Eternal Sailor Hugbell Transcendent Senshi of Comfort: Journal
Location: C10
Action: Watching Laurelite and wondering what Lysanna is doing.

Hugbell was about to offer Lysanna a hand to help her stand up but the other seemed to right themselves. When the immense amount of chaos surged over the field Hugbell turned to look to see where it came from. There was a pause and her eyes narrowed.

"Sadly I don't think I've met that person but from the amount of power. . . . she's got to be the current head of the negaverse." She paused, "That's not very typical but knowing the negaverse that's the only reasonable explanation for that amount of power."

Hugbell looked back at Lysanne who had a comtech out. "What's that?" She asked curiously. As she cautiously kept the corner of her eye where she could see the snake and the falling scales.

DMS Eternal Melpomene.
Location: E6
Action: Keeping watch on things.

The serpent was massive, it was a lot to take in, and watching as things seemed to pick up in terms of pace he wasn't all that surprised when the spikes seemed to fail. They were doing their job but the missing one was the problem, it caused things to fail, if the other spike was there than it would work - he was sure of it. "This isn't good." He whispered, turning his bright eyes onto his fiance.

There had to be other plans, he knew it, and when he felt that chaos aura growing beyond it's already immense size he shivered. Someone was growing in power, how he didn't know, but to see what came next. It was a lesson in why you didn't ******** with the Negaverse, that was for certain, and it made him glad to be on the side of chaos even if he wasn't a Negaverse officer himself. He was still chaos, and his side still worked with the other side. "This should be a lesson to order...why they shouldn't mess with the Negaverse." He whispered, pressing his nose to his partners cheek. "Maybe order will mind themselves when this is over, and we won't have to worry about them deciding to try anything stupid." Because messing around, risking the Queen's wrath, was beyond stupid if that display of power was anything to go by.

Turning his head, to see what that attakc had done, he watched in shock as it seemed to shrink in on itself and become smaller and less of risk to them all. "Oh good, that worked." A harsh whisper, a breath of relief, as he kept to his partners side.

Of coruse he heard Desiree and her intrest in the shields, he was interested in them as well, he wasn't a tech person but he knew she was. He was more impressed with the sheer power of his fiances Queen. It was dark and powerful, scary and intimidating, but it did what needed to be done just now. Shuddering at the idea of that turned on someone else...what that power could do. "I'm glad the shields are holding, those scales look heavy and are bending them in some places." Because of course the serpent had dropped a few, which would have hit people if not for the Vanguard and their help.

"I don't know where your Queen got that boost in power...and it is...suffocating to say the least. But it worked, for now." And it was suffocating, the preasure of it, he could feel it in the air.

"Put your bow down for now love, let's see what happens next...the sheild won't let you attack through it anyway." Looking to the blue mauvian he smiled. "You'll be safe with us if anything happens, promise." While looking over the serpent, which was much smaller now, he was certain he spotted something glinting on it's tail. "Can either of you two see what that is on the tail?" He didn't asked his fiance, who already wore glasses, rather he asked the two mauvians as they were cats and should have better eye sight.

Transcendant Eternal Sailor Chariklo
Location: Moving into I7
Action: Sliding in to stand with Solaris, Stromboli, Ran, Onasilos, Mystras, Dunwich and d’lf

Chariklo’s face was grim as she watched Queen Laurelite ascend a magical staircase and proceeded to unleash hell. Memories of other times and places surged up and she let them. She’d seen the worst that the Negaverse could do, even if only in dreams and her fear was tempered. But the wave of chaos, that was a new feeling and one she did not like. She had spent years within the Dark Mirror Court and never felt anything like this… Never anything like this.

Where in the ******** had those craven little bitches gotten this kind of power from?

It had to be something new or maybe the Queen had just saved up really hard from all the murders she ordered and condoned. Either way, Chariklo let her feelings run riot as she continued to move. Despair, fear, anger, none of these were new. Overwhelming, yes, but not new. She would force herself to function. As they neared the group around the winged girl, She saw Xibalba stumble and fall to a knee under the pressure of the chaos wave. She stood over him, eyes wild and staring as she watched the beam hit the Hallow. Watched as it writhed and shrunk. And kept watch as a shield went up and managed to protect those gathered from the falling scales.

She watched the Hallow and absently rubbed at her arms, as if trying to scrub away the slick oiliness of chaos. Well, smaller was better for them, right? Turning her attention back to the ground, she reached down to help her husband to his feet before turning to the assembled senshi and knights.

