fast...well everyone grows at different rates. Some children develope earlier than others. It is kinda complicated cause it is baised on hormone levels in the body..." She stopped there seeing that her daugher was giving her the 'What do you mean?' look she shook her head.
"An no...breasts do not grow in 24 hours, it can takes years for you to fully develope them." She said with a confirmed nod of the head, the girls face seemed to drop, apparantly she was dissapointed with that as an answer.
"Now why are you asking me this all of a sudden? you were never concerned about them before." She asked wondering what had gotten into her daughter.
"Well...I met a boy today, his name is Narayan he is an...elephant...I think and he had a magazine with him. I caught it in the wind and well it was full of women with big boobs, he really likes boobs and wants to paint women with big boobs and I want to be painted too so i need big boobs first.. . ."
Jayoku raised a hand to silence the girl. she was speaking too quickly for her ot catch everything. Ok...an elephant kid...must be a d-corp child, he had a WHAT with him?? It sounded very much like a porno magazine. What in gods name was this kid doing with that?? Or maybe she misheard this must be an older child...yes yes that must be it. Teens or something.
"Hun why are you hanging around with older boys? I mean it is not appropriate for an older man to be showing you these things.." Or talking about breasts....dear god why would he tell her daughter they grew in 24hrs??
"Mom what are you talking about? He is my age.." Zyan explained but went silent as her mom was giving her the strangest look.
Ok...that...is kinda better? No wait this is worse! A child? A child had porn and was discussing this sort of topic with her daughter?? Her palm met her forhead and she sighed.
"Hun...do you plan on seeing this boy again?" she asked knowing full well by the enthused nod of Zyan's head she was only too eager to meet him again. Great.
"Do you have this kids number?" A nod of the head, "Good I need to call and talk to his parents." She started snatching the card that Zyan had just produced from her pocket.
"But...MOM! Don't get him in trouble!" She stated standing up quickly and attempting to get the card back.
"I Need to talk to his parents Zyanya, this sor tof thing is inappropriate for children to be discussing let along viewing..." She replied sternly a sulking Zyan cuold be seen as Jayoku left the room.
Now to call that kids house...

The Phone call. . .
Jayoku was fuming, her daughter had just gotten home from god knows where andhad bombarded her with questions about women's breasts, why they were important and most importantly why she didn't have any. The conversation was...a tad earlier that she ahd expected. Knowing that by preteen she would start having the womanly issues like any other female but this wasn't the point that bothered her.
Zyan had told her that she had met a boy today, he had a dirty magazine full of women and jayoku wouldn't stand for that. Besides, what normal young boy would tell her daughter that breasts could grow in 24hrs??
Zyan had protested that she call, but had relunctantly given her the card that held his telephone number on it, she tapped an finger nail on the counter top while she listened to the phone ring and ring...
JD managed to pick up the phone, hoping that whoever was on the other line wouldn't hang up. He hated when people did that-- hang up that is, when he just connected. But he wasn't in any mood to speak to anyone either. The caller id showed a foreign number-- wierd. Who would call him, on his private line?
"Hello?" he picked up the phone, scowling as he saw Narayan try to sneak out again. Pointing straight to the boy's room and then slamming the drawer with the magazine shut, he locked it. "Hello? This is JD. Who'se calling?" Pausing, he hoped it wasn't one of those telemarketers. Finding his son skulking into the house with a magazine like that? Nuh uh. Not a good way to get a strange call right after.
Jayoku paused long enough to gather her thoughts before speaking. "Am I speaking to the Gaurdian of..." she had to look at the card she held in her hand again, "Narayan?" she asked trying to sound professional and yet sounding more impatient than anything. She caught a glimpse of Zyan lurking around trying to over hear her conversation. She shooed the girl off. This was not a conversation she should be listening to.
JD paused. s**t. What had Narayan done this time? The boy hadn't warned him that someone had taken down his name and number... did that mean this was more trouble, or less?
