Rules
You may enter only once!! - New powered characters only this time, civilians and or Alt Art will be done later.
Please only use the form provided and fill it out completely.
IF you win, franken-templates are not a guarantee!
Name a place you'd like to visit? - Real or imagined!
You do not need a stamped profile to enter but you must get both powers and profile approved before you can play the character if you win! - Concepts will need staff approval before the art will be finalized.
This raffle will close on the 11th of February at 10pm EST, and will be rolled shortly after. ((This had to be fixed I'm sorry to anyone waiting on me to roll tonight! Utterly my fault, I thought I'd saved properly.))
