On the job, Xander is incredibly focused and loyal, nothing slips his notice and his job is well earned. Off the clock, however... He has terrible anxiety issues and his inflexibility to deal with change seems to cause him more trouble than it'll ever be worth. He doesn't really talk about this at all, though, preferring to keep to himself and not discuss personal matters at all. Even with close friends. Especially with close friends.
He refuses to seek any assistance for his mental health, though, insisting that he was just fine before the incident that caused all of these problems and is still just fine. When his anxieties start to get to be too much, he has a habit of cleaning everything in sight in an effort to work it out. Xander is capable of incredible focus - that he controls entirely. If he wants to hyper focus on something, he can, but he's also capable of pulling himself out of that mode at any moment.┅┅Loyal
Xander values loyalty to an incredible degree... Once he considers someone a friend, he'll stick by them. Of course, it doesn't mean he won't call them out if they're misbehaving - in fact he's more likely to try and guide friends back to a "good path" if they seem to be straying. ┅┅Clever
Sometimes he'll have a bad mental day, but for the most part, it doesn't take Xander very long to figure most things out. Even when he's having a bad comprehension day, he's developed methods over the years to help him grasp things faster.┅┅┅┅Weaknesses┅┅Inflexible
When he's not on the job, Xander is incredibly inflexible. He prefers things to stay to a specific routine, and becomes very frustrated if it gets disturbed or disrupted without notice/a good reason.┅┅Closed Off
Xander hates opening up. With anyone. He keeps everything bottled up nice and tight, refusing to speak about things that bother him if he can help it. Gods forbid he have an anxiety attack.┅┅Distrusting
Xander does not trust easily. This used to not be the case, but after a betrayal in the past that lead to lasting damage, he's very hesitant to get close to anyone new. He's constantly testing people - without their knowledge - almost expecting everyone around him to suddenly turn one day.
