What does it take for you to ignore

I've only ever blocked 8 people (and one NPC) over my entire Gaia existence.

So one either has to really insult me deliberately or assault my avatar in a flash space for me to ignore-list someone.

I have a ton of users on my ignore list, but that's mostly because of the fact that they're mules of an entire group of people that stalk me a lot. . u .;
There's a specific group of folks that really detest me and some of my buddies, so they keep using mules to pester me and some of my friends at times.

I've tried un-ignoring some people before to try and be nice, but that really didn't work for they just went back to their old stalkerish, backstabbing ways. emotion_facepalm So back on the ignore list for them!

I only ever added one name to my ignore list. He was an annoying child(I think he might've been 12).

Otherwise, I don't have problems with other users and haven't ignored anyone in years.

I only ignore users if they go out of their way to harass me.

I haven't used the ignore list for years. Of the four I have in there the only one I remember for sure was this person who was just awful to my friend when we were playing zOMG. We were in their crew and they were lead but they were just being very rude and abusive about being in charge. My friend didn't appreciate it so the lead ended up kicking him and then laughed about it. I left and added them to ignore so I would never accidentally crew with them again. I wouldn't be surprised if the other people on my list were also jerks on zOMG, not that it matters now though.

I have almost never ignored anyone in all the years I've been online on any site. I guess you could say I feel like doing so is tantamount to saying I would deny this person the right to free speech, which goes against my personal beliefs. But if someone clearly is incorrigible, then so be it.

I only know of one person who ignored me... for daring to discuss a rather close-minded statement she made about Harry Potter, of all things. rolleyes

It would take some borderline stalking/actual stalking for me to outright ignore someone these days, I think. I had a few people, like 12 or so, on my ignore list on my old account, but most of them were porn trolls whom I didn't wanna see. Because, well... they're porn trolls. I was 13. My mind was still young and virginal. (Which seems like a shocker until you realize that's the age I started using the internet AT ALL)

A lot of people have probably ignored me. I don't really mind, if it's best for you then do it.

I think I've ignored 2 people. I forget exactly why. I think one was trolling and/or stalking me. I don't use it unless I really have to.

I've ignored only a handful of people in the.... *counts* 10? 10 years I've been here.
Most, I don't remember why, but two stick out in my memory pretty well.
One of them was incredibly harrassy, and I didn't even think to report him (I should have! but that was SO long ago that I don't know his username anymore),
and one was my childhood (IRL) "best friend" who I never want to see or hear from ever again.

Currenty, my ignore list is empty, because keeping them there just reminded me of their existence.
No one's bothered to contact me again, so it's fine. c:
