Baatar always wants to be the hero, for the sake of his own good feelings, but is actually rather modest. He saved an avian from being eaten as a child and thus was named according to his actions. He does not have the most fantastic success rate, but if happy to help out even the smallest of creatures. He is a moral and polite lion and is always looking for something to solve or a way to help. Baatar is by no means a good fighter and prefers to avoid confrontation with other lions but he does possess bravery. He likes working as part of a team but also works on his own when it does not seem too dangerous. He loves saving damsels in distress but isn't particularly in it for the glory and fame.

Baatar recently got himself into a spot of bother, after helping out a female at the Pridelands borders, and staying there awhile, he stupidly had a fling with her, not knowing the extent of her memory loss and that she truly would not remember him. Shortly after, it was revealed that she had a mate, and to save her from pain, Baatar fled. He watched his children grow from afar, and though it pained him and he felt guilty, he was happy they were raised by a loving pair.

Strong and a little gruff, Mwale'Kono took on a bull elephant that was terrorizing the forest. The creature, nicknamed the Greenwood monster, managed to cost him the use of one eye, and he now has a creaky leg. He has always been a little anti-social, not for his lack of care for others, but that he sees things a little differently. He thinks a lot before he speaks. Mwale'Kono likes to have a duty and to think logically even if he can run into things at time because of his great determination. He was recruited by Spaki and taken to the Firekin, where he has trained as a guard in order to serve the pride to the best of his ability.

Nguvu is a very large lion, and is as strong as he appears. He also has an equally large heart when it comes to his birth-home, his family and his loyalty. He enjoys a good fight but does not fight to kill unless he needs to. He is well known in the Bonelands for his impressive feat of killing a large crocodile and defeated Sokoro to earn his place as an Inselele, meaning that he could protect his home once more. He is respectful of others and a very honorable chap and he is practical and careful in his duties, taking his role very seriously indeed. Trying to prove his worth, he hasn't always fit in to the Bonelands since he returned due to the controversy surrounding his role. His self worth has improved vastly since defeating Jasiri and he has found affection in the form of rogue-born Mhisani. He beat off several challengers to his position but.. unfortunately, his heart grew a littttllle too soft with the birth of his first cubs, and his passion to serve his home was a distraction that led to his defeat.

Personality:

Satu has always loved stories and using her imagination, she has a good sense of right and wrong, thus she also loves stories that have a moral, or fables. When she was young she was mentored by the storyteller Tai. Although Satu hoped to become Storyteller some day, storytelling and creation had always been a true love of Satu's, and was far from a potential 'job'. After Tai's death she lost a little confidence in herself and did not want to share her stories, becoming a quiet lioness. With the help of some new friends she is slowly coming out of her shell, and has decided to follow her dream of becoming a storyteller and has begun to 'test' her stories and build her confidence using cubs and adults alike. She is curious of religions and the supernatural, although follows the traditional Pridelands view on life and is attached to her home. Satu loves to hear new and exciting ideas for her stories, and although she loves the idea of a big adventure, she is grounded and prefers to hear them through the medium of storytelling, so she can use her imagination. She remains a friendly, softly spoken and loving lioness.
