Settling into the couch with a mug of hot chocolate, in her warm pajamas. She let her eyes watch the flames of the fire, the warmth pulsating from it. She pulled a blanket over her lap, placing her mug down opening her journal.

Dear Journal,
Things have certainly been busy. The ball was... Well that's a whole story. When I arrived in Lumena wasn't expecting much. I was on my way to speak with one of the Professors when someone had walked into me! Almost knocking me over, but he caught me! And it was a mononoke, can you believe it? His name is Lea and he's very friendly.
Then a friend of his Kalypso, joined us. I'd like to think she and I bonded a bit. We went dress shopping together, and we looked fabulous. Then another mononoke was spotted. His name was Xerxes.
We decided t ogo to the ball as a group, which I think was a good choice, considering all the murders that had happened. The castle was decorated beautifully. It was like walking into a dream... Except I knew something wasn't right. It was an eerie feeling, and then there were others there, that one guy... I think his name was Sibelius. He just rubbed me the wrong way, and things at the ball got messy before I even got to dance. And another girl named Myra bumped into me.
The witch eater showed up and we all witnessed a heart being taken. It was scary, and still hard to talk about.
Of course everyone panicked, and I got seperated from the group, and I fell . I got kicked in the ribs and broke a couple. It hurt so much, but I wouldn't let anyone else touch me, but my old friend. Muisa ended up stepping in and When she went worked on holding him back, another witch and I helped hold the witch eater in place. And then a black heart delivered the final blow.
It makes you think. You know?
A couple weeks after I decided that it was time to hire some help at the shop. And guys who walked in the door! Lea, and I hired him on the spot. We talked over lunch after he helped me get things ready for the sale.
I really like spending time with him.
