He had thought long and hard on how exactly to do this one and idea came to mind and it stuck... fruit. He had gone out to collect a bunch of various melons that would be Zyanya's targets. Some of them were hanging from ropes rather like tether balls while others were sitting in a basket on a table. This class he decided would be one that he was gonna do outside for the sheer 'messy factor'. They were out among some trees near to the D-corp main building. The used fruit would be eaten by various animals he was sure. At least what he couldn't get cleaned up.

Now all he had to do was await his student. Zyanya was a girl that was spoken of highly by Ter so he was curious to meet her, anyone that made such an impression on his snake child had to be interesting to say the least.

"Yes, I am Ter's father. Orpheus Solon is the name, Orpheus though is what I prefer to be called. I'm not quite into all the 'Mr. Solon' stuff."

Orpheus gave a bit of a smile and wondered idly how many of his female students were going to get excited about him being Ter's father and ask where the snake was, "Not here at the moment but I can see about fetching him for you when the class is over." He said, reminding her why she was here but also assuring her that she would be able to see her friend afterwards if she wanted too.

Orpheus laughed, "Yep, its part of todays lesson. We are going to work on helping you to use those extra limbs of yours. To learn how to best use them we need good targets." He motioned to the fruit, "First we are gonna work on spearing the ones that are tethered since that will be easier for you then were I to just toss you one." That was for later.

His lesson were never dull that was for sure.

Orpheus looked over at the tree then walked over ot where the hanging fruit was, "I will leave that up to you, I would stick with one side striking at a time though so you don't chance the left side hitting the right." He said then set each of the hanging fruits, there were six, to swinging to make it a little more difficult but not to bad were she to get down their pattern.

The fruit that was brush was sent swinging more, its pattern changed up a bit from the other swinging fruit having a slightly circular motion to the way it moved instead of just back and forth, "Its important for you to 'track' your prey, see which way its heading before attacking." He said, "Also you should keep your feet on the ground for better balance, try striking with your middle limbs." They were sharper from the looks of them and would make juice out of the fruit if they hit dead on.

Orpheus clapped, "Much better, you showed that fruit who was boss. Try it a few more times and when you think your ready we will be trying something a little more tricky." He told her, motioning to the fruit that wasn't tied up to tree branches. They were for something else.

Orpheus lifted a hand to smother a laugh as he looked Zyanya over, she was covered in a fruit salad... he gave a cough then looked over at the girl then nodded, "You did very good, now for the last task at hand." He said walking over to where the loose fruit was sitting in a basket, he looked over to her, "Now what I am going to do is toss these fruit passed you."

He knelt down to pick one of them up and tossed it up into the air then caught it a couple times, "If you can knock at least three of the eight out of the air with your middle limbs you will pass the class."

Orpheus nodded then gave the first fruit a toss for her, "Ready... Go!" The only reason that he had offered up on eight chances was if she missed the fruit would fall to the ground and splatter, if it happen to make it he would give her an extra chance. Not something he saw happening though since they were working with a bunch of melons. He saw the way she worked though, how well she speared the swinging fruit. He was sure that she could do this!
