Reading: Fionan has liked to read since he was fairly young; it was the only thing he could do for two weeks while in bed sick when he was a child. It's over time that the scope of what he reads has narrowed and less broad, he used to read anything he could get his hands on, as the books he reads now either are something dealing with technology and the sciences or something with some fantasy element to it. He supposes one is very real world, or futuristic, while the other is an escape from the real world - a break from the everyday.
Sciences: He didn't get into HITS for no reason - did he? Of course not! He is a student of science and technology, to be more specific he works with computers heavily in the hopes of getting a job working on the latest most cutting edge technologies to make everyday living easier. He wants to be something similar to a Steve Jobs, in that he wants to help create something that everyone will know and many will use. That being said Fionan spends countless hours, and long nights, holed away in various classrooms working with other students on things or just discussing ideas. He has fallen asleep more than once at school, late night, curled up in a chair or with his head pillowed on some book on a desk (the pain in his neck and back from waking up like that!).
Hurling: What is hurling? Only the best sport ever! It may seem odd and yet really it isn't odd at all that Fionan is into sports, or this sport anyway. Full of Irish pride, and why shouldn't he be? Fionan grew up hearing about and watching hurling matches with various members of his family, from uncles to grandfathers to his own father and even the female members of his family. It's a national sport of Ireland and run by the G.A.A (Gaelic Athletics Association) and there just so happens to be a few branches of the G.A.A in the US and one is in Destiny City. Having grown up watching matches, for the bigger matches it was a family wide party event, he asked to join and learn to be a hurler when he was only seven. Now that he's older, found other interests, and he's busy with school it isn't such a big part of his life - not like it should and could be. But he does still play on a team and he still practices with what little free time he has. Just don't expect any of his friends at HITS to know about this hobby of his. This is a part of his life he doesn't talk to them about, he doubts many of them would be as into Hurling as he is. County Down all the way!

Outgoing: He's grown up with a loud and very animated family that likes to drag everyone into whatever is going on, meaning that at a family gathering you will get dragged all about to talk here or there and do this or that. Fionan tends to be this way with most people but has, over time, learned to curb this behavior in certain places, such as school, as he doubts most would appreciate him dragging them down hallways and into various rooms to look at things or just go somewhere private to talk.
Organized: With how busy Fionan is one would think he didn't have time to organize a single thing. But they are wrong about that! Fionan is a very organized person, if he wasn't organized how would he find everything he needs? Text books have their own area on his bookshelf, the rest is filled with every other book he has, his school notebooks have a corner on his desk while his notes are in another place on his desk, all in a neat pile. He really doesn't have the time to go digging around and hunting for things so he has to keep things organized, it would make him later for things if he were disorganized. But beyond that it would also not be good to go loosing assignments and projects for school, especially group projects, as it would effect his grades and potentially other peoples grades. So whenever set up with a group it's Fionan who offers to take everything home and keep it safe.
Flaws:
Concept of time: Let's face it - Fionan has poor time management skills. It's not on purpose, and he even admits to this issue, but it's just that time seems to move so fast! It just sort of slips away. Fifteen minutes doesn't seem like such a short amount of time and so fifteen minutes of doing something turns into an hour before he even knows it, he's sure it only felt like fifteen minutes passed! This has caused him to be late for things, over work himself (as he seems to get to bed a bit later then he'd planned), and other such issues have arose from his poor time management skills. Because really, in the end, he's sure he can fit everything into 24 hours the problem is that he has yet to fully realize that everything he wants to do takes a lot of time up, even if it doesn't feel like it to him. This has, obviously, caused some issues. With family, friends, teachers, coaches, he's had issues with them all due to being late for things or missing them altogether, as he looses track of time and the next time he looks at the clock he's missed what he needed to do. He's upset his coaches several times, his mother or father now insists upon dragging him from the house to practice so he's no longer late, and further yet his parents have taken it upon themselves to nag at him to do things - although it's for a purpose. His friends he figures will be the next ones to take to nagging him and constantly reminding him of time.
It's not that he hasn't tried to remedy this issue on his own - he has! He has his phone with an alarm app on it, and had multiple times set to go off each day, but when he gets into something it seems to go unheard. He's had an alarm clock in his room, various kinds even, and none of them seem to break through either. So he supposes there is no other option but for people o get involved and help him with being on time for things.
