Maia was waiting for Mu Arae to meet her, since they were going to patrol tonight. Eli had a streaming event, so he was home with Colin and he'd paid little mind to her going out other than to offer up a quick 'I love you.' She smirked at the memory of his gruff distracted voice before she heard him answering, no she's going out tonight, as she closed the door. They agreed to meet in the park so Maia punctual as always made it there first and now she was hoping that she wouldn't draw any attention to herself before Mu showed up. Getting out of the house was a bit easier now that Al wasn't as fussy if she decided she wanted to leave and have a "girls night out" she could go and Cass would be there for his boys. She gave him a kiss on the cheek and let him know she would be back later. The boys were asleep on their father while he watched TV, it almost made her want to stay home, but she had made a commitment and she hasn't seen her bestie powered in quite awhile. Maybe they wont be out as late, falling asleep with all three of her boys was really appealing. Either way, she made her way to Maia quickly enough, sitting herself up high on a tree. "Ohai bestie<3"

He didn't go out much, not powered up anyway, he didn't have a reason to really. He'd tried, he really had tried and been interested, but there just wasn't any appeal or reason to it all. A war with magic and all over this planet...and it had been going on in secret for years now. Why was it even still going on and why hadn't any proper authorities stepped in on anything which happened in the city.
Those were all things he wanted to know...and all reasons he'd avoided this whole thing.
He'd only powered up tonight because he'd had to make late night trip to the store, his mother had discovered they were out of milk and she'd need it in the morning for tea. He'd heard about the dogs that seemed to follow, but never actually attack anyone, and had decided since he was going out late he would power up on his trip to and from the grocery store - to be safe.
It was the first time in a long time that he was powered up and soon into his walk towards the grocery store he felt it. He hadn't felt it in a while, for obvious reasons, but he sort of remembered what the feeling was. It was someone else...two someones....senshi or knights he couldn't tell or remember. But they had to be close - he knew that at least.Kaori_luv Gotta find some way to bring him into this all.

Maia turned to her best friend and shook her head, "hey bestie. Ready for tonight? A quick a patrol, then a sparring session and we're done for the night. We'll maybe, its October and already that like asking trouble." She paused slightly feeling another aura come into the area, "feel that, someone else is around." She could feel them, not as strong as herself or Mercy, maybe a new comer? She looked to Mu, "let go introduce ourselves, maybe they'll want to patrol. We can always use another ally." She turned and headed toward the other, sure her best friend would follow. Its not like they didn't have time to spare. Their families didn't expect them home any time soon.

Mu cracked her knuckles, giving Maia a wide grin. "Of course! You know I like to spar and patrol when I can. Although...." She thought of Cass and her sleeping babies, "I was almost tempted to cancel. The boys looked so cute and comfortable while sleeping with daddy." She too felt the aura of some one new. "Yep, sure do~" She was kind of curious, so when her best friend took off she followed. They could always use more patrol partners given that yes, October meant peak negaverse activity from what she gathered.

Two people were out there...two people who felt like himself but stronger - a lot stronger. Should he really be out here? He could turn around and head home, it wouldn't be too hard to do. He'd just get up really early, before his mom, and get the milk for her. He wasn't worried about these two, at least not as far as his well being went, but he wasn't much for running into other senshi. He didn't know anyone else and he wasn't entierly sure the idea appealed to him any more.
He'd tried the senshi thing, though he hadn't put in as much effort as he should have, but he hadn't had the guidance he felt he'd needed. He could get it, he was nearly certain he could, but did he want to face others and say how long he'd been a senshi for...and that he'd done nothing? He knew he'd never make anything on time amnd he knew he had a lot on his plate, he always did, so would he really make a good senshi even?
As he thoguht about his, as he worried himself, he didn't notice the tweo were getting closer and he could sense it. He was getting a bit too caught up in his own head.
Kaori_luv I think this makes sense. Trying to figure him out all over again kinda.

Maia saw the other, a senshi she realized, not to far off from them. She didnt think he noticed her, so she called out to him. "Hey there, patrolling the park tonight?" She waved to him, with a smile on her face, pretty sure that she could see her her cheeks and arms glowing in the dark of night. She looked to Mu Arae, "we can see if he want to join us for the night, but otherwise exchange some information and be on our way."

If she were being honest Mu really just wanted to dust some youma, test her powers [not on Maia though, never on Maia. The thought makes her shudder in fear], and get some bonding in with her bestie. She needed to see how her little man was doing anyway.... both of them.....Including the tall grumpy one. When coming upon the newbie senshi, she tilted her head. "Sup?"

He hadn't thought the senshi he felt would come his way, he had even hoped they wouldn't, but here they were. One was calling out to him and so he had to be polite and turn and wave. "Evening...an no. The news makes it sound dangerous out and I had to do some shopping." And it was late, too late to be safe in his opinion, so he'd done what he could to try and keep himself a bit safer...at least he hoped as much.
"The news said something about shadow like dogs, at least people think they are dogs, following and maybe attacking people." And he'd decided this was the best way to try and be safe...he was faster, if nothing else, when powered up so he should be able to outrun them if need be - right?
Kaori_luv I think this makes sense. Trying to figure him out all over again kinda.

Maia nodded, "yes, I can understand that. I would be careful because when you don the gear your a blip on a map, anyone chaos or order around can feel you." She gave a smile, "I was going to see if you wanted to join us, but if you have shopping to do than maybe another time. I'm Sailor Maia and this is Sailor Mu Arae. It's nice to meet you." She pulled out her phone to put him into it, "you can put me in your phone if you like, you can never have to many allies. If youre ever in trouble you'll have someone to call on." She scanned him in, but then looked down as something hit her shoe. She looked very confused, looking up to the sky before she looked to Mu. "That's weird ... did that die just drop out of the sky?" She tensed as a white square materialized under her feet, a path of them stretching out before them and darkness filling the area around them. "What ..."

Mu Arae was already beginning to get bored. She knew it would behoove them to go on and meet as many senshi and knights as possible, even if it seemed like this one wanted nothing to do with what their nightly activities. She was about to get ready to move on when something hit her head, bouncing onto the ground. The senshi's eyes widened with horror as she realized what that object was. All she had to do was ignore it right? Don't touch it? Bet. However she didn't account for the fact that her bestfriend would be receiving a die herself. "Maia no!" Too late, she picked up the die and it was that night all over again. "God Damn it!"

Phone...or right that thing. He knew how to get it, that was easy enough to pull out of empty space, but he really couldn't remember how to use the thing - it had been too long and he knew that. "I don't have anyone on my phone actually." In fact he didn't even know how to use the thing any more. He would have perhaps said that, let them both know how clueless he was, but something else happened instead. She was gone...and all that had happened was she picked up a die fro mthe ground.
The other one, the remaining one, seemeds to know what was going on but he didn't get to say or ask anything. A die had fallen fromn the sky and landed right in his hand - and he was gone. His phone hit the ground and he was no longer in Destiny City.