“Right,” she said with a tiny smile as Xibalba introduced himself. “Chariklo, Senshi of Seagulls at your service. Tell us what you need us to do. Because if I’m destined to go out today, I’m going like a ******** boss.”

Xibalba Squire of Mars
Location: Moving into I7
Action: Following Chariklo and considering the other knights

He had followed Chariklo to where a cluster of senshi and knights had been guarding a stake holder. Had smiled and readied himself to offer whatever service he might when the world around them went mad. The wave of concentrated chaos that poured over everything crushed down on him and he found himself sinking to one knee under the weight of it. Felt his skin and soul sizzle as acid washed over and pure despair stole the air from his lungs.

How could they keep anything safe from that? How had all those officers managed to come up with that? Looking up, he saw the effects on the snake and felt truly afraid.

Then, he noticed the mangled tail fin and the stake embedded there. And, in spite of the overwhelming hopelessness of things, felt a tiny spring of defiance in his heart. There was still work to do and the Negaverse hadn’t won yet. He felt Chariklo’s hand grasping his arm and helping to pull him upright. He glanced again at the people around him. He wasn’t sure what the other knights were capable of and Chariklo might be the only Eternal of the bunch unless more wandered over. But these were people he could work with. Surely even a small group of knights could cause some damage?

“Ach, innerductions seem silly now, but Ah’m Xibalba,” he rumbled. “Now tell us what we can do, y’ken?”

Super Sailor Namaka
Location: Moving into E10
Action: Trying to not look lost as she realizes that she doesn’t know anyone. She just wants to help.

For all the progress that she’d made as a person since purifying out of the Court, Namaka still knew herself to be timid and easily spooked by new people. And she felt that this was not in any way helped by the fact that there was a snake big enough to swallow the world swimming through the sky overhead. Nor by the sudden and overwhelming wash of pure chaos that had erupted from the tiny figure out the Queen of the Negaverse. Namaka had frozen where she stood, watching, mouth agape as the chaos beam hit the snake and actually hurt it. She probably would have been thrilled to see it if it hadn’t been for the sickening wave that pressed down and felt like it was crushing and burning her starseed all at the same time.

Namaka had always been afraid. But now, she knew what absolute terror felt like. Had she been alone, she would have laid down right then and curled up to die. But, she wasn’t alone. And she couldn’t die yet. Not when the snake was still up there and the stakes weren’t working.

It was too much to think about, everything that was happening. So, she focused on the immediate and the things that were close. And that meant the cluster of total strangers that had been guarding one of those stakes.

Stumbling up, tears streaming from her eyes, she stopped before an Eternal senshi who looked like he had a better idea of things than her.

“How can I help?” she asked in a small, strained voice. “Tell me how to help.”

Super Sailor Orcus
Location: Moving into H10
Action: Approaching Remarque and waiting

If… no. When Orcus had time later to think about what she’d seen and heard and felt, she was certain that nothing that had happened had been even remotely imagined by most of those standing within the strange little pocket dimension. Her goal was clear, get to where Remarque stood with the Court and offer whatever help she could.

She hadn’t seen the Negaverse’s Queen take the field, but she’d felt the effects. For one long, dragging moment, she’d thought that she was burning in slimy acid. Deep within her heart, her starseed twitched and quailed, desperately trying to get away. Then, the moment passed and she could breathe again. And honestly? Orcus wasn’t sure that that improved anything. How had the Negaverse gotten that much power? Enough to badly hurt an eldritch beast… the thought was horrifying. Offensive. No one should have power like that. But especially not a bunch of Chaos fueled zealots.
As she ran, she saw the sky above shimmer as a shield went up and felt momentarily cheered. Seeing the snake monster shrinking was good too, so long as she didn’t think too hard about why it was shrinking. By the time she reached the cluster of Dark Mirrors, she was wavering between utter despair and a stubborn insistence on living long enough to curb stomp as many Negaverse officers as possible.

Coming to a halt before Remarque, she looked up at his face, studying it. Then, she scowled, pointed back towards the Queen and demanded in a hissing, choking voice, “Did you know they could do that?!?”

He couldn’t have. She prayed he hadn’t, that he was as blind-sided as the rest of them. Because if he’d known. If he’d helped whatever the hell that had been…

Transended Princess Ida
Roll: -
Location: F3
Action: Answering Beni, overwhelmed by laurelite, noticing the vanguard machine, trying to move her small group over to them and offer to help give the machine more energy.