"Yes. You are." he responded cautiously, closing his eyes and rubbing at his temples. How to start this conversation? "What has Narayan done... this time?"
Jayoku was still tapping her finger more in agitation than anything. She always had to be doing something while she was on the phone. Cleaning...organizing ...something!
"My name is Jayoku Emehud I believe your child met my daughter Zyanya the other day.." She started not sure if she should continue on the phone or request to speak with him in person. Phone was probably best.
"I just want to let you know that your son aws showing my daughter...inaapropriate images and was discussing inaapropriate subjects with her." She started and then wasn't exactly sure where to go from that.
"I would like to request a meeting with you to further dicuss the matter."
JD gulped. Aw, s**t! Deciding that the day his son had met this Zyanya must have been THAT day, he decided the boy needed more then a little talk. Maybe he could talk himself out of this. Crap. What if the woman was one of those matronly, stingy people? What if his son had permanently traumatized the ********?" he managed, knowing what kind of images they might have been. Alright. Cutting his sons allowance from NOW. The boy wasn't allowed a cent more then he needed when grocery shopping, or going down to the kiosk on an errand. Heck. The boy wasn't allowed out on his own, ever!
"I'm a busy man." he started, and sighed. Better to get this over and done with. Maybe he could bribe her to keep her mouth shut... it wouldn't do to have DCorp find out that his child was peddling porn?
"Are you busy now?"
Jayoku was a bit shocked to find the man available so quickly. "I could meet you in about twenty mintues if you provide me the directions to your house, or we could meet at a cafe. I don't exactly believe leaving my daughter alone would be a good thing right now. I could have her older brother baby sit, if you wish you can ..." she found herself dreading to say it but if Chath was there...things should be ok right? "Leave your son with him while we talk. I am sure Chath can handle things." She explained wondering what exactly she was setting herself up for.
She didn't exactly want Zyanya to meet this boy again....but at least this time they would be supervised.
"That would be great." deciding that while some might feel more comfortable meeting a parent in their own dominion, JD didn't feel at all comfortable with that idea, he latched onto the coffee shop.
"There's a coffee shop that's pretty near by..." giving her the directions, he waited. "Do you know the place?" it wouldn't do to have the woman lose her way on their first meeting.
Crap.
As Narayan slinked back into the room, JD reached out and tugged him forewords using the boy's trunk.
They were going to have a father and son talk.
Jayoku listened intently finding herself twirling the phone cord around her figners getting the thing terribly tangeled. "Yes I have heard of it. Dont' go there often but I am sure I can find it easily enough. Will you be bringing your son? Or should I jsut bring Chath to look aroudn the kids while we talk?" she asked hoping for once Chth wouldn't be too absorbed in his melee training.

Dec/22/2006 Juornal Entry
It seems like my little girl has already grown up. Sorta, anyawy I foundher the other day stuffing her training bra with all sorts of odds and ends. I can't blame the girl for being curious with the idea of what she would look like having boobs, but why so early?
I would love to say it is Narayan's fault but the kid is a sweety and i just can't bring myself to blame him 100%. Not like he was int he room stuffing things into her bra. Sigh.
I think it was a good thing I met with Narayan's dad JD, we discussed a few things and hopefully we will get together again soon. We arranged for a movie night with the kids, hopefully that will gove over well.
I have many thing yet to do, finish christmas shopping, I think I will buy Narayan an Art book. One of famous painters and the what not, perhaps that will get the boy off thinking off boobs. THen I also need to schedule Zyanya for her shots, and her skills lesson. Perhaps keeping her busy will get her to stop thinking of breasts. I can only hope so. Never had this problem with Chath, though Chath has like NO interest in women at all....I can only speculate he is too obessed with becoming a hero to worry about girls.
Perhaps that is a god thing.
So Zyan is getting a green dragon, goody another monster roaming around my household. As if Keir wasn't bad enough, now i get a second one. Hopefully this one will have a better personality than Keir...dear god I hope so.
Anyway best go wrap presents. Till later
