Hobbies:
Gymnastics - She started in tumble bees at the age of two and loved all the toddler gymnastics so her mother decided to keep up the activity. She moved on to a big center that has mats, trampolines, bars and more at the age of five and has been training at the center ever since. She absolutely enjoys gymnastics and it a very spry little girl. She also loves the sparkly leotard so for her gymnastics is a win win.
Cheerleading - She started cheerleading at the age of 5 and loves this all well. She gets to cheer and do little tricks and dance, so it really fun for her. She especially enjoys cheering on her little brother's at his football games now that he has started playing and she simply adores competition. The outfits, the hair styles, the ribbons and trophies. It all just so much fun.
Hair - Her mother is a hair dresser and is constantly doing her little girls hair up in some new style. So Leah can be seen sporting a variety of do's. She loves getting her hair done and looking all girly, but she also loves trying to do things herself. Her mom bought her several doll heads and an army of supplies to play with. Leah can be found at any time of the day trying to make the heads look fabulous.
Virtues:
I can wait. Patient. - She knows some things take time. Becoming better at her hobbies will take work and time. If she wants her hair to be perfect it takes time. She's not a very instant satisfactions type child. She is perfectly willing to wait for the things she wants and to achieve the outcome she wants to achieve. This is not to say her patience is boundless however because she is a nine year old little girl. She's not willing to wait hours past lunch to eat, but if her mom is too busy to make pizza and say give me 15 minutes, she'll give 15 minutes and then some, as long as her stomach allows it. If her mom says the hairstyle she wants will take an hour, she's perfectly will to sit through it.
Let me try. Adventurous. - Leah loves to try new things, be it a sport, a food, or just learning something new. She likes to be in motion so she is always looking for something new and interesting. She gives most things a try once and even if she is a afraid she tries not to let it get the best of her because that roller coaster at the amusement park looks terrifying but was such fun. She's not about to try something she knows isn't safe and could really hurt her, but that doesnt mean she doesn't get her fair share of scrapes and bruises.
You can use mine. Sharing. - She likes to share. She likes to share her toys, her clothes and even her lunch. Everything is more fun when you share. Whether you are sharing an adventure or sharing a hug, it makes you feel good and Leah likes the warm fuzzy feelings. There are somethings she won't share like a the blanket her grandmother made her or the bears she's had since birth or even her favorite pair of cowboy boots, but everyone has things that are just for them and Leah would like very much if people kept that in mind.
Flaws:
No really! Sassy. - She has a lot of personality and her parents tend to cater to their little girl, so sometimes she doesn't know how to (in the words of her parents) "stay in a child's place." She is the type to give her two cents on the matter even if you didn't ask for it or even when she doesn't fully understand the subject. She can be a bit sarcastic and it is prone to talking back, if she feel you are being stupid or unjust. Sometimes she is just a little to grown up. This is sense a bit less when she is interacting with adults and more with children, but adults are not exempt. She often doesn't realize she'd gone to far until she nose to a corner starring at a wall.
But I want it. Spoiled. - She is her parents only girl and they spoil her with clothes and toys and extra attention. She has three brothers who all spoil her as well, and all her cousins are boys too, so she is very use to getting her own way. She may be patient and willing to wait for things, but she doesn't like the word no. Her parents rarely tell her no and she doesn't see why anyone else should. No is met with sassy remarks and pouting until the recipient gives in or get fed up. She is punished much at home so she prone to these little episodes and she usually doesn't stop till its perfectly clear to her she wont get her way. Her parents are pretty keen to let her work it out on her own when she gets this way.
No it has to be perfect! Perfectionist! - Leah will literally work on one thing forever. She will keep going back to it and tweaking and changing things until she feels it is just right. She doesn't do anything and halves and this can sometimes make her a nightmare to work with. She's got the patience to get it right, but that doesn't always mean other's do. When everyone wants to call it quits, Leah wants to keep go. She will often try to completely take over a situation if she is allowed. Please don't be the one to cause her to flob up, she will be extremely displeased with you and her reaction may not exhibit the most stellar sportmanship. Temper tantrum anyone!