The general in blue said something to her and Ida turned dark eyes towards him, her face impassive to his smirk.

"Por que no los dos?" She said, startling even herself. A small collection of people scurried away from the General and as they ducked behind her, Ida spread her wings a little, covering them from his view.

Well. Either he'd appreciate the humor, or he wouldn't, and that wasn't her problem. She watched as he stabbed the spike into the ground, strain evident in every part of him, but there was more going on and it ripped her attention away.

Laurelite's show had its intended effect. Ida was not immune to the sheer, terrifying scope of the power she unleashed, or what it did to the monster writhing above them. She trembled with it, overwhelmed and thoughts blank, like a rabbit frozen in terror. It was not a moment she was proud of... it was not the kind of princess she wanted to be, cowering from a show of power by the enemy. But she was only human... only one girl, trying to take on too much, be too much, because the consequences of the alternative was not something she was willing to consider. For a moment, she was only Orah, a shy girl who ran a flower shop for her father and always tried to be everyone's friend, who had never dreamed of space or the stars or finding adventure or fighting evil...

The slam of scales into a sudden shield over their heads shook her out of the fog and suddenly the world came back in a rush of noise and flashing light. Something had appeared over their heads and held the falling pieces of the monster at bay, though it clearly struggled to do so. Ida's eyes traveled down it and dropped to the group clustered not so far away, working diligently on a device of some kind. Vanguard... were they responsible for the shield? It made sense... and that looked like a source stone, one of those things they used to gather energy. Something she'd donated energy to, back when they thought the Vanguard would help them fight the Negaverse. Before they'd betrayed them to their enemies.

Kerberos' hand on her arm pulled her gaze away and Ida turned to him, taking in his proposal. Energy... that made sense. If that machine was running on that stone, it was running on energy, the kind that Ida, Kerberos, and Fang could provide. What if they fed it more? Would that strengthen it, and protect everyone? Her misgivings about that group, or particularly their leader, were not part of the equation here. If they helped them, they helped everyone, chaos and order alike. And any betrayal here was as likely to kill all of them as it was the rest.

"Alright." Ida said as she pulled her arm free of his hand and put her own in it instead, squeezing his fingers in return. "Let's go." She gave what she hoped was bolstering smiles to Illyria, who's hand she still held in her other, and Fang beside them. Turning, she nodded to the two super senshi and one Mauvian behind her. "We're going to help the Vanguard with the shield. If you want somewhere to be that's not by a general, there are some friends of mine over there. They can use help with the spike I think." She said, nodding her head towards the group clustered around Chariklo and Xibalba.

Turning back, finally, Ida followed behind Kerberos, tugging Illyria with her as she went, and came to stand beside him as she let her gaze sweep over the strange faces of this new group. Only one of them was really familiar, and her solemn eyes fell on Lyndin, assessing him while Kerberos made his offer.

Corrupt Eternal Fafnir
Roll: 85
Location: C8
Action: Having himself a personal moment, and then moving to the Queen's space for his own dubious safety.

Somehow, in the literal whirlwind of being swept to this place, Fafnir had lost track of the others. He wasn't entirely sure how... One moment they were there, then they were gone while his attention had been focused on the sky. When they came down again, he cast about wildly, seeing only strangers around him. White Moon strangers, at that. But it was a prime position to watch as Queen Laurelite made her move.

The surge of dark power was what drew his attention away from his search and Fafnir watched as the Queen stepped up into the air on strange, floating platforms. Rising, like some newly born diety, up into the sky. He couldn't look away. Her arms rose and he could see the smile on her face, fierce and wicked... and then a beam of pure force struck at the Hallow, coming from seemingly no where. The power of it was overwhelming, making his knees weak and nearly driving him to them. So much power... His thoughts echoed others, though he didn't know it. No being should have that much power... He felt like he was going to be sick, right here in the middle of armageddon. This was what the power of Metallia could do?

This was what they'd always been capable of...

The monster in the sky writhed with the strike and... shrank. More of it was visible, now that it wasn't so huge. Parts of it fell, streaking like comets through the sky, and some of them fell among the assembled people. Fafnir did fall this time, as one massive piece crashed into the space beside him. He stared wide-eyed up at it, caught by some sort of field above them... one that bowed under it's weight, threatening to collapse. He had to move...

