Reese kept his gaze on Trey, continuing to stare him down even as the other avoided looking at him. Where Trey certainly didn’t enjoy the reunion, Reese was delighting in it; after all, he certainly hadn’t forgotten the last time they’d interacted. In fact, it was fresh in his mind now and if it wasn’t for the public placed, he’d have slugged Trey right away instead of trying to talk. There was still time for that though.
He tilted his head a bit at the continuous questioning of when he got there, giving a bit of a grin. "Pfff, really?" Reese took a step back, casually looking about for a moment as though trying to recollect his answer, "I saw you in Striaton, dumbass. Funny huh?" He glared back at Trey questioningly; he didn’t know why he’d been in Unova after all but at the moment? Didn’t care.
"Pfff really? What are you, two?" Reese remarked squarely, rolling his own eyes. He gave Trey a dull stare at his response to being pushed before a sneer crossed his face again. "I ain’ the one starting dumb fights, dumbass," he snapped back, "in case you forgot glitter b***h, you’re the one who couldn’t keep his nose outta other people’s business." He didn’t miss the name calling there and can only assume it was meant to be mean. It just sounded stupid though.
"Oh yeah?" Reese snapped and stepped right up close to try and get in Trey’s face; he could sense the tension and he was more than ready to retaliate if fists started flying. In fact? He hoped for it. "Make me glitter b***h. What’cha gonna do? I doubt you’ll get away with your little tricks this time."

Jaxston was doing his best to keep up with the Axew that Ginger had released to assist him in playing games. It’d taken a bit of work, but the Snivy had come to learn that the pokemon’s name was ‘Quixote’ and that he was very young and very enthusiastic. Which seemed quite the opposite of the rest of Reese’s team. He took to the games like a Goldeen to water, flailing excitedly as he was blind folded and allowed to dig out the tickets from the pumpkin. Jaxston had to admit, he really had a knack for these things; the tickets were already beginning to pile up in his grip. He’d probably want to find a bag or something to carry them before they got lost…

Trey stared at Reese. Really stared. One eyebrow quirked down but his eyes wide as he raised the other. ".... You followed me?" he repeated, dropping his head slightly in disbelief, but keeping his stare level. Obviously, the idea that Reese might still be seeking vengeance over their last encounter wasn't really occurring to him. It should have, most people would at least be bitter over something like that, but he was just aghast that the guy had followed him to start another of these fights.
He snorted, shaking his head. "I stopped yeh from sabotagin' people's work, ya geebag," he retorted scathingly, "And you've been tryin' ta start fights with me ever sense. Can't you let somethin' go already?" He stiffened when Reese snapped back, and more so when he moved into his space. Before Reese was even done finishing, he had lashed out to punch the other in the face, out of sheer reflex, and moved back, quickly, both in surprise at his own actions, and to try and avoid the inevitable retaliation. But of course, he was no fighter; he didn't exactly know how to put his guard up.

Reese just tilted his head a bit as Trey stared at him. And then he tilted an eyebrow at him. "Really?" He felt his blood beginning to boil a bit at the other’s disbelief. "Yeah ******** really." He hissed back. Wow, had it been that easy to forget? What did Trey think that he was supposed to just forgive and forget being tied up in a storage closet? The corner of his right eye twitched a bit in his agitation and he had to refrain from gritting his teeth.
His gaze narrowed in disgust at Trey’s assertion, eyes rolling again. "Bullshit," he retorted, "I wasn’t sabotaging anything. I was making it interesting," and he stood by that claim too, even if the bit of a smirk suggested that no, it was true, that was what he’d been trying to do.
Just as anticipated, Trey struck out. Any other sucker probably would’ve been caught off guard and taken it right to the face, but Reese knew how to fight and defend himself, especially when he was instigating. Immediately he ripped his hands from his pockets and took a step back, arm swinging around to smash the attempt at his face off course and ducking down, before immediately following up with a lunge forward, swinging his other fist around for a square shot right into Trey’s gut. "Oh I’ll let it go alright, glitter b***h."

Trey looked just... confused at Reese's reaction. He was mad? That Trey was flabbergasted at him stalking him? What... He couldn't even get himself together to gain a response, before the conversation shifted, and he jerked back with a sharp, defensive frown. "You were interferin' where ya were neither wanted nor allowed. S'far as I'm concerned, tha's sabotagin'," he sneered back, his fingers curling into fists. He was very much at the end of it, and finally lost his temper, but he was at a disadvantage. And he knew this, he knew he wasn't a fighter, because he had no interest in fighting.
His eyes went wide when Reese reacted, almost like he expected it -- probably, because he did -- and he lurched at the hit, the air going straight out of him. He doubled over, stumbled back, then jerked his head up-- before turning and bolting. He quickly ducked between two stands and swerved, but immediately stopped, waited for Reese, and lunged at him the moment he appeared around the corner. They were behind the tents, so out of the way of the main crowds. Trey didn't want other people around -- he didn't want them getting involved, he didn't want them seeing what happened, for better or worse. And, well, maybe he wanted the opportunity to smother Reese in the mud without any witnesses.