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Little Giggles
She moves her arms in an arc outward from her center and causes a gust a of wind that rushes at the target blowing over them and causes the person to burst to giggles whenever they move for 30 seconds. It can only be used on one person at a time, but can be used 2 times per battle.
*The attack has a four foot radius in front of Rhea and can be easily dodged by simply jumping two feet to either side of her. The closer Rhea is to the target the harder it is to avoid.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Giggling Fool
She moves her arms in an arc outward from her center and causes a stronger burst of wind that rushes as the target blowing over them and causing the person to burst into giggles whenever they try to talk or move for a minute. It lasts for 45 seconds, can only be used one person at a time, and can only be used 2 times per battle.
*The attack has a four foot radius in front of Rhea and can be easily dodged by simply jumping two feet to either side of her. The closer Rhea is to the target the harder it is to avoid.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Big Belly Laughs
Rhea puts her hand up and throws them forward causing four small translucent hands to appear and rush at the target and start tickling them (the first thing they hit) all over for 30 seconds. The feeling is not necessarily ticklish, especially if one is not ticklish, but causes the target to laugh heartily as long as the hands are tickling them. The attack can be used 3 times per battle and again can only be used one person.
* The hands cannot hold someone in place. They can be dodged, swatted at and ran from. They cannot chase the target, but if the target does not fully move away they continue to try to "tickle" until the 30 seconds is up and they disappear. The closer Rhea is the harder it is to avoid.

Christian Edward Williams - 41 - Chris is Leah's father. He works as a manager for the family owned spa and salon he operates in downtown Destiny City. It a small business that Chris started with his wife before their children were born and they do well enough business for themselves. They most certainly aren't rich, but they can afford some splurges and fun family vacations. He loves his family very much and works hard to give them a good life, full of fun memories.
Diamond "Dee" Tiara Williams (Nee Blake) - 39 - Dee is Leah's mother. She works as a hairdresser and manager for the family owned spa. She greatly enjoys her work and considers herself a hair artist. She has a small loathing for her name and made sure to pick what she consider's to be more suitable names for her own brood. Christian (CJ), Tyler (Tai), Ashleigh (Leah) and David (Dae) are the little loves of her life and she adores her children with all her heart and soul. She tends to spoil Leah and Dae a bit to much though.
Christian (CJ) Bryce Williams - 14 - Named after his dad, he's very much a little clone of the man. He as ambitions to one day inherit the spa his mother and father built and expand it further. Maybe even take it outside out Destiny City. He is a total dreamer, but his parent believe he will make his dreams come true.
Tyler (Tai) Xavier Williams - 13 - born a mere 11 months after is brother, the pair are very close. Tai is just as ambitious as his brother, but his ambitions lie in a different direction. He sincerely wants to an actor one day and plans to see his name up in lights. He swears he will make it big some day. He is a bit more carefree than his brother and if CJ is getting into trouble you can be assured Tai was the one who concocted the idea.
David (Dae) Ethan Williams - 7 - Two years younger than Leah and the youngest in the brood of four. Currently his interests life in cartoons, football and legos, but hey he's seven. He simply adores Adventure Time and Regular Show, but those can be easily pushed aside in favor of football anytime. He plays for the youth league his sister cheers for and loves that Leah is is own personal cheerleader.
Cameron Dennis Williams - 39 - He works as a barber for the family spa and is Chris's younger brother.
Karen Elizabeth Williams (nee Dale) - 36 - Jamal's lovely wife. She does the spa's accouting.
Aiden Jacob and Aaron Zachary Williams - 7 - Cameron and Karen's twin boys.
Jamal Terrence Derrikson - 37 - Husband to Pearl. Another barber for the shop as well as the shops electrian/technician.
Pearl Jazmine Derrikson (nee Blake) - 37 - Sister to Dee and massage therapist for the family spa.
Jordon Derrickson - 10 - Jamal and Pearl's only son.
Ruby Ciara and Sapphire Kayla Blake - 24- Twin sister to Dee and Pearl. Currently both are still in there final years of college, Ruby plans to be a teacher and Sapphire plans to join the family spa. They were that whoops, 15 years after Dee was born, but still very loved.

Her personality is great and I see no problems with her hobbies!
The only thing I can say is that her attacks go on for too long. A battle can be seen to take anywhere between 5 – 10 minutes and your attacks could be used for all of it if not half of the battle! I would defiantly cut down the length of time for each attack to at the most 30 seconds and your first attack should have less times per battle than the second powerful attack.
Is there any way of interrupting the attack? Or is it just a matter of jumping out of the way and not being caught?
The hands attack I think should be ok, as long as they can’t chase after the person if they escape as that would give them a level of intelligence that is not allowed. Is it that as soon as they hit something they will begin to tickle? So a brick wall might get this attack if the character jumps out of the way in time? Again the timing on this attack is too long.
Other than that she looks great!