Fafnir shoved himself to his feet and ran, aiming for the only certainty he could see at the moment. The safest place to be was probably with the strongest of them, even if the Queen terrified him. He could feel other signatures near her... some order, some chaos, one a white moon royal... but what was their power to what they'd all just witnessed?

[KNIGHT]Jelani Myers//Howick, Page of the moon.
Location: E5
Action: Howick is shaken by the raw Chaos of Laurelite’s attack,

She’d never seen anything like this.

Not in dreams. Not in visions. Not in nightmares.

The spikes slammed into the space around them—if it could even be called that. Not earth. Not air. Something between. It didn’t feel real beneath her boots. It didn’t feel safe. But the ground wasn’t her concern anymore.

It was the sky.
Or what devoured it.

The unfinished hex shimmered with radiant lines of power, struggling to close the gap between two stubborn, silent points. Reaching. Failing. And then the Hollow emerged. Not from the sky—but as the sky. Its underbelly swallowed the horizon, a slithering horror too fast, too huge, too impossible to fully see.

She stood frozen in its shadow, white curls catching the electric wind.

It didn’t seem to see them. Not at first.

Until the spikes moved.

Until they turned—towards it.

Her grip tightened around the Lunar Hourglass. The soft, glowing sand within it shifted, reacting to the charge in the air.

Action: Xamira is overwhelmed but focused

She'd barely caught her breath when the energy arced through the air. White-hot lightning. Spikes that sang with force so raw it nearly split the world in two.

Xamira crouched low as the ground screamed beneath them, claws digging into the not-ground. Her fur crackled from the charge, her pupils blown wide. She’d lived through war. She had guided senshi through battles that broke worlds and bent hearts.

But nothing like this.

The unfinished hex pulsed around them—through them—like a heartbeat made of light and magic and something that didn’t belong. Xamira twitched as the charge passed through her. Not painful. Not yet. But it was coming. She could feel it.

She looked up—and her breath caught.

That thing in the sky. A beast too big to comprehend. The Calamitous Hollow.

It didn’t care about them. It didn’t even see them. Not until the spikes turned like desperate antennae, straining upward.

Her voice was only a breath.

Location: F3
Action: On guard with new arrivals, staying closer to Naeria (I did not quote all characters in the square/did not want to spam with notifications; if you got a quote, please check there! Most of them are just footnotes/not direct interaction!)

Andreiya had taken Naeria’s hand when it was offered and he was glad to hold it for as long as she allowed. He didn’t really care that they were Commanders; a little comfort did not negate his ability to be a very functioning Vanguardian! And he had many accomplishments under his belt!

…But this was so dreadful. This whole thing was horrible.

He wanted the Calamitous Hollow to be the worst of it all but whatever the Negaverse had just done was sickening. He didn’t know how they managed it, maybe didn’t want to know. He hoped they never used it on anyone that wasn’t trying to destroy an entire world.

He felt dizzy from all of it and–oh, there were people coming close.

Just when he’d given himself a moment to feel pride, to feel hope, they had to intrude. Couldn’t even given them a moment to bask in the Commodore's praise!

Oh, Andreiya wanted to be so mad!

…But at least Kerberos was offering energy, and maybe Ida was, too. He wasn't sure about the Mauvian. His stomach was flip flopping and he was on high alert. He glanced to Lyndin quickly, seeking his guidance.

Mauvian Realta

    post 1 2 3 4
G8, with Aquitania, Metis, Totoro, Niflhel, Senshi Mauvian Snowball -- Humanoid form, Engraved Medallion makes her energy signature as it was as a feline

She'd already been concerned and wary of the Negaverse, aware--to a degree--of their power. Now? Now she was genuinely terrified of the extent of their Queen's capabilities.

Some bitter part of her wondered why Cosmos couldn't do anything so grand and showy right now?

The immense Chaos broke through the sky, as if the Queen making herself a spiral staircase wasn't bad enough. Her aura had been bad enough. What followed? She felt sick, her body burned and she retched as it felt as if something cold clawed into her. She felt too small. Overwhelmed. Outclassed. The spikes weren't enough. She could see how the energy flailed in the air, reached for first to close the shape, then to the Calamitous Hollow. It wasn't enough, even after all they'd done, it wasn't--

"Enough of this," Realta hissed to herself, physically forcing her panic down as she pulled her magic to her, form shifting into that of a glaring, scowling woman. She stood tall, pulling Aquitania and Totoro closer to her as she stepped nearer to Metis and the others. All in a new look, one she'd formed prior that felt... more fitting to a battlefield for the time being.

