Physical Description: Though Atsureki is not particularly large, his muscles are well toned thanks to his near constant training. Though he often wears his Akatsuki robes, he can sometimes be found wearing his favorite black kimono, the sleeves of which are an extra half foot long, hiding his hands from view. Like all Hyuuga, the pupils of his eyes are not visible, blending in with the white color of the rest of his eyes.

Personality: Atsureki has grown callous in his time spent with the Akatsuki, though he still believes that he is doing the right thing by ridding the world of the bijuu which nearly destroyed it. He remains calm in even the most extreme of situations, relying on his own abilities to see himself through.

Behavior: When alone Atsureki spends most of his time training, or reading up on what little information there still is on the bijuu. Around others, Atsureki often seems distant, as if he can’t be bothered to care about what’s going on around him, though in truth he rarely misses anything. In combat, Atsureki is cold and calculating, studying his opponents movements and waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike rather than wasting his energy on pointless attacks.

A proud member of Hyuuga clan, Atsureki has practiced Juken since he was a child, and has always shown a natural talent for physical combat. Having learned Juken before any other style, Atsureki learned not to rely on physical strength, but on speed and precision, choosing to strike three vital spots in a matter of seconds rather than just landing one powerful blow just anywhere.


Attributes:

Primary Attribute: Speed

Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.

...however, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. With such an increase to the movement speed of their arms and hands, the deadliness of their strikes is enhanced, making such attacks difficult to keep up with as their movements seem like only a blur.

Combat Ability: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute can utilize a 'Burst' technique, which enables them either to increase their speed by an additional rank (Putting a Genin's speed above that of a Sp. Jounin) for one post or perform an additional action for that round, enabling them to string together combo maneuvers. (Normally, most shinobi would only be able to use one jutsu per combat post.)

Secondary Attribute: Agility

Benefit: An Agility Ninja receives a +1 rank to their evasion, and enables them to more easily dodge techniques, effectively making them more reactive and quicker to respond to an attack then even the typical Chuunin. Projectiles thrown by an agility ninja very rarely miss, and therefore must be in some way deflected rather then dodged. Agility ninja also cannot be knocked off their feet and can balance quite naturally on even the thinnest of wires without requiring the use of chakra. Somehow these ninja always seem to land on their feet, just like cats.

Tertiary Attribute: Cunning

→ Relying less on physical strength, Atsureki focuses on keeping just out of his opponents reach until he sees an opening to strike.

Being naturally faster than most, Atsureki acts primarily as reconnaissance for the Akatsuki, using his speed and unique doujutsu to keep an eye on things and quickly report back his findings. In combat, Atsureki uses his speed and agility to his advantage by staying just out of his opponents reach until he finds the perfect opportunity to strike.


Specialties:

Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly.

Sensor: Sensor ninja have an innate bonus to detect those around them at all times. They are the only ninja who can intuit another shinobi's position or movement purely by detecting their chakra. In all situations regarding [Stealth], Sensor ninja act as if they were one rank higher then their actual rank and the ranges of detection are doubled. Sensor ninja can also innately detect any non-stealthed shinobi within 100 ft of them. Once detected, a Sensor can spend a post to [Focus] on a target. This reveals their relative chakra levels/rank, chakra color, and allows the target to be [Marked]. A marked target can be detected/tracked automatically by a Sensor anywhere within a mile. (A sensor can only Mark up to three Shinobi at a time.)

In combat, all Sensors gain +1 rank in evasion against Ninjutsu and can detect if someone is under the effects of a Genjutsu. These are an innate bonus which comes in sensing the opponent's chakra movements, which gives them an inherent advantage in dodging incoming attacks or detecting a Genjutsu's effects.

Juuken is fighting style utilized by Hyuga clan members, it is the strongest style of Konoha. The Byakugan has a penetrating ability to see the tenketsu, the internal chakra coils system 361 pressure points. The clan member can use their fingers or palms to emit chakra to flow into their opponents body's at these precise points. When the hand draws close enough to strke, the clan member can stop or increase their opponents chakra flow. The internal chakra coils which spread throughout the body also wrap around the internal chakra producing organs. So if the internal coils are attacked, it also damages these internal organs. Because a ninja can not train their internal body, such damage can be a critical hit for even a highly skilled ninja.

Maneuvers:
• Sweeping Block - The user has learned the proper manner of blocking by simply redirecting a blow rather than trying to stop it. The practitioner uses this concept to effectively maneuver themselves into a position to strike back at their opponent after successfully sweeping the opponents strike aside.
• Pressure Point Strike - Because of the users training in precise striking, practitioners of this style learn to strike at the pressure points of opponents in quick precise movements. Usually this simply causes more pain than anything, but with a well placed strike the user can render whole limbs useless. (any limbs that are are struck correctly cannot be used for two posts due to the sheer pain it causes)
• Tenketsu Strikes - The practitioner has learned to strike at their opponents internal chakra coil, and in so doing they can cut off or increase the flow of the chakra point struck. In addition because of the close relation between the Tenketsu and chakra producing organs, if the Tenketsu are struck it will also cause damage to internal organs.
• Burst of Chakra- Utilizing their formidable chakra control the practitioners of Jūken can increase their speed and power for short periods of time. This maneuver which utilizes the same amount of chakra as a Chuunin level technique doubles the speed and power of the user for just one post, allowing them to close the distance between their enemy and strike. This technique takes almost no time to perform as it simply sends a surge of chakra throughout the users body in such a way that it strengthens muscles. (C rank chakra consumption, 3 post cooldown)

When using [Stealth] one can wrap their body in a cloak of chakra allowing them to become "invisible" with no limit to how the invisibility can last. They can also mask their footsteps so that only those with sensitive hearing or senses could detect them.

Users of the craft poisons ability are able create custom poisons unique to themselves, while also being immune to the poisons they create. A poison created by them can be used by Only them.

My ninja class fits with Kiyoko because well she is part of the Mayu clan. A clan that would be wonderful to work with in having an assassins class. It fits with her history, because as a little girl, watching her parents and best friend get murdered she swore to be a better shinobi than her father, and to maybe one day get revenge as an assassin, or at the very least, to revenge her father, mother, and best friend through being the best.

→ I chose these two because that way Kiyoko is at least slightly attractive, and wouldn't be seen as easily to give up compared to others without strong will listed.

Kiyoko is an assassin as well as part of the Mayu clan. I found that the attributes I gave her work well with those two, as well as with her personality. She is very cunning and flirty. She likes to trick people and keep them guessing and on their feet, but she is also insanely smart and tactical.
