 Blue and Bee have decide to team up for some sexy old school customs:
two negas and two order senshi, in a free for all raffle.
In celebration of blue's 29th birthday this month, she's covering all customs this round --
which means no payment required for your first stage!

The Rules!These slots are open until Friday, April 26th [blue's bday!] at 11:59 PM EST. All entrants must have their quests posted in the Application Quests subforum, or the Approved Quest subforum. It does not have to be approved, but it has to at least be posted and completely filled out. However, approved quests will get an additional ticket in the raffle. RPed chars applying for upgrade will also get an additional ticket! Please note that these slots will not allow you to buy all three stages up front. All slots will be raffled off, starting with the Powered slots. You can only enter for one slot.

Yes please Any other refs?I have new hair refs - the old ones are out dated; I'd like something like This for her hair; also, I'd like it at least down to her knees. Kind of giving her that cat look Like catsy or tin nyanko had from the show but with a different flair.
Clothing: Something Gothic or Asian inspired Like This, this or this for a top/outfit and/or something like this or this for pants/shoes. Or do your own thing. =3
For her fuku design I'd like to keep to the colors I have mentioned (I love orange/purple/black combo) but everything else is open if you would like to talk to me about ideas you have. 3nodding -- I have a few references I doodle that are kinda eh... but if you want them I can toss them at you too. Is this an upgrade? Nope - new character

No. Any other refs? They're in the quest thread. After it was accepted, one of the links broke, but I can't edit it out, so feel free to ignore that one. I'd also like details, like buttons, bolts, and such, on the outfit from the quest thread to be altered to be diamond-shaped instead of round. Is this an upgrade? Yes.