User Image

"We're not beneath the scale, at least," she murmured, eyeing it far, far above them, ears flicking as she listened to Niflhel begin to talk strategy. "We need to wait and see if she pulls off another shot like that. It's already decreased in size considerably... if it loses enough mass, and with it energy, it might be tempted to get closer to us to take a bite… we can strike then."

Pearlescent eyes moved towards Snowball, taking in the different aura and state…. and she smiled. "Impressive. I'm looking forward to seeing what your magic does."

Hokusa frowned she had never felt anything like this before since she was new to all this so nothing was old hat for her as of yet. She was a knight of a salior scout that was lost to time, like many of the knights that had been awaken in this day and age. She wondered what had happened to the senshis of the past. Time was a funny thing in Destiny City so there was really no telling if they had really died or if they had been lost for some other reason. She had heard that the knights and senshi who had gone to the moon palace had seen a hologram of Princess Serenity. Hokusa would have loved to see a hologram of the Princess of her order. She figured she would just fight and uphold the ways of the Mercury knights. Then perhaps one day she would feel a deeper connection to Mercury.

She watched the chaos energy hit the creature and make it smaller she frowned the energy was terrible and frightening. At least now they might have a chance to fight this thing.

Super Sailor Chibi Saiph
Location: Moving into I7
Action: Being picked up by Ilmare and taken off to somewhere safer

For a moment, Saiph let herself hope that everything would work. She saw the glowing lines racing along the ground, creating a broken hexagon that almost seemed to do something. It certainly seemed like they were trying. She felt Ilmare shrink beside her and turned to check on her. Maybe it was the knight she’d called over? Maybe something was wrong with her.

As her eyes left the sky, she realized that something was very wrong, but it wasn’t the knight. It was the gigantic outwelling of a Chaos aura so big, it took Saiph’s breath away. The pale woman was climbing a staircase that had just appeared and raising her arms. Saiph glanced back at Ilmare, wanting to ask what the problem was when something happened.

She saw the beam and felt as if her world was tearing apart, threatening to drown her in Chaos. She stumbled and felt Ilmare grabbing her, pulling her up and slinging her over the corrupt senshi’s shoulder. She heard her friend yell something, thought she heard Cuan wail. From there, she could feel herself bouncing as Ilmare ran. But none of it mattered when compared to the sensation of her soul and starseed burning under the onslaught. As those feelings ebbed, she was able to sort of look up and saw the Hallow in the sky above, shrinking and moving. Saw scales falling and bouncing.

Feeling herself waking up from the wash of fear that had seized her mind, Saiph thought she saw something in the Hallow’s enormous tail. Was it the sixth stake that everyone had been so worried about? She would have liked to ask, but Ilmare’s shoulder drove itself in and out of her gut as they ran.

And by the time they stopped and Ilmare was sliding her to the ground, they were stopping at a group of senshi and knights. Saiph gave a little wave and caught Cuan as the cap leapt from Ilmare’s head into her arms.

Sailor Iapetus
Location: Stumbling towards G8
Action: Gettin’ zappy wit’ it and picking up a li’l bitty enhancement

Iapetus had watched the show with great interest. Sure, it was all terrifying, but you didn’t see things like this every day. The stakes seemed to be doing their thing, which was all to the good. As she watched, the glowing lines of energy seemed to burn and dance as lightning and electrically charged air moved around everything.

She held her breath as the stakes stopped doing whatever it was they were doing and, instead, seemed to reach for the Snekky Boi. From where she stood, the very air seemed to crackle and snap with the thin layer of electricity blanketing everything.
Iapetus moved slightly and felt a tiny zap of static by her feet. Then, it was followed by more little jolts and zaps as she felt the sparking electricity dance and crawl its way over her skin. Here and there, she could see a faint, tiny spark as it moved up her arms or arced over her torso. With it came the faint smell of lightning, all burned ozone and charged air.

By the time the crackling electricity reached her head, the smell of lightning and ozone had gotten stronger. It wasn’t unpleasant or bad. It was simply strong. And, in spite of her surroundings, it reminded her of rainy days at home as a kid, watching as the lightning flashed and broke the sky. Shaking her head, she heard little pops and sizzles of static in her hair and felt the air change.

