Only quests dated/time-stamped
today and older(up to the time-stamp on this post), and that are
fully filled out are applicable! Doesn't matter if they've been approved or not, but they must be completely filled out.
You may only enter for one character, and proxies are not allowed.
You get an extra ticket if your application is already in the approved quests subforum.
You get another extra ticket if you're a newbie with ZERO characters (powered or not)
And lastly, you can get another ticket if you've been trying for six consecutive months to get the character but have obviously failed. (including this month. This raffle will last until after the current ones are over so you can edit in, etc)
That means there is a chance for you to have FOUR tickets in this raffle! 1 normal ticket + 1 for approved quest + 1 for being a newbie and +1 for being low luck!