Self perfection: Fionan accepts that other people aren't perfect - can't be. But he can't accept it of himself. He can't accept being anything less then perfect from himself. From being neat and organized to cramming everything into his day to day schedule. He doesn't accept less then perfect grades from himself, anything below a ninety bothers him and below an eighty is downright upsetting and depressing, the one area he fails to be perfect is his ability to be on time for things and this is a constant source of guilt. He is working on the problem, he honestly is, and the guilt he feels for not having perfected his time management is also depressing and really bothersome to be honest. Why can't he just keep from getting so involved in things that he looses track of time? The fact little things, little imperfections, bother him as much as they do is known by his parents. So whenever he is upset his parents often run down a list of things which could have happened, from a bad grade to being late for something or even something being out of place. His family members know this about him as well as do close friends/team mates. His parents though they tolerate it are also known to become worn down from dealing with him and his issues. His friends and team mates, his coach as well, simply don't tolerate it and coddle him - as his coach once put it. They will often not assist him in feeling better; he needs to do that by himself and for himself.

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Rolling Fog
Sailor Pleione chooses a target within 10' of where he is standing (himself, an enemy or an ally) then brings his hand to his mouth and blows as if he were blowing a kiss. A fog rolls out from the palm of his hand and engulfs the target in a 10' radius of dense fog.
Effect 1: To those standing outside this mist other individuals find it difficult to see whomever is standing inside the epicenter of the fog and have an increased difficulty when trying to attack the person that is currently being shrouded.
Effect 2: Enemies inside the fog find themselves under the effect of cold damp/ chilly air and may begin to shiver. For Allies they are unaffected by the cold and his attack works more as a barrier.
Rolling Fog lasts for 20 seconds and can be used three times in battle. Though it is not dodge-able as the fog rolls out towards the enemy even as they move, whomever is inside can step out of it at will once the 7' radius has fully formed.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Heavy Rolling Fog
Sailor Pleione chooses a target within 10' of where he is standing (himself, an enemy or an ally) then brings his hand to his mouth and blows as if he were blowing a kiss. A fog rolls out from the palm of his hand and engulfs the target in a 10' radius of dense fog.
Effect 1: To those standing outside this mist other individuals find it difficult to see whomever is standing inside the epicenter of the fog and have an increased difficulty when trying to attack the person that is currently being shrouded.
Effect 2: Enemies inside the fog find themselves under the effect of cold damp/ chilly air and will begin to shiver with teeth chattering. For Allies they are unaffected by the cold and his attack works more as a barrier. Visibility inside the fog is impaired, it is advised that whomever is inside pays attention to their surroundings and doesn't trip over something.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Ice Fog
Also called Frozen Fog, Sailor Pleione brings his hand to his mouth and blows a kiss toward the enemy. A "Rolling fog moves away from him to a target standing up to 10' away from him, engulfing them in an 10' area of ice fog freezing the air around the individual causing the temperature to drop to Arctic levels. Within the mist, droplets of water freeze in the air forming ice crystals which are super sharp.
Effect 1:
To those standing outside this mist other individuals find it difficult to see whomever is standing inside the epicenter of the fog and have an increased difficulty when trying to attack the person that is currently being shrouded. In addition, due to the nature of this kind of fog. If there is any nearby light sources (ie a street lamp) bright light pillars can be seen which may blind a person for 5 seconds if they do not look away.
Effect 2:
Enemies, while remaining still, inside the fog find themselves under the effect of freezing cold air and will begin to shiver with teeth chattering. The small ice crystals float around the AoE and if they come in contact with bare skin there will be a pin p***k of icy cold sensation. More annoying than anything. HOWEVER, if an enemy tries to move around within the fog they have a high chance of being cut by the frozen shards. These cuts are not life threatening and appear to be nothing more than papers cuts. They can snag on sheer clothing (transparent overlays/ thin materials)
For Allies they are unaffected by the cold and his attack works more as a barrier. Visibility inside the fog is impaired for everyone, it is advised that whomever is inside pays attention to their surroundings and doesn't trip over something.
Pleione's attacks last for twenty seconds at a time and can be cast up to three times per battle.