Looking up, she saw a tiny figure upon a staircase that hadn’t been there before and then felt her world turn upside down as the feeling of that officer she’d met over the winter hit her. Only this was a thousand, million, trillion times worse. It felt like oil and acid over her skin and in her lungs. Deep within her chest, she could feel her starseed trembling in fear. Whatever it was, however was doing it… it was wrong on a fundamental level and scared the ever-living hell out of her.

The dancing, crackling electricity was forgotten, though the scent of ozone lingered like perfume on her and Iapetus moved for the nearest group of people who felt clean that she could find. Sure, the big ******** snake was getting smaller and that was probably a good thing? But right now, Iapetus just needed people like her. She’d worry about the shrinking snake once her heart came back up out of her stomach.

Iapetus has unlocked her Passive Ability Enhancement. While powered up, she smells very strongly of lightning/ozone and it encompasses a five foot radius around her.

Mauvian Cuán Oileán
Location: Moving into I7
Action: Clinging for dear life to Ilmare’s hair and freaking out

For Cuan, it felt very much as if the world was ending all around her. The activation of the stakes had seemed like such a good sign! And then they’d started acting strangely and then.. And then.

Cuan couldn’t imagine where or how Laurelite had gotten the power she’d so happily displayed. All the kitten knew as her stomach sank into her toes was that one person should ever have that amount of power. She felt Saiph’s arms tighten briefly around her before going slack as the chibi senshi stumbled and began to fall. Much to the kitten’s surprise, the corrupted senshi had caught her and hoisted her onto a shoulder. Moving quickly, she leapt onto the corrupt’s head and clung tooth and claw to the long, curling locks of hair. The corrupt didn’t seem to be trying to take Saiph closer to the Queen. Rather, she was carrying her further away.

Protecting her.

Cuan spared a brief moment of pity for the Mercury knight being dragged along rather than carried. Then, she felt cleaner auras and felt the corrupt coming to a halt. Setting Saiph on her feet. After a moment, Cuan leapt from the corrupt’s hair to Saiph’s shoulder and nuzzled her face worriedly. Once she’d reassured herself, she gave the panting corrupt a careful look before turning to the small cluster of knights and senshi around them.

“I will vouch for this corrupt’s good behavior.”

It was the least she could do.

Corrupt Super Sailor Ilmarë
Location: Moving into I7
Action: Taking Saiph and Ekstrom (with Pao’s permission) somewhere that is not so close to Laurelite

Ilmare reached out to take Ekstrom’s hand and give it a grateful squeeze. She’d known that she could count on the knight for something like this. It was this sort of thing that made her wish that she wasn’t part of the Negaverse. Not that she’d vocalize that here though. It was bad enough that she knew Queen Laurelite wasn’t that far away physically. And the other General Sovereigns were around too.

No, it was best to keep silent about her doubts and hope that there would be time to talk later.

Only, it looked like later might never happen if they couldn’t trap the Hallow. A quick glance showed her plainly enough that what was being attempted wasn’t working. At least, not as had been hoped. She had thought, maybe, there might be a quick moment to talk and discuss alternatives. But then, she saw her Queen ascending a magical staircase and felt her heart sink.

She couldn’t feel the effects of whatever the Queen was doing, but that clearly wasn’t the case for the chibi senshi and knight with her.

“Ekstron, run, just… show me the way,” she shouted as beside her, Saiph began to fall. Twisting to grab the chibi and hoist her up, the corrupt was grateful for the physical boosts that came with this gig. Particularly as Saiph wasn’t that much shorter than herself. She felt the cat jump onto her as she reached with her free hand to seize Ekstrom and begin running. Nothing else mattered but getting as far away from whatever Laurelite was doing as possible. Protecting the people she cared about.

As she ran, she dragged Ekstrom’s hand, silently encouraging the knight to keep up. Her shoulder screamed as Saiph jostled and bounced and her head felt weighted down in back by what, she assumed, was the mauvian clinging to her. None of it mattered compared to getting somewhere relatively safer. And, after a moment, she saw where one of the stake holders had been, saw wings on the senshi’s back that she couldn’t explain and decided that she didn’t really care about. The point was, Saiph and Ekstrom would be safe. As she got closer, she skid to a halt, panting from effort. Moving to get Saiph down and on her feet, Ilmare made sure that Saiph and Ekstrom where still with her. Heard the cat speak up to vouch for her and offered the mauvian a tiny smile.

Then, she sat down immediately, doing her best to radiate just how little interest she had in doing anything nefarious.

“Too close to Laurelite,” she murmured. “I had to get them somewhere safer.”