Reese scowled at the remark. "Screw you,," was his response to the comment of his prior youthful bouts of sabotage. There was a fight to be had at this moment and Reese sneered a bit as his punch connected. "Still a piss poor fighter, huh?" He remarked cheekily, "should get better if you’re going to be throwin’ the first punch dumbass."
The punk didn’t expect Trey to have enough stamina to turn tail and run after a punch like that, but he did. He stared a moment and growled, immediately darting after him. Like hell if he was going to just let him run off like that; he still had a healthy amount of revenge to deliver. Reese ducked between the same two stands and swiveled around the corner to follow. Admittedly, he didn’t expect Trey to stop and turn around to attack him in the process; usually people who ran well… kept running.
"Ack!" He yelped at the tackle, immediately making to try and strike Trey in the side of the head in retaliation. "Son of a b***h, GET OFF." He hissed, maneuvering in an attempt to keep from being pinned. Like hell he was going to lose to Trey in any way this time.

Reese had a point, Trey had to admit it. Not out loud, of course, but inwardly. If he was going to go around starting fights, he ought to learn to fight. The thing was... he wanted neither of those. He didn't want to fight, he didn't want to learn to fight, and he didn't want to be rightfully accused of, technically, starting a fight. But here he was, tackling Reese into the mud. So for now, that was the situation he was in, but going forward, he was going to remember this. And, he wasn't going to be starting any fights anymore.
Tangled in with Reese, and trying much to do the opposite of the other, and dodge his punches, and indeed pin him to the ground, Trey struggled to get his hands on the other teen's throat, and squeeze. If he had to take a punch to the head, he would. His beanie fell off in the tussle, and his eyes practically glowed as he lunged at the other. He didn't want to kill him he just wanted to get him unconscious, even if that meant choking him to do it. He just wanted to get him to leave him alone. He wanted a chance to get away, and avoid him until he got his prizes. He wanted him out of the way. But he didn't want him dead. As much as he hated Reese -- and he really, really hated him -- he somehow didn't want him dead. If the boy were hanging off a cliff, he would actually help him up, much to his own chagrin. Despite everything, for some reason, he just didn't consider Reese to be the kind of human trash he would leave to die, or let suffocate in murky ground.
But he did want him out of the way.

Reese was laser focused on the ensuing fight, growling like a rapid pup pokemon as he tried to smash a fist repeatedly at whatever opening Trey gave him. While the other teen might’ve not wanted a fight, Reese certainly did and this time he wasn’t going to let Trey just walk away. It was probably a terribly unhealthy sign that he could maintain this level of rage and revenge want four years later, but he didn’t give a damn.
He really just wanted to make someone hurt at that moment.
Even if he was knocked off his feet (not exactly the situation he’d expected to end up in), he wasn’t backing down. He swiveling and punching to try and dislodge Tret and the moment the other wrapped around his throat, he kicked it into overdrive. Like hell was he going to get choked out by some two-bit hipster contest glitter-hack. It helped that the ground was soft with mud and immediately Reese snatched up a healthy handful and swung about to attempt to smash it in Trey’s eyes, rolling his body with the momentum as well in further attempt to dislodge Trey and gain the upper ground. He freed up a leg even and kicked out at the other to knock him off balance before going for his own lunge tackle, a fist still aiming to punch Trey wherever there was an opening.

Arceus, this was harder than it should have been. Or, well, harder than Trey would have liked. He grimaced against the pain, but tried to keep his focus (and his consciousness) while Reese struggled and hit him. His head snapped over when he saw Reese grabbing the mud, though, and he reflexively let go of his throat to move to dodge, but of course, there were zero additional reflexes to help, and he only managed to throw his hands up to try and block the throw, hitting Reese's, and sending the mud spraying. And of course, some still got on his face, as he fell back, thrashing his head and trying to wipe the mud off with a grimace.
His head jerked up, though, and his eyes opened through the grime when he heard a shriek, and he sucked in air at the sight of some... small... ball of feathers flying at him, talons first. "What the hell!?!" he exclaimed, jerking back as sharp nails dug into his arm, and a beak started pecking at him. He tried to fling the bird off and scramble away, but it flung itself back on him, pecking and scratching, before it seemed to finally notice Reese, and chirped fiercely at him, tiny, useless wings flapping up to make itself look bigger, and threaten to throw itself at him, too. Before it promptly did, leaping up and lunging at the other teen.

Reese sneered as Trey took the mud to the face; unfortunately he hadn’t been able to ram in completely in his eyes like he’d wanted, but it’d been just enough to get him to back off and free the punk up for his own retaliation, though not without a pause to swipe so mud spray from his own face.
The sound of a vicious shriek caused him to pause though and the young man was startled as something of the bird variety assaulted Trey in his place. He honestly stopped and stared in confusion; what the hell was that? It looked like some kind of rejected Unfezant spawn and it was… attacking? Well, at least he could be certain it didn’t belong to Trey. Reese was snapped out of his confusion though when the thing turned on him.
"The fu-?!" he started but immediately threw his arms up to try and shield himself from the scratching and pecking, practically growling obscenities at this point. What the hell was this thing doing?! Without much thinking, Reese grabbed the bird the best he could before viciously chucking it back in Trey’s directions, scowling at the scratch marks that peppered his arms and hands, wincing a bit. Did they draw some blood too? "Little piece of… the hell is that?!" He hissed, trying to scramble to his feet. If it turned out it was Trey’s pokemon, he was going to grab it again and beat him down with it.

He was only supposed to say something if it was really bad and he was in danger, otherwise he'd just bother everyone.
She would let him hold her hoodie, that was like, cooler than holding hands, right? Alex still kinda wanted to hold hands though, he liked holding hands (even if it made him a weirdo). "K." He reached out, taking a few seconds as he tried supremely carefully to get a hold of the hoodie without poking Az, all while he couldn't see. He pinched a bit, then automatically entered "following without bothering" mode and kept pace so she would barely notice he was holding on at all.
